I Live here and I enjoy it. The Manager is really wonderful. The maintenance man is really nice the neighborhood is very friendly. All around the price is very reasonable. Very nice place for your family.

Manager is rude and downright hateful. The park is run down and the entire road throughout the property is full of potholes so large you cant help but to damage your vehicle. Even a offroad 4x4 truck.

Its ok if you dont mind tearing your car up on unkept roads and blaring music your yard stuff be stolen
