What a very nice and pleasant return to my daughters favorite places. FULL COVID protocols are in place including temperature check, hand sanitizer stations throughout and staff continuously wipes down games after each person. They are on top it! After viewing the corporate re-opening plans on you tube, I was more than comfortable returning. Food is only being served takeout. Thank you CEC for your efforts.

Today we had my princess 8th birthday party and let me tell you our hostess was so phenomenal and amazing she was very attentive and if I needed her she was always there paid attention to every detail and answered our questions she is the perfect employee that Chuck E. I love this chuck e cheese. I went here with my mom, sister and niece and we had a great time. Its never too packed, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the place was overall clean. Even thought prices are a little high like all chuck e cheese, there are coupons online for discounts. The food was delicious and fresh. Would definitely go back again.

I go with my wife to this restaurant quite a bit! This is the best place to to have a good dinner. I visit this place at least once a month. The meals are great, the staff members are professional and the cost is reasonable. I enjoy eating in this spot over a decent dinner.

This is exclusively about my visit today. I came on a Tuesday so it was pretty empty. Food service was fairly quick. My kids had a blast for hours. The manager Tiera was very helpful with an issue I had with a coupon. I was very happy with this visit actually; have been coming here for years and my experience wasn’t so good. I wonder if it is new management.

Granted it slow because of COVID 19. I went to pizza take out. Have the customers were not wearing property. The stuff do not really care.

This location is a nice store! Especially in the morning. The place is a clean and you can have the whole place to yourself. Main reason I decided to come here was because of the history and the classic Road Stage! They were at another part of Wayne and closed in the late 80s. They were (I think) the oldest in the state, even older than Union. They opened this one in 1992 and it is a pretty nice store. A little small, but nice! They also expanded in 2011. My only complaint is that the buffet took 30 minutes from the time it was supposed to be put up for them to actually get the pizzas up. Now if they had a lot cooked I would understand but I had to keep waiting for more. Other than that its great! 4/5 Stars!

Some of the games were not working or giving tickets sadly. Employees were friendly. Place looks clean superficially. Not worth going there. Hopefully they fix their games.

If the employees werent all talking uncivilized and embarrassing to one another, the entire evening my family was there tonight, it would have been enjoyable. Not to mention as I was getting salad from the salad bar there was a kid trailing behind me spraying cleaning products on the salad bar standing an inch behind me .....rushing me to get my food . Then as Im walking back to my table, another set of employees arguing rudely to one another. Needs to be fixed !

Its conveniently located if you are in the Wayne/Riverdale/Rt 23 and north area... It is showing signs of age as the characters on stage are not fully functional and the seating and table fixtures are peeling/faded. My kid has a good time there, so that to me is worth it. There is a Panera Bread in the same shopping complex so you could split your time with a healthier meal, then play games and get dessert.

Okay, I love taking my grandkids to Chuck E. Cheese, right up until its time to leave. It feels safe, well supervised, and even the food is decent, if expensive. Then its time to leave, and the kids have played their hearts out to win tickets. Thats when things change rapidly. The prizes are very limited and hugely inflated in value. Seriously, cant you find some fun decent items that kids could choose and everyone leaves happy? Try explaining to a 6 year old that the item they want requires 6000 ticket points, which translates to $60, by the way, and they have a whopping total of 750 points? It sours everything.

We picked the Best time to go--Friday night!!! Kids had the whole place to themselves besides a couple of parties happening..but the kids roamed free with no worries..

Usually overcrowded so I went late one day. They lock the door about an hour before closing so that nobody else comes in - ignore you when you knock - and seem very annoyed when you walk in because someone else lets you in as they are leaving. I’m well aware of closing time - sometimes I just need 30 min to tire my kids out before bedtime.

This place is clean all the games worked. Nice area. Staff was a bit tired I can understand I think they were happy to close lol overall its a good place for familys to go.

Hot summer day and the ac is barely running. There is 100 kids and 150 parents in this place and it stinks. Never going back to this dump. Rt 10 is way better, cleaner and always has the ac pumping.

