Layout is nice but the games are old. Alot of the games are out of service. Customer support is horrible. Find another place to play games.

Pricey but something fun to do with your teens. Food was very tasty and staff was friendly. Expensive fun but worth the stop.

Our family came to eat and play, and it was a great experience! Our server Kalan was completely on top of everything and was there before we even realized we needed anything. He was super great! Thank you for providing such outstanding service and being a contributing part of a great day with my family. Dave and Busters is very lucky to have a server like you.

Pretty standard....could use a few more games, staff was nice....maybe it covid but it seems different.....

Love coming here, Jessie is always great! He helps as best he can and makes everyone feel welcomed. The bathrooms need tidying up.

We had a great time even with the pandemic plaguing the world. But they seemed to have a system that is as good as it could be considering the circumstances. Drinks were great!

Pretty weak arcade for anyone looking to kick it with the guys. Drinks are mostly ice. But fun for what it is.

It was nice. Wish more of the games werent out of service...been there many times over the years. And with the covid situation going on I would think that they would keep more of the machines cleaner there were times when me and my children walked up to them and they were so murky looking and smeared I told them we wont be playing this game or that game....

Poor service on a Thursday! They were understaffed so we waited very long wait times for all services this day. There werent any combo promotions available due to covid. No physical menus in store due to covid and their web based menus were glitchy so it kept going out and they had no answers for that! My daughter thankfully enjoyed herself beyond the priciness and glitching. Would not recommend right now!

The salmon was better than red lobsters. I have 3 kids and our food and drink bill came out to $150 - the 4 entrees came with $20 play cards. Nice to hang out with the family. Workers in the game area are usually very busy.

Had my sons 8th birthday party here and it was fantastic! It was Sonic the Hedgehog themed and they allowed balloons and things like that! My son and his friends had a blast! Very clean atmosphere! Awesome service! Very accommodating to our needs for a bday party!!

This was our first day back since COVID-19. Our server, Haja was beyond amazing. She was very friendly, professional and attentive with everything from beginning to end. We enjoyed ourselves. The icing on the experience was the manager stopping by to ask us how everything was going! After a long work week this was what we needed! Thank you! We will be back soon!

They did not update their hours....I drove THIRTY minutes to come here for nothing. Both online (on google) and over the phone both said that it was open. I show up and a sheet of paper says Closed due to cerfew. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Lots of unhappy people pulling in and out of the parking lot through the past 20 min of me trying to figure out the rest of my night.

Had a lot of fun! The staff was very friendly and the service was great so was the food! They have a ton of games new and old school. Definitely will be back. My favorite thing about our trip there was surprisingly the armed security team. They made me feel like I could actually relax for once without having to stay alert and keep constantly looking over my shoulder. They also took care of all the people who were acting out. This is the type of security we need across the board. You guys set a perfect example of how things should be done. 10/10 security team.

The young lady who took care of us was great i cant remember her name she had blonde hair & was tending bar as well . This young lady made sure we had everything we wanted, asked for, etc... Shes definitely a keeper! Will return when we visit our hometown again!

So I spend 24 dollars for my child to go play video games and then go into the gift shop and then on the way home I have to counsel him because hes crying because the toy that cost 2 cents to make has broken...... for the 2nd time in a row now this has happened.

This place reminds me of Chucky Cheeze but more upscaled. It is a sports bar/ restaurants but is family friendly. The bar and sitting area is near the front and the rest of the building is taken up by the arcade. There are large screen TVs throughout the area. Mostly playing sports channels. The food was good and serve prompt. They currently have an Unlimited Game Day special for unlimited wings w/ fries and unlimited arcade video game play, no tickets just play. A good visit.

