Very nice Dave and busters. Everything was very clean and there were cleaners walking around, cleaning the whole time we were there. They had a great selection of games, they did have a lot of them closed for social distancing which made the lines for some other games a little longer. But nothing to long.

Have a QR Code scanner app, Samsung Galaxy camera app, or your iPhone camera app ready to view the menus if youre going to eat here as their COVID-19 procedures are in place, also some multiplayer games are closed as per social distancing. Aside from all of that its your typical Dave & Busters experience. However, Ive visited this one twice this year and the mens bathroom stall locks are still broken which is why I have to subtract 1 star from otherwise perfect visits.

This Dave and Busters is one of the best Dave and Busters Ive been to.This Dave and Busters has updated machines, that all seemed fairly new. None of them were out of order, but some were closed due to Covid social distancing rules.The prize selection wasnt too great, but I wonder if that is due to Covid-19.The bathrooms were super clean.I saw cleaning crews sanitizing various different times throughout my time at Dave and Busters.

Was skeptical about visiting during COVID-19, but this location followed all the necessary steps to ensure their guests and employees safety. Not all games are open to maintain proper social distancing. You cannot walk around with drinks like before. You can only eat or drink at a table or the bar. If you do decide to eat I would highly recommend to try the Brookie Sundae. Definitely share it with someone else too!

It was a pretty good experience. Just the reason why I am giving it four stars is because, it is really hard to get a gaming card. So yeah. But the food is good, but the service was not good. Other than my 2 complaints good place!

The sever was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was brought in a timely manner. The food was hot and fresh. There was hand sanitizer stationed around the place. Everyone kept their mask on

While this is not our usual D and B, my 3 kids and I went there today (7/10)... The manager was awesome, the game techs were polite, the place was sparkling, the guy at the winners circle was super nice! Go there. You will have a great time.... It felt as though life was normal for the first time in months. My kids thanked and hugged me multiple times. Dave and Busters never lets us down. Go there. Feel normal again.

Social distancing was done well. We felt very comfortable and had a really good time. Food was good and the staff were very nice.

Its what you expect. But, the three stars is because they had no controls over people wearing masks. Pretty much everyone either had them on their chins (mouth and nose exposed) or had their nose exposed. Lame

New location, fresh to Wayne, NJ located at the Willowbrook Mall next to Sears. This playground has plenty of games to pick and choose. Multiple televisions to see games and fights. Good ambience. Has a restaurant with fast food but with the option to eat fairly clean. Plenty of parking. Loud area as with all Dave and Buster’s. Is a sports bar and kids playground, what else can you expect. Waiter was also good and attentive, on top of things. Overall this place will provide a good experience and good place to kill time for either adults or kids. Downside, police working overtime and all they do is park outside, obstructing traffic and so many people smoking next to the main entrance when they should be 25 feet away a per state law. Police doesn’t bother doing anything,Hopefully Dave &Buster’s will as they are in command.

Great place, I just wish their were more seating arrangements. Also, I love the fact I didnt have to carry abundance of tickets with me for the arcades. Not sure if thats the new norm, but first time seeing it in one of these type of establishments. The boys had fun and thats what matters.

It was 8 of us we all had so much fun and they love there options on prices from the gift shop.

A proper arcade with some nice food. We had a ton of fun here the service was good too! Even found a big pacman game definitely the place to go if you want to feel like a child again.

The game arcade was amazing, not too crowded! Everyone wearing mask and social Distancing but I really wish the dining area could be opened already.

Clean arcade place. On the week there’s a few people but weekends are packed. You can spend $50 easily with in an hours. It’s kind of expensive but the kids enjoy the time. Will continue coming to this place at the Wayne mall.

Its a fun place, lots of old video games. Food is ok. I got the $5 Asian nachos during late happy hour. Impossible burger. For drinks it was the x-rated Passion and Stella tap (not pictured).

