I feel so sorry that we did not have such things in our childhood... There is a huge hall full of trampolines in all varieties. Kids are loving it. I find the diving from high a bit dangerous and scary. The system of purchasing toys from the collected points is a smart one.Its a perfect place for birthdays.

I was here for a birthday. The frustration set in when it was time to redeem tickets. There were a large number of kids trying get to the front of the counter. The astonishing part was that there was only 1 person behind the counter. He moved at a snails pace by the way. When I asked him if he would redeem our ticket, he totally ignored me!! Then another guy appeared to help him, i proceeded to hand him our ticket as we were next in line but he saw to another child from way behind us and then disappeared into the back. It was after 4pm... All of this was occurring on a Sunday afternoon when there was a notice that the venue was closing at 4.30 for a private function!! Clearly they did not see the need to be efficient and clear the area before closing? I will never return as I felt preference from the 2 guys was to all the kids of a certain shade and we were completely ignored. She was 2nd in line but was seen to last..after about 10 kids!! She looked at me with sadness in her eyes and opted to redeem on another visit but I knew then and there that that was not going to happen so I waited with her to finally be seen to, so she could pick those cheap trinkets that were so not worth my time!!!!

Toddler Time is great for kids who get up early. Get there at 8 am when it opens and you can have the run of the place. Its such a nice way to get the kids wiggles out. Strength and coordination! And a parent jumps for free. Good times

Very nice place but not enough waiver stations they only have two, which is crazy I went on a Saturday and it was packed. Not to mention the cattle line we had to wait in to pay at the register was way too close to the entrance and to the waiver station. Also only have three Cashiers so I was a little crazy trying to pay and get in with a toddler. The lay out of the place was a little strange not sectiond off for little kids to teenagers the bigger kids were getting upset when a little kid would jump on their trampoline but that was the only way to get around was to jump on trampolines already in use. But overall it was a good time.

My kids love this place and we celebrated a few birthdays there. Only downside is that the arcade games area is in the way to the trampolines and kids always get stuck there first. The machines that are supposed to recharge the Launch cards usually dont work, but there is plenty of staff that is generally helpful.

We hosted our daughters birthday party here recently and had a great experience. The planning was very easy and the staff on the day of the event was very helpful and attentive. All of the kids had a great time and our daughter was very happy and my wife and I commented that this was the best birthday party we had organized for our kids. We highly recommend Launch for birthday parties or just for fun in general.

This trampoline park is amazing it is really good for kids to do some exercise and also it is really fun, for the people’s that like arcades there is a mini one full of fun games as you can win prizes like AirPods, Nintendo switches and iPads. The good thing about the arcade is that all your tickets store on one card no matter how many you have.

While trying to book a group event, I waited 2-4 days each time for a response to emails and phone calls and the pricing for everything kept changing. Depending on who you’re talking to, there’s a table fee of $100 or outside food fee of $50 even when you’re not bringing in outside food and trying to buy pizza and drinks onsite! This place is way overpriced and disorganized! I was wondering why the had every time slot available even a week away. Now I understand. We’re going elsewhere.

We went on Veterans Day. It was incredibly overcrowded and very tired looking. Overall the experience was just average. Owners should stop being greedy and let in WAY FEWER GUESTS, the trampoline park was mayhem with uninterested teens (staff) wallking around with sullen faces and only engaging with the kids when they did something wrong. Large part is given over to laser tag (additional fee) and paying arcade games that are aged and over-priced. More space should be given to trampolines as thats the primary reason people visit. Room for much improvement.

This was my first time going to any trampoline park. It is quite a cool concept. Its seems good for a few hours of entertainment for any groups under about 13 years old. Between the trampolines, Lazer tag and arcade theres plenty to distract. For parents, theres a centrally located raised platform with tables and chairs for relaxing, and easy supervision.

