Great place to raise a family! The community is always neat and well kept. An added bonus is the awesome location! There is a large park near by with a play set, basketball court, and picnic area!

The only bad reviews of the two parks are from people who have been evicted for non payment or violent behavior. Most residents enjoy the quite family environment

Was hesitant about renting a existing unit for a short stay last summer but, could not have been more pleasantly surprised . What a nice community, clean, friendly, and lake was an added bonus. Management was very accommodating !

Well maintained, neat and orderly with nice sidewalks and park.

The owner and the ones that shes has care for lot lie and are very dishonest!!! As one can also see by the pictures they do not take proper care of the lots!!! Her care taker is sever drinker and drives drunk thru the court all the time!! Really safe place for kids!! Drunk driver as lot taker and standing water