For $23, my son had a blast with all the arcade games. They could use someone to roam the floor in case theres a machine malfunction. The football throwing game was broken, and I couldnt find anyone to help me get my money back. But again, for $23, its worth all the effort to get your child tired out. Also, watch out for ticket thieves. If you dont pay attention, kids will take your tickets away before you get to pull them out of the machine. If Im going to pay $20 for a slinky, Im getting all my tickets!

Absolutely terrible. we had gone to redeem 100 tickets for my brothers birthday and the worker at the front desk as extremely rude and made a big deal about us getting the tickets. she ended up giving us less than fifty but at that point it was fine we got any. half the games were out of order or not giving tickets. in conclusion go to a different chuck e cheese where the games actually work and the employees are nice.

I visited this Chuck E Cheese yesterday. I havent been to CEC for about a year. We went we played, it was an okay visit, Ive been to better ones. The reason why Im giving this review a 1 star, is because I still had tokens from previous visits and I wanted to exchange them for points. I was told I couldnt and that there was a single game in the store that takes tokens and I had to play that one to get tickets. To me this makes no sense. Im sure they still have several people still bringing in tokens, and how come we can play that one game but you wouldnt exchange them for points. I told the cashier that I didnt want to play that one game. She said I had no other option. I decided to write to their Customer Service department and this is the response I got from them.Thank you for taking the time to email us about your recent visit at our Wayne Chuck E. Cheese’s. Unfortunately, we can no longer convert tokens to play passes. We switched to play passes almost four years ago, and have allowed several years for the transitional period. I apologize for any inconveniences.Now Im stuck with tokens I purchased a few years back ( I used to purchase a lot of tokens, back then), and even though they still have random games in select locations that accept tokens. Their response was that Im pretty much stuck with these tokens. I mean I get it you took my money back then and yesterday, why would you care . In my opinion this is not fair, they should honor their own tokens. I will not be visiting this Chuck E Cheese or any other ever again.

A good place to take children up to eight years of age. Food is fair, though a little pricey. This is a good place for a rainy day outing. I think you will enjoy watching the kids play video games and skee ball in a safe place.

The tables are dirty. Noone is cleaning. The soda machine has no ice and 3 of the flavors were empty. My baby had fun at least. Thats all.

Our kids always have a great time at the Wayne Chuck E. Cheese. They really know how to take care of families and provide a safe and fun environment.

I was there earlier this week and the staff was extremely rude! From the second we walked in staff members just stared at us until a manager had to tell one of them to assist us. This staff member proceeded to assist us while rolling her eyes and smacking her mouth. Extremely rude for no reason. Then I asked if they have military discounts (which are on their website- corporate and local). She literally said, “Oh nah, hell no. We don’t do that.” I let it go because she was so rude I didn’t want to engage in further conversation. Let’s not mention how rude she was when the children had to choose their prizes.

Really fantastic service here for us. I’ve been to many Chuck E Cheese though this is the one I grew up with as a kid. I always ask for extra sauce but never get it and without fail they remembered to give it. All employees were helpful and made it a very pleasant experience. Now I remember why this is the one we always went to as a kid.

I went for a family members birthday party and a lot of the machines were not working, the party host looked like she didnt want to be there, and another worker there had a huge hickey on her neck. No professionalism at all at this chuck E. Cheese.

First off the staff was extremely rude and should not be working with a place for children if they are not going to have patience. I noticed fluid was leaking from the play area, and I was concerned that maybe it was urine. I brought my concerns to someone who said they were the manager and her response to me was okay.... after a few minutes I noticed children were still playing the the area. I went back to the same person and questioned if they were going to temporarily close it until they confirm that it was not urine. He response to me was no, someone has to go up there and check and its not going to be me, maybe you should. I was shocked that the safety of the kids were of no concern to her. In regards to the games, half the games were out of tickets and a few had the ERR symbol, and some all were missing the pieces to place. The air hockey table didnt have pucks, the ski ball game didnt have balls, and the games that required water smelled foul. Also none of the games are merit based meaning even if you won the big prize, you only receive 4 or 7 tickets. So it would be virtually impossible to win larger prizes unless you buy more points or time and continue playing. When we received our food it was cold. Oh and for it to be a weekend Chuck E. Never walked out to throw tickets to the kids. Air conditioning wasnt working. Its sad that I have to drive out of state to find a quality chuck e cheese for my kids, because I will NEVER bring my children back to this location.

