So far the only thing I have used the Old Armory for is extremely important to me is to VOTE. This is my precinct but it also has the convenience of curb service for the handicapped who need assistance to be mobile. I am a paraplegic who drives his parents both in their late 90s to vote this is a very simple process thanks to the volunteers at the armory. Many thanks. Mr B. Flood
The staff at the Armory is outstanding. The facilities are always spotless. Our pickleball group enjoy having our own place to play year round.
Right place to go for our older people
I know its not the Armorys fault, nor the people who run it, however, today, while playing pb, I was involved in an altercation with a visitor to the Armory who was the rudest, most insultive person I have ever met. I removed myself from the situation, as I have been trained to do, and complained to the person in charge, who did nothing. All in all, most of the people who play there are great folks and great competitors. This clown was not a regular.
Pickleball 6 days a week. Mornings 9-noon.
Friendly staff, great activities all geared to seniors..60 n above. Awesome resource in Waynesville.
Went to flea market here.

Clean, still in pretty good shape and the gentleman watching over the place was very kind!
A historical landmark used to help a local community. A beautiful old building.
