Bowlero Wauwatosa

Best place to get together for bowling! Been going here for years, and every experience has been unforgettable! Blake is an amazing manager too! Highly recommend, especially since there’s plenty of deals throughout the week!

We went here for a birthday party and man was I surprised. This place has been totally redone. New arcade room, huge screens above the pins, nice new flooring, everything looked great. The service was awesome if the party needed they servers were there getting whatever you needed. The pizza was pretty good. I was expecting old school bowling alley pizza but no this was pretty good. I would highly recommend going here and would definitely come back again.

Everything was good. Staff was polite and courteous. Food was delicious, but them drinks needed a little jesus juice added to them for them kind of prices. I will definitely be returning though. Lol

Bowling is great very nice design, but absolutely rediculous that there is only one register open at the bar. It took us almost an hour to get 2 drinks. Wish that could be better. Other than that its a very nice place.

So, the food was pretty decent for being bowling alley food except for the pizza.the pizza rated 3 out of 5 stars and with the exceptional service rating six stars that averaged out to the five stars that we posted. Our server was Natalie and she was unbelievably friendly and cheerful and made our time there more than incredible.

Everyone needs to bowl here. Lanes are great. Staff is great. Arcade is great. Food is great. What else could you want?

Me and my Friends had fun and the Staff was very nice and professional, everyone should go.

Some of the best lanes Ive bowled on. Staff is great too.

Stephanie and Blake are amazing! We came out to celebrate my birthday and I couldnt believe the level of customer service both of them provided. Blake was extremely hospitipal (making sure we were comfortable social distancing) and Stephanie killed it with the food (delivering everything hot, fresh, and in record time). Together, they make a dynamic and unbeatable team!

Great place to bowl and have fun with family and friends! Great customer service, and friendly servers and staff! Love the music and the entertainment with gaming and great food and drinks!Would greatly recommend coming back again!

Great opportunities for adults and children alike far as bowling leagues as well as a great weekend/day hangout out thats family friendly.

MY NAME IS MANUEL IM THE BALD HISPANIC MAN LOL...THE MANAGER IS SO HELPFUL & NICE IT FEELS SO AMAZING IN THERE THAN BEFORE I LOVE IT I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK I CANT WAIT TO HAVE MY BIRTHDAY THERE ...EVERY WAS SO CLEAN & ORGANIZE THE STAFF IF SO RESPECTFULLY & NICE THANK YOU FOR THE CHANGE I HAD A WONDERFUL NIGHT...WOW....JUST AMAZING..

Laaaarge place. Lots of lanes. Well organized and well stocked if you dont have your own stuff. Prices are good and staff was great. Even the bar and food wasnt bad! Had a good experience and would bowl here again.

Went here with 2 friends on lane 54. Paid for 1 frame and an order of shrimp poppers. Got charged correctly for said frame and food, but then later on in the day got charged again for an unauthorized charge of $90 dollars, have called multiple times and been given the run-around. Dont go here.

We enjoyed ourselves bowling and the arcade games

Though we had a rough experience with our lane and wrong pizza made, they made up for it we got a Free pIzza and BOTH R GAMES FREE AND A FREE Party in The future!! They made right on our rough experiance!

We had fun bowling and being out with family. The staff was not very friendly and the food and drinks were overpriced. But the accommodations were nice. The lanes were nice and the scoring was excellent.

Very good food and service. Would bowl here again

Love it! U will too

My brother and his wife booked a party for my brothers birthday 2/22/20. Horrible Service. The amount of money they paid for this party and the services that should have been included in the package they bought was NOT provided. The bartender was horrible. There were several parties going on and there was on bartender who could not keep up. We had several beer drinkers and at one point there were 2 6pks of the beer we were drinking sitting on the back of the a bar and that is what was being served to us - needless to say the beer was not cold. The fact we were paying $6.10 for one beer one would think they would make sure the beer was cold. The food through the party should have been replenished WAS NOT! The active manager at that time came by cleaned up the first round of what was eaten said she will be back with more food never came back. The only positive thing about this event is that the kids had a good time bowling. When my sister went to talk to the manager he says he could not refund any of the money she paid for the party but can accommodate for a party at a later time. He never mention what that would consist of.Very poor service, very expensive and the staff did not know if they were coming or going.

Great place to bowl. And the pro shop is awesome. We bought balls, shoes and bags, right there and were able to try out our new bowling balls to see if they needed adjustments. Very friendly staff

My family was there 6/20/2020 and we very impressed with Blake and his staff. Even tho there seemed to be only Blake and another ee, they were both so efficient and friendly.Thank you.