Had myb sons 2 yr old birthday party. First time having a party here. Last time for me. I would not advise anyone to have a party here. Its a complete rip off. There is really no benefit of spending hundreds of dollar for a 2 hour birthday party. I felt so rushed, their $320 package for 10 jumpers makes gets 1 hour of jump time, 1 slice of cheese pizza fountain drinks, 2 hours to sit at their cafeteria style tables and a host. They also EXPECT the customers to tip the host. I have no problem tipping when dining out, i always give between 18-20%. But I really doubt the host for the birthday parties makes $3.50 an hour like restaurant servers do. I spent almost $400 for 2 hours there. For cheese and pepperoni pizzas and fountain drinks. Its cheaper to not do the party package, order pizzas and pay for the jumpers individually.

Review №38

Better than average Launch Trampoline Park location, serving mostly the Cambridge, Watertown and Belmont neighborhoods of Boston. Ample parking available. Well-planned and the attractions are distributed throughout the facility, so nothing feels cramped. Four party rooms available, one of which can accommodate four tables and, theoretically, four different parties at the same time. There is also a laser tag attraction. Jumpers must use the house-branded socks, which can be purchased for an extra fee. Patrons also have the option of trading in the socks of competing venues.

I come here today they say they are open until 7. My two daughters are excited to go I have been here before and I feel they are over priced but the kids like it so I do it. I went online before coming to make sure they are open. I get here and they say they are having a special event and are closing. You think they would say that on the website. Or do the event after closing hours. There is literally no one in the parking lot so don’t know who would be attending this special event. Very disappointed this is bad business. I own my own business it by my standards this is unacceptable. I see other people pulling in and the same thing happening to them. So no I have to find something else to do with my kids. Which is hard to do at this time on a Sunday. I only live down the street but next time I might go to a different trampoline park even if I have to travel.

We went because it gets pretty good reviews and the pics look AWESOME. but it was a disappointment when we got up to the trampolines. there were three tumble tracks, but they were all probably only 10-15ft long and 2.5ft wide. the trampolines were super hard and u couldn’t do any skills on them. the point of a trampoline park is being able to do skills you can’t do on a home trampoline. the employees didn’t care about anything, and i was pushed over a few times WHILE in a back flip. also, the employees were walking across the trampoline i was using and one of them pushed me out of a back handspring. the employees were picking up BROKEN PIECES OF TRAMPOLINE. my friend cut her foot on a spring that was sticking THROUGH the trampoline. not to mention not being able to see when they do their “black out”. no wonder why there were only 10 people

Just came from Launch, and we had an absolute blast. It was virtually empty, and myself, and my 3 and 6 year old had so much fun! What I love about this place, is that you can jump WITH your kids, and have fun with them, and have a little fun for yourself. This is not the case at a place like Skyzone, where there are so many ridiculous rules, and you cant jump with your own children. Id never set foot in this place on a weekend or vacation week as its too crazy for my little ones, but during the week, highly recommend!

My 6 year old daughter went to a birthday party here. She got hit in the face, badly splitting her lip. It was bleeding a ton. She was crying and in pain. Another parent saw two staff looking at her and walking away, not wanting to deal with it. It was the kind parent that helped her off the trampoline and found help for her. Very disappointed with the staff. Accidents do happen, but when they do, I expect all of the staff to react professionally and not to turn a blind eye. That didn’t happen.

Neither my three year old son nor I realized how much fun it would be until we got there. The guy guarding the foam pit could stand to loosen up a bit. Plenty of high quality trampolines with different themes, which my kids definitely enjoyed. There are also video games and an area to eat, such that we could spend some a few hours there. One thing that was EXTREMELY annoying was that they surprise you with an additional fee - THE SOCKS! You cant bring socks with grip from home, it must be their stupid socks which cost 2.50$ a pair. Just this stupid little thing might make look for another place next time.

Elementary school age kids get bored as there as fairly little they can do (affordably) compared to a bouncy park. It is cool adults can play with the kids. The jump platform costs an additional $16 for 10 jumps. The stuff are all curt, even when they arent busy.