So I love Dave and Busters. Theres nothing better than being able to play video games in an adult arcade. The games are cool and its a fun way to spend an afternoon. The cleanliness of the facility and maintanence on the games is awful. Half of the games dont even work and will take points off your card no matter what. One main comment I have is that the staff is extremely rude! This has to be one of the worse places when it comes to customer service! They need to get management involved asap because the way customers are treated here is insane! I cant believe that these employees get away with rolling their eyes at customers,acting like your not standing in front of them, and walking away from you in mid sentence without any consequence. The sad part is that it isnt just a few bad apples, the whole batch is rotten to the core! This is so unfortunate because the food was ok, portion sizes were ok, and it was affordable. Just a shame this place isnt represented to the best of its abilities...I wanted to add this this place has gone down hill over the last few years. There are kids everywhere all the time. Teenagers fighting in the lobby and not even playing games...just standing around causing chaos. The games are always broken, the place is always dirty with cups and garbage on the floor, the prize room is a joke because when you go in there its swarming with people playing with things and not even trying to buy anything. The quality of this place is atrocious and super disappointing. I used to come here because after 11pm there were no kids or teens, just adults which I thought was more than fair. Now its free range for everyone..majority are just fighting in the lobby and no one is paying attention to the children running around all night. I get that you want to increase business by broadening the time frames for more families, but are you really profiting from people who are just standing around or looking for a way to tire out their kids by letting them run around without playing any games? That is what Chuck E Cheese is for. Its no wonder the games keep breaking all the time, with children slamming on the buttons and throwing the video game guns around repeatedly all night. This makes no sense to me. Its overall a mess....

Made an impromptu visit there yesterday because the movie theater was sold out. Upon entry, there was a bit of confusion because apparently they have an admission policy that was vigilantly enforced by their security team. Entry protocol aside, we were seated within minutes. We waited for 20 minutes before we approached the hostess to inquire about a server. A few minutes later, a server appeared. Did not catch her name, but she was unfriendly, not helpful, and disinterested at best. Food and drink options were good and on par with similar chain restaurants. Then we got our bill...which was somehow mysteriously padded with $30 in extra items. I unknowingly paid, then questioned the staff upon closer examination of the tab. Much confusion and questioning ensued, but surprisingly, very little apologizing or explanation given on behalf of the server. On a more positive note, the games were fun and more than made up for the dining experience.

D&B has the most top-of-the-line arcade games of any place Ive been to. We went out to eat as a group of 4 guys and took advantage of their eat & play bundles. We went and played a bunch of arcade games after we ate and had a lot of fun...for the first 20 minutes. Maybe its just me, but most of the games became dull and samey really quick. We also tried the VR experience. Im usually fine in VR, but the ride did make me a bit sick. Its neat, but short. Staff were very friendly and the facility was clean and well maintained. All in all, we spent about $250 for about 2 hours of entertainment. A bit pricey to do more than a few times a year.

Way too many rowdy people, police escorted a whole lot out and didnt really help the cause. Could hardly play games, rude people standing around in groups act bothered when you ask them to move politely

Went for my sons birthday. Kids had a blast. Fun for the whole family. The staff was very friendly to us. So much entertainment. May get busier later in the day.

Good food and a fun place to go with or without the kids.Went to Dave and Busters for the second time. I have to recommend the chicken and waffle sliders, they are the best. I took my daughter and we had a great time, I also want to give a shout out to our server Tommy, he was the best! Fast and friendly service, He was a very jovial host. Next time we go, I am going to ask to be seated in his section.

Expectation = Family fun & nice dinner outReality = Stress to the 9sQuoted 35-45 min for a table, registered cell successfully and then had to wait 1hr 45 to sit. Cell update never came, had to keep asking host how much longer. Bar area seating had at least 4 tables “claimed” with random party decor, or just leaving coats, no people there for over an hour. Then 3 people take over an 8-top. Open seating should still have rules.Game room was fun but watch out for kids trying to play your games after you pay. Germ alert: No hand sanitizer anywhere in sight. Very strong security presence (a good thing) but also makes one second guess this place for a family night out if that much security is needed.

Menu is great, game selection is amazing and no problem with the machines. Prices are a little steep for a family of 5 but given the venue its understandable. All in all... the three kids had a blast ad their first time going here.

I enjoyed my evening out here a few weeks ago. The staff are fairy tale friendly. Meaning, too good to be true. They were all neatly dressed and professional. Me and a few guests ate prior to the games. The food was tasty and presentation was fun. They are a little pricey, however, youre not just paying for the food but the experience as well. I rather enjoyed the games and the bar scene was nice. Im not a big fan of children and bars in the same place but I suppose it was appropriate. It seemed though, that the atmosphere changed around 10pm. More of a rowdy younger crowd showed up. I was ready to call it a night anyway. Lol . Id definitely return

Update on 12.12.18Its hard to give any higher than 3 stars because our experience has always been inconsistent. One time we have great service, next time its the complete opposite. I look forward to our next experience and then Id truly like to give a 5 - star rating. My family and I our loyal patrons but please improve the customer service and the quality of the food. We have addressed our issues to staff when we go.

