A real peaceful place

It is a very quiet neighborhood,very well kept up

Nice peaceful place to visit and live

Quiet place to live but they raised the lot fee every year. And the water is constantly being shut off because of brakes in the line. Sulfur water has so much dirt in it that it ruins your appliances.

It is okay. The winter there is not the best. They really could do better at keeping the roads clear. Kind of dangerous

I think that this is a great place to live. Some one said there is nothing for the kids to do here except get in trouble and that the roads are bad. Well all I can say to that person is that there is just as much for the kids to do here as in the city of Watertown only less chance that they will get in any serious trouble and as for the roads well the same could be said they are blacktopped and that is more then I can say for some other parks I have been to. My family likes living here I only wish there were more children. I have kind neighbors that are very outgoing and will lend a hand if they can.

I have two different friends that live here, it is well maintained and neighborhood is quiet and friendly

Terrible place, people who live there are miserable. Nothing for kids to do except get into trouble. They say an amenity on the website is paved roads give me a break. Avoid this place like the Black Plague

They need to do better snow removal, deliver papers and keep getting stuck
