What a huge park have an outdoor park a hill for sledding in the winter time down the road a little bit theres a big field you can play soccer or baseball in or some type of sports beautiful well-maintained Park.

What a hidden gem. Great playground and then, huge green fields with the peaceful sound of running water.

This park is across the street from my daughters house. This park id beautifully landscaped.. the equipment for the children are.brightly colored.. one can relax and have picnics. The grounds are kept up and manicured. If anyone travels to Illinois, and happen to venture through Waukegan,, relax and have a picnic.

Best park in Waukegan. Although, I truly dislike dirty people who think the park is their garbage bin. Dont be dirty. Keep the parks clean for everyone to enjoy.

Powell Park is a quiet little Park where kids can have fun and its not overcrowded.

Its a nice park it has a steep downhill paved cement walk so its really fun riding a bike going down from north to south just be careful for pedestrians and always be ready to put your bike brakes on!