Great place for kids and birthday parties

Used to go here as a kid and now I go here with my nieces and nephews. Its cool how they updated the place to reflect the wants of todays kid. Back in my day, it was all arcade games. That was the kind of things us 90s kids love. Nowadays, theres some of the old skeeball games and basketball games left, but everything else is updated and modern. The employees did a great job with the birthday show, and I was surprised at how well the show is. Kept the kids entertained and they LOVED the ticket blower machine. Also loved how the company has introduced sensory sensitive Sundays for kids with special needs. Very respectable move for a company to make.

Cant go wrong here with kids, basically unlimited games, good pizza, and many drinks to choose from. Plus kids cash in tickets for prizes at the end.

Most games either broken or out of tickets. Manager was going to fix picture machine so we could retrieve our picture and it still didnt work, no credit given. Other games take credits and dont work. As we were still playing they shut power to games. We could not redeem our tickets. They made everyone leave at 853pm. They should close at 9 as listed . Staff not friendly or helpful. Guy at door was on phone texting not manning door like supposed to.

I usually come here with no issue. Today I ordered buffalo chicken and it was raw. Beware of the food you order here

Always clean, staff is always very helpful, not as busy with overwhelming amount of ppl. Its a little ride from us but worth the piece of mind that your in a place thats pleasant.Update: it looks like they have done a lot of tweaking to the staff and their routines. Its a good change. Much more attention and cleaning. They have stepped it up a notch with their service definitely more customer centric.

Most locations are so much fun and great prices but the Wayne location has all of the machines programmed to give out a maximum of 6 tickets so it kinda takes the fun out of it.

Great Sunday birthday party hosting experience. The staff was helpful with 32 guests plus additional siblings and family. I was overjoyed by how smoothly everything went. They went above and beyond to make me happy.

The chuck e cheese in Wayne is a bit smaller than the chucky e cheese in Paramus and it was very crowded and a lot of their games and rides werent working and it seemed a bit filthy but it is a childrens place and I went on the weekend so I didnt expect it to be very clean or quiet the staff was very friendly and helpful all in all I am an adult and it is chuck e cheese so I pretty much loathe it But my daughter had A-blast as usual.

It was okay, rides were clean bathroom was well kept considering the variables. The staff was mostly young adults that seemed disinterested but overall great service and I wish they had more toddler rides.

Poor maintenance on many of the games and devices. Ticket dispensers are inconsistent most of the time. Half of the ticket counters are out-of-service and there is always an unnecessary line. I think they need a better management here for sure.

YEA.HERES MY 51 CENTS almost slamming my change. And heres a $20. And didnt take my eyes off of it. He quickly gave me a ticket number,saying thank you, then proceeded to look busy with OTHER things looking back and forth. It WAS very busy but I got the sense he thought I would just walk away. I went to ordered a cake for my daughters birthday, asked for it to say happy birthday and they said no icing. OK! Maybe it was a lie. A bunch of teenagers working there, have no respect at all. I brought my 7 year old for a birthday party. He skinned his knee. There was absolutely no one to help. I asked the guy at the door to help. He gave me a band aid and told me to ask the overworked restaurant cashier who had a line 6 parties long. I skipped the line and announced to her my son skinned his knee really bad. She disappeared for 2 minutes and gave me 2 VERY small bandaids and dismissed me. I have never seen a kids place so unprepared to deal with a common injury. Later, I walked around looking for someone to complain to. No one could be found. I went online to Chuck E Cheese for a place to file a complaint. Nothing.The lesson is, you are simply dollars and cents to them. This is reflected in their minimalist bathroom (2 stalls in the Mens room), poor food, they did not even provide our party with water. DO NOT COME HERE!

I really liked it, and there are many fun games. They also have a sky crawl for kids. Also, there is an animatronic band. It is a great place to take the kids.