Great spot to bowl had alot of fun

Blake was Great the staff was great food and service was 5 stars made our party worth while accommodated everything we wanted up to par 5 stars for sure. Thanks we will be back thank you.

Hands down best bowling experience ever. The service has been phenomenal. Thanks to Blake and his staff we received excellent service for our large party of 25 people. Thank you for letting us bowl and for the excellent evening with friends!

The bowling alley was messing up a lot but they did try to make it better

The lanes we were on and surrounding tables werent very clean. The manager helped us and bought us a round. With this virus its scary enough being here and not home. So thank you for keeping us as safe as could be.

Had a great experience bowling and playing games. Service was great And server was awesome.

There for Womens State Bowling tournament yesterday. Lanes are awesome but thats the only positive. Service is lousy, facilities are dirty/messy plus food and drinks are over priced. Supposed to start at 2pm didnt get on the lanes until 2:45. Bowled our 6 games and were lucky to see a server 3 times. Wish another Milwaukee area bowling alley was large enough to accommodate singles and doubles.

Im not one for leaving bad reviews but I had a pretty unpleasant experience. I had made reservations at 8pm for a group of 6 to go bowling. The lady over the phone made it sound like we would be able to check in and start bowling right away. This was not the case. There were people finishing up on the lane they assigned to us. I would assume they would just assign us to a different lane but we ended up waiting 20 minutes for this other party to finish. This alone would not have been a problem. When the previous party finished we started entering out names and the lane turned off. I had to wait another 10 min in the check-in line for someone to reactivate the lane. Finally getting to bowl at about 8:35 our games were riddled with lane malfunctions. On more than five occasions during our 2.5 games either the pin setter got stuck or the balls wouldnt return. Each instance came with a waiting time of at least 5 minutes to get sorted out. It seemed like the place was way under staffed for the size that it is. The bat was also understaffed and required more wait time. All of this on top of insane drink prices. A pitcher of Spotted cow and a pitcher of Mountain Dew should not come to $28. Ill stick to my local bowling alley.

Great alley. Service was great! Thanks again

Had open bowling on a Saturday night. Games were pretty expensive at $6.95 per game, hance 4/5 stars. Never payed that much per game before. That being said, lanes were good, no mechanical or technical problems. Rental shoes had a good fit and slid well.

Not enough help and unfriendly

If youre bowling once every couple months, this place is fine. If you plan to join a league, avoid this place at all costs. As Im typing this both teams are manually calculating the scores because our lanes just stopped counting shots. Screwed up my game due to the constant stopping. Worst part is that it took going to the counter 3 times before someone actually decided to recognize an issue was going on. Paying almost 20 a week for 30+ weeks and I need to deal with this? No thank you, after this league concludes I will never come back to this place. Food is fine, drinks are expensive, lanes are horrible... they have their priorities in the wrong place clearly.

Nice music, clean, fun crowds... but the bartender was super slow and a bit rude. He was pouring soda for the two ladies in front of me and I kept trying g to figure out how that possibly couldve taken that long. Hopefully he doesnt work often, light skinned guy bald with a very thick beard probably atleast 57. Just dont go to his line.

This is one of the most amazing bowling alleys in this area. Clean and fast food service. Usually, there is only one person working the register so there is a long line. Unfortunately, they didnt have many sized balls to choose from.

Doing their part to social distance! League bowling starts next week!!!

Best service Thank you to manager Blake!!!! My family had so much fun!!!!

Food is decent and the remodeling they did is nice, it is a nice bowling alley. My only issue is they turn the lights off for moonlight bowling too much. I bowl in league and most league bowlers I know like the lights on. I have been there a few times where they have refused to turn at least some of the lights on and half the alley wasnt even being used. That is surprising considering they offer over 20 leagues. Unless it is midnight bowling I feel they should keep at least half the alley lit so we can see the arrows on the lanes.

They did a spectacular job for my fiancees 40th birthday party. The price was fair, the quality was high and Natalie was a saint putting up with us. :)

Nice place for family entertainment. They have good deals on the weekends. The only drawback is it gets extremely crowded and you might have to wait in a long line to checkout.

Had fun, bad music not enough hip hop & r&b

A fun night was ruined by poor organization & systems for checking out. Had to stand in line for 40 minutes to pay for our bowling & shoe rentals. Ugh!

They really made the place look nice. Tons of TVs which is cool when sporting events are on.

I went there for tournament and state. I tried water. Water is good. And the Diet Pepsi Wild Cherry is Delicious.