I changed my rating to five stars after realizing I may have been too harsh with my previous rating of three stars. I enjoyed my time here, the restaurant had very nice food although it was a one hour wait it was worth it. I enjoyed the games I scored 7000+ tickets and had fun. The only thing I found lacking was a lack of variety of items in the gift shop, and people would leave their half full cups on games and it didn’t seem like any employees were throwing them away. Overall not a dealbreaker this is still a great place to spend a night out. I definitely will be back in the near future

John-John was phenomenal as our party server. Not only was he quick on drink service and bringing out the food for our event, but he was also always near/in the room so I never had to search for him if I needed something. He was grateful, courteous, and it was a pleasure to have him help me out on such a stressful day (trust me- i was STRESSED). He went truly above and beyond- even packing the food for me and neatly leaving our belongings in the party room. He did more than what was asked of to accommodate us. I also wanted to note that Murph was an excellent manager and promised I would leave with a smile and I did. I work in the event industry so I came in with high standards and a lot on my plate. He was more than accommodating and most important of all- humble and hospitable. Thank you for helping me make the surprise party a hit. Everyone left full, happy, and a little buzzed! (Shout out to the two awesome bartenders- my apologies for not getting their names. Two great guys!!!)

Fun place brand new lots of people but it’s spread out that you don’t feel so mushed against everyone.The tickets that you usually take out of the machine are actually put on ur point card when you swipe it.So much easier I did see two nice party rooms that were very nice looking they also have both seats / tables / a big bar with a few bartenders ..A security guard is there so you feel safe .. it’s a fun place u could typically spend @ least 3-4 hours at with the kids or adults

Had a good time. There is quite a bit to do here. Like a million different types of arcade games, tons of people. So many things to see and just have a good time, with friends or family.. Perfect place to go on date. There is a restaurants smack dab in the middle of it all. Went here with my boyfriend. We had a good time. The bartenders really are very good, way better than the floor waitresses. With a gazillion people coming the bartendars whom have way more people to serve than the waitesses on the actual bar, did better in communication and delivery. We moved from a regular table because our waitress disappeared after waiting 30 min at our table, we said screw it and moved ourself to the bar. At the bar we quickly greeted and served. We will come back but only because our service at the bar was great and our bartender was really very good. She was nice, funny and quick. Thank you for making our night.

My girlfriend and I love coming to this location! The staff is very friendly, the food is great and the games are so much fun! We always have a blast coming here! We also enjoy the healthier options on the menu! We cant wait to come back!

Wait wasnt too long for a busy Saturday. The drinks and food was delicious and came in a timely manner. Our waitress Brooke was great, recommend having her serve you. She had great professionalism, courteous, a great attitude and made the overall experience worth it.

Had my Sons Birthday there . We booked it online. The prices are expensive for a kids party but ok . I called before to confirm the Reservation and I thought all was set. one day before the party I had a couple of questions to ask and I left multiple messages no one returned my message. Finally one Manger left me a message very late. Made me mad. We arrived on the morning of the party and had to wait a long time to meet the Manger, but after that everything went well, plenty of kids food that is good. The Waiter and room Manger were attentive . Kids had enough time to play the games. All the kids had a good time. Not sure if I will have another party there but it was fine this year.

There are several things that could be done to make a more enjoyable experience. Last night was the first night we had exceptional Service. Most of the time there are not enough servers and we are told to find a table around the bar. I have a son so we are not allowed to sit at the bar. Another time when i went alone i sat at the bar on a Sunday afternoon to watch football. I was asked to give my credit card or prepay. I was told it was in the handbook to do that with people who sit at the bar. I did ask a couple and they did not. This was done because i was alone i believe and it was quite upsetting.

Me and my friends play the Pump It Up every week and the staff here hosted an amazing tournament for us. Everything went smooth.Food is always great. The promotions are well worth the money.Always clean and friendly staff that goes above and beyond in service.

