A lovely little history museum about the City of Wayne.

Really enjoyed a ghost hunt here. friendly and informative staff. locals very proud of this area and the history if this area.

Great experience Young lady working at the time was knowledgeable and pleasant too. Had a great time.

It has gotten so much better than it was. The class pictures are a great idea. Never disappointed when I have been there.

Fun visit!! Its a bit difficult to find, since the GPS gives you a different address, than the actual building. Im not sure if they moved, or if its just a glitch in the system.Go on one of their Ghost Walks, if you can. Fun and interesting time.

Its a wonderful and very comfortable little museum. All of the people there with whom we interacted were wonderful. Do note that it is a little local history museum, a role it plays perfectly. It is not the DIA or Henry Ford. If that is what you want, there are plenty of options, but this place knows what it is and does it wonderfully.

We were treated in a very special way. We had made an appointment in advance since we were coming from out of state.My family and I were amazed at the information we were given.Copies were made of titles, records and pictures. It was a wonderful place to start searching deeper into Alexander McClaughry side of my family. He came over from Ireland, but don’t know where he lived in Ireland or from which port hedeparted or arrived here.Do plan to visit the historical society if you are interested in local history or genealogy .

When we arrived at the small museum, it was closed. We simply didnt know that we had to call city hall prior to a planned visit ... This was a bit frustrating. Cheers from Germany!