Just my suggestion...from my observation which was my first time to Dave & Busters.Have a host/hostess or a server that has no tables greet guests at the door for first time diners, my family and I had no idea of what to do once we walked in. Perhaps a quick personal tour of the establishment. Worker should be more knowledgeable of menu and gaming packages. We were left wondering what is what and best gaming deal.We understood that it was a Wisconsin Badger game day so yes, it was very busy.Less socializing among employees more time with guests.My family and did enjoy our dining experience and we plan to dine in again soon!!!Thank you!!!

The service was slow. Although the server was very attentive, it took a while for the food to come out. We were celebrating a birthday there were only 4 adults along with three young children. No flexibility for those that dont eat pork...combos.

Had a great time celebrating a birthday. Kids love the fun drinks, and of course lots of video games. Food there is pretty good too.

My family and I Love Dave and Busters! We had a great time, and the prices are fair. Atmosphere is fitting. Food is a little high priced, but good. I just wish the rewards program and app worked as it should.

Pretty great place to blow some money if you feel so inclined. This place has games and food what more could you want? I quite personally would prefer you to be able to get more tickets on things but still its pretty great.

We had 5 different people waiting on us. It was 40 minutes before we could get the game cards that worked, 25 minutes before we brought our drinks, 30 minutes on the second round of drinks. The food was great, drinks also. All the workers were nice, but holy hell, what a cluster. We went up to the bar to get the drinks faster and there were dirty glasses everywhere. But the bartender did make a mean margarita.

If you go looking my history of reviews, I always will say the good and bad that happened during my experience, and I try to give the benefit of the doubt.This review, I cant do thatThe place is dirty. Gross- bathroom photos included which is leading a mess into the hallway towards tables/barI got my plate of food, there was a soup spoon sticking out on my plate (I got steak and pasta with shrimp. Nothing that needed a spoon what so ever.) I took a photo of what the spoon look liked (I did not use it or put anything on it. As seen in the photo is exactly what it looked like hanging off my plate)but the plate is empty in the photo as I was starving and had to eat regardless.I asked for medium rare steak: it was dry, well done, and over seasoned with just salt it seemed (my fiance even said but u love salt- when I made the comment. And even I, the salt king, was disgusted)We waited over an hour for two meals. We looked around and we were one of 2 tables it seemed here for dinner.The table next to us are probably nearing their hour mark about now.No one could explain or help us with the package deals of play and eat.We didnt know to seat ourselves or not.Our server is nice but hasnt been back to check on us since we ate our entire meals.Wont be backGoing to the garcade or round 1 next timeThen, after not seeing our waitress at all, I was going to pay for dinner so my girlfriend wouldnt have to and since we had already been outside once for air,we were going to put our prizes in the car and I left my wallet in the glove box so she walked out with me to grab it.The waitress runs out behinds us saying we needed to pay for the bill, almost insinuating we were walking out. At this point Im more than just annoyed and offended so my girlfriend says shes just going to pay it and I go take the things to the car and warm it up.Instead of chasing us like psychos, just say hey Im not sure if you forgot because I havent tended to you in almost 2 hours but I forgot to give you your bill! We would say,we know, were grabbing my wallet from the car and taking our prizes and putting them away. We arent theives.We also REGISTERED OUR CARDS PRIOR TO GOING TO GRAB MY WALLET, SO WHY WOULD WE TRY TO DINE AND DASH IF YOU HAVE ALL OF MY CONTACT INFORMATION IN THE SYSTEM...This was my least pleasant experience, food/cleanliness and service wise.The young woman with shorter hair in the prize area was the sweetest and the best thing about this experience

I had a blast here. The food and drinks where much better then the last time I went to a Dave and Busters, about 10 years ago. The games where also great fun. Including many I have never seen before. I will definitely be coming back soon.

My boyfriend and I went there last night to play games. With that being said we had to grab someone twice on two separate occasions to fix the game we were playing. Connect 4 took my card twice and would not let me play. With our tokens we decided to get an appetizer and dessert. We chose to be seated in the dining room and no one followed up with us and our drinks sat empty. I got buffalo wings, which was a mistake, within 2 hours I was throwing up. There is a definite lack of customer care and service.

So so.... hard to understand how much each game was costing us vs the tickets getting back in return. $40 in 2 cards. Netted 550 tokens. Granddaughter loved trying to decide what to get with her landfall of tickets.Id go back again more for the good then the games. Was hoping for at least a pinball machine.....