Well Ill start by saying the facility is awesome. One of the better bowling alleys in the area. The challenge is the staffing and management. They were clearly understaffed. Our lane reservation was on a Saturday at 8. We couldnt start bowling until 830. Ball return failed at least 6 times. Each time causing a 5 minute delay. The pin reset was stuck twice each time taking 10 or more minutes to fix. After it was fixed one of our group had a great game going only to have his spare potential taken away. As it caused his 7 pin to count as a miss.2.5 hours for 5 ppl cost $180. We initially had 6 in reserve and advised 1 wasnt able to make it. No refund was given. We each got 2.5 games in before the lane got stuck a 3rd time and we just left.Pitcher of mtd and beer was $28 dollars. This place has so much potential but I cant see myself going back with friends to get this kind of experience for $200.

Nice and very big

I thought it was a cool and fun environment, but if you are really into bowling this is not the place to go, the dim lighting makes the arrows on the lane almost impossible to see and the prices are way overpriced.

Nice place. Nice people. A little pricey tho unless you can show Milw Cty resident or student

Bartender was awful. Rude, slow, unprofessional. To the point where he received no tip, and I am a big tipper. It was that bad. Prices for everything are insane, from bowling to food to drinks. Not worth it in the slightest bit. Only reason Im giving two stars instead of one is that management seemed cordial, hardworking, and willing to help; we had an issue with our gift card and the woman fixed it quickly and actually made time to talk to us like humans - all other staff seems like theyve never worked in their lives and have absolutely no idea what customer service is. I will never return.

New GM is a rude man child who wouldnt give us his name when asked. Was a good place to bowl and ok atmosphere until he showed up.

Had plenty of fun used a Groupon coupon to save some cash. Good experience for my kids. They talked about it the whole weekend and enjoyed the competition.

Nice place to entertain kids. People there were very helpful. The facility was very clean.

Really neat place with fun arcade games. My older kids (over 16) had a blast.

I did not know that bowling alleys like this existed because man is this place huge! Overall pretty nice place okay food and drinks everything seems to be in pretty good shape except the house balls have definitely been rode hard and put away wet more than a few times. I wouldnt go to far out of the way to bowl here over any other alley but its decent for sure.

Great facility.. Great people.. Great service.. Good place to hangout or take the kids. Also they have a great arcade room.

It is very nice, modern, and clean inside, for that, 3 stars!!!Service was slow and the food was expensive. I believe an establishment should have at least 2 bartenders to take food and drink orders. The XXL pretzel needed more salt.I stood in line and missed my kids bowling, for that, 2 stars.Time with family and friends, priceless!!!

Was here for state bowling and had a blast....thanks to all the staff at Bowlero for all your assistance... Justin and Stephanie you are the bomb!!!

I went for my first time ever and I didn’t feel welcomed at all. Bartender had an attitude clearly and I also feel like I was over-charged for games that I don’t think were played. Until I see actual footage of those games being played, I will feel like I was over-charged.

Great to have variety of equipment of all brands and colors for thumb/fingers.

Bowling is an expensive sport. For two people we spent $48. The flip to that is we got there around 9 pm and we were able to bowl as many games until 1 am. So that was cool.

I understand why they dont show pricing on their website... Two people bowling 3 games will run you almost $60 not including any drinks or food.

We had a good time but it was a pretty scary experience when someone with a gun had to be escorted out. They did this discretely however it didn’t take away our concern. I wish there was more security in the entrance to ensure safety.

We are still working with the new owner/managers. They are trying to find responsible workers, but it is difficult for Sunday nights to find people who will consistantly come in to work. So our league has been without service. This year we are on the other side of the building since the machines were having issues on the side we have been on for years. Still concerned the machines rip up balls, but the cosmetic stuff is being redone & looks nicer.

They remodeled and it looks great. Food is good. Great atmosphere. The kids love bowling here. Fun for groups and parties too.

I had alot of fun, they just more people to help checkout lanes & rent shoes at the main counter & they need an extra bartender. Maybe thats how it is on Saturday nights idk, but other than that I had a great time.

They have invested a lot in renovations over the last year and it is a much, much nicer place than it had been the last 10 years or so. The staff is really great. I hope they get to actually upgrading the equipment - setters and balls - soon. I would also appreciate more healthy options on the menus.

Great place yo bowl but the food and drink prices are outrageous to me.

Had a birthday party here last weekend and the staff was great!

We had a group bowl a few months ago and the food was good. Well kept and clean. New remodel was nice.

