My sister purchased tickets prior to shut down due to Corona Virus.Seven Angels Theater refuses to refund her $ to the tune of $150.00 Show was scheduled for May 2020, more than enough time has passed to expect a refund. I understand reason for cancellation but again Seven Angels Theater is obligated to return each and every price of ticket purchased to each customer. They dont get to choose to refuse a refund. This leaves a negative view of Seven Angels Theater regarding business practices for future endeavors.

We had a great time at Love and Spumoni and enjoyed seeing Mary Lou Piland and family after the show.
Great venue only problem in parking is a pain bit dont let that stop you from going. Always an excellent show being put on.
Love this place for theatre shows and music comedy venues. Repeat customer for life!
What a beautiful evening we had at Seven Angels Theater seeing Coppa Italia! I am born, raised and still living in Waterbury and Seven Angels is a landmark in this wonderful city. Theres no better place to enjoy a great show as far as Im concerned.
It had the charm of the old skating rink which it was years ago.
200-300 seats. Intimate theater. Great singers.
Seeing a great show Love & Spumoni
Great local theater beautiful charm, easy to get to.
Nice local theater. Accessible.n
A very good place to go to be entertained!
If u love any form of art THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE
All was great except placement of the speakers block view of stage if you sit on sides. I mentioned it to the sound guy...., and he told me that they were the cheap seats... I smiled...
Fantastic show. Very professional. Great acting and singing.
Excellent seating and the performances are top notch. Ive been coming for years. Just saw Ripcord! Excellent cast and story! Love my 7 Angels!
Just attended Ted Vigil. Enjoyed the concert . It is a very Theatre.
Great show with superb acting.
Great place to see a high quality equity show; Ive been going for twenty years and never had a bad experience.
Good show, ez to find and very friendly staff.
The theater is ok. Smells dusty. We went for the New Years Eve comedy show. Host was ok. Two comedians were terrible. One of the two used outdated material.Headliner was hilarious.I thought$65pp was too high
I have been a season ticket holder for years. A Connecticut gem. Fabulous productions in an intimate setting. Discounted tickets for those 30 years and younger!!
Very nice small theater. Good shows. Seating good for no matter where you are located. Bathrooms small but clean. Good selection of snacks available
Nice small theatre, not a bad seat in the house. Show was well performed and engaging. Sound system needs work but overall an enjoyable evening.
We had a grest time with our friends at the Theater, and the performance(s) were wonderful. Community theater as its supposed to be. If you get a opportunity it will definitely be worth it. Extremely entertaining.
Nice place for an old building. And seats are comfortable. Not a bad seat in the house. bar/snacks. Plenty parking close to pavilion.
Fantastic performance of Tommy. Amazing cast!
Small theater, great price, friendly volunteers !

Wonderful Awesome and looking forward to Dec 17th
New seats were great. Show was fun.
The show we saw was Broadway quality! The ambiance is quaint, I loved the homemade ice cream and other offered treats. Id watch any show there.
Histerical and delightful perforance of George and Gracie, Part 2
Anything you see here is very professional and well done. I do wish the plays aimed for a group a bit younger than the retiree
Best equity theatre around. Well worth the price
Beautiful theater. Professional performances. Quite an enjoyable evening
Good place to relax and watch talented people perform.
My first time to Seven Angels. What a great place, everyone was so nice. I enjoyed the show very much.. I am looking forward to returning to see other shows .
This theater is a wonderful place to see many great shows. We gave been subscribers for years.
Amazing production in an intimate theater with friendly staff and reasonably priced drinks and eats. First time here - were getting subscriptions next season.
I recently attended Italian Comedy night at Seven Angels Theatre in Waterbury, CT. We had a blast, the comedians were very funny. If you havent been there, check it out. Super convenient, easy parking and great staff. We will be back.
Ambience...Well Done
This is the best theater I have been to in my life and I have gone to over 30 broadway shows over the years. Samina is fabulous in putting together quality shows consistently and for a very modest price. the variety is delightful and the talent is always wonderful. I have been to well over 20 shows there and continue to be amazed that every year things get better. This week I was lucky enough to see the World Premier of Burning Desire Written and staring Lou Diamond Phillips. I highly recommend this intimate and very special venue.
Great show at earlenes diner
Had a great time. Awesome play! Thank you Sandy.
Great laughs, George and Gracie.
Amazing theater. A lot of history in this building.
Lovely space. Great show!
Well done. talent galore.
Had a wonderful time, Travlin is an excellent play. Check it out, you will be glad you did.
If you are an actor, do not work here, do NOT work here, DO NOT WORK HERE!! I am an easy going, working equity actor with a fairly respectable resume. Every theater I have worked at has asked me back at some point. I always have an attitude of gratitude when given a job in the arts. Not this time. The artistic director, will abuse you psychologically and emotionally. I saw the screaming fits coming, kept my head low, and did my work. She kept at us until the men were not speaking and skipping rehearsal, and the women were in tears. She dragged all of us into the lobby two days before opening to tell us the show was a fiasco and we would be responsible for the financial demise of the theater. Really? (Side note: We ultimately got great reviews and had a decent time on stage but ONLY because we had a meeting and decided after opening, we would forget she existed and do what we knew to be right and good.) I honestly dont know why she hasnt been brought down on charges from the union for her treatment of the people that work for her. Its that bad and its widely acknowledged. So after reading these reviews when you ask yourself, Why havent I ever heard of this gem of a theater so close to New York City? Remember my warning. Other actors strike it from their memory and never speak of it again-thats why. I am not alone in my opinion. I was warned, but thought I would be different. NOT!The housing is atrocious. You dont get your own apartment, you have several roommates in a run down scary house, in an unsafe neighborhood where the stage manager pleads for you not to walk to and from the theater alone....and then they dont offer you rides. Most of the beds are single beds with springs sticking out of them. The linens with holes and stains. There is very little on the walls and you run out of hot water all the time. The kitchen is poorly stocked for things that make sense like drinking glasses over the size of a juice glass. The grocery store is not within walking distance so you are reliant on the stage manager to take you once a week. The town feels like a failed industrial town so dont go thinking you are going to be in some quaint CT town where you can stroll around for pleasure and escape big city life. Its sad really. Its an equity theater, in a cool old roller skating rink, within striking distance of New York City. It could be a great stomping ground for those who want to try out new things or work your chops between bigger gigs. Under such sadistic, bipolar oppression, you will never get in touch with your creative best. You will simply be counting the days until you, too, can strike it from your memory.
Small hometown theater,fine productions.
We have been long time subscribers of Seven Angels and although we enjoy most of the shows, George and Gracie, The Early Years, is a wonderful show. Brought back a lot of memories of the 50s TV shows. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Semina DeLaurentis wrote the script as well as played Gracie and did a fantastic job. All the actors were familiar faces and names from past shows and R. Bruce Connelly who played George is always great and a fan favorite. I recognized Julia Kileys name from other performances around CT who served as director. So if you havent seen the show, I hope you make it a point to catch it before March 5th. And we hope other theaters perform this entertaining show by Semina.A delightful way to spend an afternoon and now when we go to a show, we make it a point to have dinner at Quench Cafe who offers a free glass of wine if you show your show tickets.