Great games. Cheese curds are original Wisconsin curds. Plenty of workers, must need them for such a large place. Prizes you need a ton of tickets to get anything good. Overall fun place.

Terrible restaurant service.. First it took over 25 mins to even get our drinks.. I had to get up twice and ask about our Food and where it was. Food was almost cold when received. BBQ ribs taste like they were in a slow cooker for 3 days so soft that the bone could literally be eaten I do not recommend this place for food however the games and stuff are fun

This place is so ghetto and understaffed. Pretty small as well. Do not go on a weekend or you will be waiting for forever. Half of the games are broken as well. They also have police and security at the front door so that will tell you the crowd they bring in usually. Food was good.

We have a large group event every other year with Dave and Busters for work and they always work really well with us. We come in with a budget and they work with us to develop several event packages that trade off between more drinks, more game tokens or better food. They could easily just force set packages down our throats but they show great flexibility and custom attention. A private side room next to the game floor and one in the back of the dining room make it a great option to have fun but also host an event where you need people to hear one another. Will keep coming back each time for our events.

Horrible service that took forever. Would have loved to get the manager but she was constantly busy dealing with unsatisfied tables. It took 15 min seated before I flagged someone down to put in a drink order. Then no one knew who our waitress should be so it took even longer. Staff was eating on the floor while serving as well. Our total time eating was an hour and a half and the waitress didnt ask us if we wanted refills on our drinks even once. Next time we will play the games and go somewhere else for food.

We were celebrating my nephew for his Birthday, Graduation and Bon Voyage. We had the Boardroom as our party room & we were taken care very well all afternoon. Thank you to all of the service members.

Went to Dave and Busters to play a few games. We ended up winning quite a few tickets and the kids decided to use them towards the food vouchers they offer. We got two appetizer tickets and two dessert tickets. We were seated promptly, but then the issues started. Our waitress was terrible. She took our drink orders and disappeared for 15 minutes. Came back with our drinks finally, and set them on the table and walked away.Came back 5 minutes later and took our appetizer order. Took about 40 minutes to get the appetizers (chicken quesadillas and nachos), they were great. She came back to the table and took the dessert order (2 cheese cake dips) and asked if we wanted drink refills to which we said yes. It took over 30 minutes to get the desserts and she didnt bring drink refills. She asked again if we wanted drink refills, which she never brought. We left a couple bucks on the table to cover the drinks and walked out after waiting for our drink refills for yet another 15 minutes. No manager was to be found to speak too and our waitress was busy putting plates and napkins out on other tables. Awful service. I would expect this kind of service if it was actually busy, but there were maybe 5 tables and 3 waitresses. Just severely disappointed. Would put her name in here, but alas she didnt have a name tag on. The only reason I am even giving a star is that the food was good and well prepared, so kudos to whomever was preparing tonight. For as expensive of an establishment this place is you should make your managers more visible, be more customer service oriented and train your staff better.

Got here at 5:25pm sat in the bar area for 20 mins, no server came so we asked a bartender for a waitress and he said one will come around and 20 mins passed no one came. We requested a manager and was seated in a booth. A waitress took our order we ordered 3 appetizers and three entrees. The appetizers came within 20 minutes but we waited 1 hr and no entree so we tracked down a manager again and she had the food delivered promptly but at this point we had to leave we were scheduled to do a Sip & Paint so we just left. Bad service poor management so over this spot

I recently went here(my first time)with a BIG group that was holding a private party. The food was exceptional, the service was great. The only complaint I do have is that there were a LOT of games(machines) that were not working properly, but they still continued to have those certain games open, after the fact. I honestly didn’t think that was fair to others who were paying money to play. Everything was already paid for, but I have food allergies and could not eat the certain foods they had out, I had to order something else...and they charged me. Not a big deal, but I was quite flabbergasted to receive a 18.00 bill for grilled salmon and a super small side salad. Overall though, it was a great. ***side note*** if you’re not used to an indoor carnival atmosphere, prepare yourself for the noise :) There were a few people in our group that had some headaches and migraines coming.

The staff was so nice accommodating our large party at last minute for a graduation celebration. We enjoyed our food along with games. The waiter left the cash register to start our orders and then waitress took over. They were awesome. Will recommend this restaurant for the great customer service.

The grab machine is great!