They had multiple open lanes yet they still didnt let us in. The staff was very disrespectful and didnt even greet us when we walked inside. I wouldnt recommend going with a lot of people or being shy.

Good atmosphere. Staff friendly. Drinks and food prices are extreme.

Had an awesome time with my family

Nice music clean

Love the new improvements. Kids were there for a school group and the new game room was awesome, the staff was so friendly and engaged. Highly recommend!

Love it beautiful place. My hubby is in a Summer league here getting ready to show them his Game Plan, Fun times only come by to bowl gear up for grand time. Food is delicious looking for family fun times meet you there.

Took the kids there a few nights ago and we loved this place!! Bowling and a fun arcade and they gave us some awesome coupons to come back with. One of the nicest/friendliest bowling centers I have ever been too!

Cheap on Sundays good place to bowl and vibe out good drinks

Best bartenders ever!!! Justin and Stephanie amazing

The place gives a great experience for those who love bowling, but other than bowling there was nothing that made us feel great, probably the experience would be one that would make a 7 year old to adults who love bowling ( only bowling) happy for an hour, for little kids there is nothing that keeps them occupied for long other than the big screens on the bowling lanes where cartoons are played all the time...Not a great experience as I was expecting... Arcade games are definitely not good at all, they are quite pricey like 3 credits to play one game of the toy picking game which ends in seconds and there is no fun...arcade games was not definitely to the mark...so there was literally nothing for those who accompany someone who likes bowling....The staff were really nice and friendly, but for a first timer its definitely not easy to follow or get directions as there is so much of information that you need to carry even to do nothing but just bowling, definitely not a place to spend lot of time with family having kids as you cant stay more than an hour ( just the bowling time) there....if they can do some add ons like inflatables or a better arcade game area it can attract family crowd more

Had a good time, the wings were good

Bowlero is a big bowling alley. They had open bowling when others didnt, which was a win for my son and a defeat for me. The experience wasnt the greatest; the food was mediocre, the equipment was unreliable, and it was not generally a comfortable place.

It was ok. Way too crowded and everyone reaked of pot.

Super place to go!!! Friendly staff and great place to bowl m it is NOT a cheap poor bowling alley. It is very very nice!! Definitely will recommend

Its ok the good is just to high for the quantity amount you get.. Nut its ok

Great place my family had a wonderful time, the only take away is that after playing the arcades the machine to read the cards for tickets didnt work

Had a great time bowling. We booked a lane for 6 people and never had to look for our waitress, or any staff when we had questions. It was after 6pm on a Saturday, so it was very busy. Very attentive, and courteous. Bowlero is looking wonderful while going through renovation. There is only one bathroom in the entire building during the renovation, and thats a negative since the building is very large.

A good place to just bowl a quick game. Like any bowling alley, youll have to check their website to make sure you dont go during league hours. They have over 70 lanes and pretty comfy couches by the ball return.

Friendly service, alright food, good atmosphere for bowling

Great place bowling with the fam. Food was more on the expensive side. Go during the deals.

Appeals to a more adult crowd compared to brown deer lanes when being children

Loved this place! The decor is so awesome! Booths instead of seats were great. Very attentive service!

We went there for our employee appreciation day. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They kept coming around and making sure we had drinks. The bowling lanes were very nice and the scoring was easy to setup and use. Everything was very clean, including the shoes. Had a great time there and will definitely go back again!

Very good and spacious play ground. Felt like I was in big sports stadium. Lots of people and lots of fun. People want to talk low and have business time while playing bowling her, simply dont go. I totally enjoyed my stay and fun place with drinks n food

Love this place

My family and I came here for a few hours of fun and thats exactly what we did. The food was good, the drinks were good. The bartender and manager were great, mgr even offered to help carry our food to the table. My kids had a better time than expected and I love seeing my mother smile and have fun. The food came out in a very timely manner. The only thing I can say is cashier taking the food order was off to the side and on her phone and didnt see me walk up. I stood there for a while until I got her attention and asked if I can place an order. My experience made up for it though. Ill definitely return and recommend.

This place was a blast. Great service and let us finish our games even though it was past closing.

Went for a work function and had a good time.

Good place to spend time with the family.

Nice but the party room space in the back was freezing cold!! Guest had to keep their coats and hats on. We reserved the space about 2 months in advance and to be told when we walked into the space that the heat doesnt work at ALL in this isolated space, was not cool! There shouldve been space heaters or something for us. Other than that, the hostess was friendly and the pizza was decent. If we had heat this 3 star rating couldve been a 4 star rating at least!