First time there they really didnt explain the seating. We purchased game cards and then had to search for seating. Went to the host to be seated where we waited 15 minutes.for the host to say that section was closed. Went to the next host and they said it would be a hour wait. I just think when your purchasing game cards they need to let us know what the waiting time will be. So then we can decide if we want to stay or leave. We didnt come to play our kids did we just wanted to be seated. Besides that the food and drinks were really good.

Its was a good experience. Kiosk were easy to use. Front desk had 6 ppl working it which made it simple to ask for help. Food was good. Food services was okay. Waiting for a managers help at the Front desk was a bit of a wait as manager was teaching guest to use Kiosk.

Second year celebrating New Years at Dave & Busters. Last year was better. The food was better last year, especially for kids. Dave & Busters have to take into account that the majority of the people going have kids. At your site you show options on the menu, sliders, pizzas, but when we all arrived there were no options. We were told if we wanted pizza we had to purchase it separately. Thats not what was shown online. Need to have choices for kids, along with the menu option for adults, especially for the price being charged for the adults, and kids. Overall, its a nice place to do New Years, but the menu options have to get better. Last year rating was 5 ☆☆☆☆☆, this year 3 1/2 ☆☆☆.

Plenty of space and clean. The kids have a great time here and the burgers are somewhat decent. The service on the other hand is slow and mediocre. It took them 30 min just to get us a menu. Also the drinks are too sweet and so are the alcoholic beverages - its practically sugar and no alcohol. I think its ok to come here once in a blue.

Everything youd expect. The 19.99 unlimited wings and game play is an amazing deal. Also had $4 22oz drafts when I went. Cant beat that! Great value. Nearly all the games in great working condition. Lots of games to choose from.

For birthdays, if you get a wand for unlimited games, just know youve been cheated. You get unlimited blue games, which are useless. They dont give you anything. The food is good though.

Its new and clean. Food and games typical Dave and Busters. I miss the old type. Where it was mainly for adults. I always felt Chucky Cheese was for kids, Funplex for older kids and D&B for Adults. But during the day its ALL kids. Kid parties. Maybe nights its more adults. Its a bar, it should not be kids

Our favorite spot! My son celebrated his birthday party here and they all loved it.

This is an excellent location. I brought my kids in and was pleasantly surprised. The games were all lots of fun for them! Murph the manager was WONDERFUL! Made sure we were happy for our entire visit. I will definitely be back!

Had a great at my nieces birthday

Food and service were very good. Took a while to get seated in the dining room even though there were few people seated. Also, it took a while for the food to come out. At first the wrong item came out but servers did a great job fixing the problem.

Went there on a busy (of course!) Saturday night. Lines for purchasing the cards went smoothly. Plenty of games to choose from which was great. I personally loved the Terminator shooting arcade game but I was shocked to see a GIANT connect four! Afterwards I checked out the interior dining area. Food was good, the drinks were necessary lol. Would definitely visit again.

Thursday best day to go. 3 dollars for a cats so remember to save them. Games take 6 15 tokens so can go quick. My advice get the $75 deal

Half day of school on Wednesday, all games are half price. We ate dinner and spent about 2 hours playing games. The kids had a great time.

First time here, the place is a decent size. nice collection of games, food is good; got the philly sliders my friend got the drunken stake. Came on a weekday, games were half the usual price.ill definitely come back.

It was a fun atmosphere, kind of like Barcade but for adults and teens. They have a good range of fun games. Food was decent, would compare it to Applebee’s in terms of quality, aka not great but it’ll suffice, they have better options in the mall for food though. Cheesecake Factory or P.F. Chang’s for example. They have a lot of foot traffic, seeing as how they are in the mall. Would definitely recommend for ages 16 and up.

Great time with the family. Food options available for various taste buds. All games were functional unlike Chuck E. Cheese! Definitely will be back.

We had a nice time. Our guacamole was delicious and fresh. The games are fun for all ages. There were lots of other couples there enjoying themselves. Highlight of the day was my fiancee helping me will a large pink bear out of the Claw machine.