I went there for the very first time Saturday night not exactly sure of what to expect. Usually when you go to a restaurant some host or hostess greets you. I had to chase down an employee about a table and she directed me to a desk to sign up. I get to the desk and there are 3 different people there, neither of which acknowledged me, they walked away with me standing there, then I had to wait another couple of minutes for someone else to show up. I felt like I was bothering them in order to sign up for a table. I thought the wings were smallish and overpriced. And the bathroom was a complete disaster, with the paper towel dispenser out of paper towels. The garbage was balled up and overflowing out of the garbage dispenser in the mens bathroom, on the floor and everything. I did have fun playing games with the people I was with, but it was a very chaotic environment I guess I wasnt prepared for. Before I even hit the front door I was bombarded by teenagers asking me if they could walk in with me, because they needed to be with someone 25 or older to go in. I walked in and the security was escorting several minors out of the building. It just wasnt a good look to me. I wasnt prepared to be put in the middle of some drama I didnt expect. Maybe they cant do anything about the teenagers swarming the place or the food suppliers that give the small wings to them. But the customer service could use a lot of help and at least keep the bathrooms clean!

Had a $10 free play birthday coupon but they didn’t allow me to use it on my birthday. They charge $3 activation fee for each card. Food over price and not even good.

I went here on my actual birthday to celebrate with my kids, fiance and friends. We went to watch the Packers Game. From the start was a horrible experience. The hosts were rude, I asked to sit in a different spot and they said they cannot because no server was serving in that section. Literally 3 booths away from where we were then seated. As a server myself, I know they could have walked 2 feet over and served us. Guest service always comes first. Then the actual server came by and she was horrible. Rude, seemed like she was in a rush to get out of work and we JUST sat down. It was my birthday And i planned to spend quite a bit on food and drinks. So expected quality service. We did not receive that. Then the food came to the table and it was COLD. And I asked for ranch and did not receive it for over 20 mins. I had to ask someone else to grab it for me. I spoke to a manager not in charge of that area and he gave is free game cards which was nice for my kids and I to play, I cery much appreciated that but still was a horrible experience overall.

Best way to start off gambling. No just kidding, but the fun is addictive! Good place for get togethers and I do not think I have ever seen anyone leave unhappy. Wednesday is half price games, go the distance! Thursday currently is unlimited video games and wings - my heart is full...

Waited at the bar for 10min to get served a drink. 3 people looked at me and then attended everyone else around me. Still never got a drink. Walked away and left. Pretty bummed that i couldn’t get a simple drink. But the games were fun as always, won’t come back for a drink though.

Were here tonight around 4pm. Our server was friendly, but the service was extremely slow. The place didnt seem busy, but it took forever to get anything. Our food was good, but it was cold. Our son lost his coat in the arcade area. When i asked the guest service employees if one had been turned in, they barely stopped their conversation and shorty said no. We traveled almost 2 hours to eat at this restaurant and we werent overly impressed.

Surprised my husband and took him for his birthday. Womens restrooms both reaked of pot and cigarettes. Tons of teenagers not accompanied by adults, teenagers making out and sitting on the arcade games. No one was keeping an eye on anything. Food was ok. Nothing about this place is worth bragging about.

Fun place to spend time with friends, me and my girlfriend went for my birthday. We played a few games and then went to go eat, then played more games after. We purchased the package that lets you play only the free blue-box games, so there wasnt a huge amount of games for us to play. The green box games require game chips, so if youre only in it for the prizes, check on Google as you can usually find the same items cheaply to just buy.

Dave and Busters is an amazing place for anything from birthday parties to just hanging out with ur friends! You are always going to have a really fun time here. Whenever I go I have a blast and the food is pretty good too. Great games, good food, unforgettable memories... thank you, Ethan!

Service was super slow and the bathroom was gross

Great food, good service, and our kids were thrilled with the games. Playing the games can get expensive, but there are specials that we took advantage of.

I went to the one on Mayfair rd. Too much gabbing among the younger hosting group, I asked for a to go box never got it my grandsons dad went up and asked fore it, I later received the box, so there needs to be more professional skills other then that they were friendly and kind, food was good and the kids enjoyed themselves..

Best variety of arcade games in the city. Yes it is a sports bar atmosphere but I take my 8 & 10 year olds there and they love it. Very kid friendly. Be sure to download the app and create an account to save money on gaming!

Normally service is good. Tonight however, was horrible. We waited more than 30min for a server then another 30min for our drinks. Food took forever to come and eventually came out cold. I will never go on a game night ever again.

I really like that you dont have to get food if youre just there for the games. Im a little sad that they got rid of Dance Dance Revolution, though.