Had such a great afternoon with our 2 1/2 yr old.....he was in his glory. The food and service was awesome. Definitely will be back soon.

My girlfriend and I wanted wings, so we went to your Willowbrook Mall location. So we were sitting for about 10 mins and had two wait staff and a manager make eye contact, but not help us. Then Nina came out from behind the bar to take great care of us. How does that happen?‬ Keep Nina and give that girl a raise, she was great!

It was a overall good experience. A lot of TVs for different sports and plenty of space to hang out. The games were a lot of fun too. The only issues I had were that the bathrooms werent very clean.

Had a great time here from start to finish. Brought 16 adults and 6 children for our daughters 10th birthday and “Big Murph” set us up with Matt as our server and we also used Stephanie at the bar. I can’t say enough great things about our servers, they were super friendly and so on point, we never wanted for anything. The manager made sure we were taken care of the entire time. It was fantastic and the kids had a blast! Will definitely be back!

The food service was absolutely awful but the gaming experience was great. When dining, it took over a half hour for our drinks to get to us, over an hour for our food, and most of the food arrived cold. Definitely more worth it to pay for the arcade portion and eat elsewhere.

I worked with the staff at this Dave and Busters on the Final Audition Pump it Up tournament/event, and I cannot stress enough how wonderful this place is! They were extremely pleasant to work with, and the event was fantastic! Everything was perfect; I cannot recommend Dave and Busters highly enough!

My company did a private room and had team building games which were super fun! The food wasnt great but wasnt bad either. Will definitely be back for personal or business again!

This was my first experience with D&B and it was terrible. After waiting nearly an hour for a table to eat, another 15 minutes went by without having a single person from the staff come to the table. The manager was on the floor so I walked over to him to ask if there was any table service. He said he would send someone over right away. After another 15 minutes of being invisible, I spoke to the manager again who this time offered excuse after excuse .. Were really busy tonight. A restaurant has many moving pieces. Your server cut her finger and needs time to take care of it. These are all wrong answers. There were ten other servers who could have taken over the table, or better yet, dont seat customers in a section that is not be attended too. We all left and went to another restaurant that was very willing to serve us.

This location is close to people in North Jersey. We tried company party here. Food is okey, I mean it is good. As an adult, I dont play those games. If you like the games, it is not a bad place to go.

Horribly run restaurant. Came here today and right off the bat it was horrible. Took us 10-15 minutes to get greeted after we sat. My girlfriend ordered a regular house margarita and they upcharged her for another shot without even asking. The kicker is she would’ve said yes if they just asked. Had to ask for silverware after our food already hit the table. Ordered the Mac & Cheese, the breadcrumbs weren’t crispy at all. The texture was like sand. And the portions are so small, not even worth the high price. Never eating here again.

Issues being seated. Sent from from one seater, got a buzzer, came to be seated nobody at both. When they came they didnt ask who was first, just took some kids their age.

Whoever opened this location spent lots on the opening and nothing on running the place. At a slow time, it took 2 hours to have dinner. The hostess asked us if we noticed any empty tables, then sat us at a 4 person table with 1 set of utensils. Food was mediocre at best. When paying, my credit card went missing for 30 minutes with the waiter. It will always make money out of the sheer desperation for arcade games and booze simultaneously, but it is severely lacking in anything else to offer

I had my 8year olds party there this past weekend and it was great ! Everything was perfect, from the seating area to the amount of food they provided. We did the touch down packet and honestly the amount of food they give the kids could probably feed all the adults in the party as well. My son and his friends had the best time ! We even went during a very busy Saturday time and still the children and adults were very happy. Best of all, the whole party from set up to clean up couldn’t have gone as smoothly without our personal server, JonJon, from the moment we got there he was very friendly and made everything easier. He explained the whole setup and all the options we had. He was always there to assist and help. We will definitely be having our events there again !
