Trying to seek approval a monks most of its residents in Washington DC one of the most consistent teams in the national capital region has been DC United although the team is not perfect and works with a shoestring budget it makes up for it with its professionalism and ability to work with it’s fans to guarantee the ultimate game day experience the stadium has been a complaint for many people over the last year and a half or so but that is solely based on the city of Washington DC trying to nickel and dime its way into its corrupt environment.I support the team before and I support it now.

25k seats, pick any seat and you will have a great view! Great time! Great people to cheer along with! A must visit.

Beautiful stadium. Only downside is transportation, long walk from metro station, but this review is not about metro. The stadium is nice, the area is being revitalized.

This is my home away from home! Its my happy place, and I swear I tear up almost every time I walk around the corner and see the lights! Ive been an avid follower of this team since 1996 and even before! Its great place to watch a soccer match. Theyve done a really good job with all the food and all the other stadium amenities!

Fallen in love with this stadium. The team, the fans, the field, the concessions. Always a great time, no matter where your seats are.

Great sight lines and plenty of seating. Restrooms were clean and staff was friendly. A great experience.

New stadium. No parking nearby. Had to walk 1 mile for available lot and expensive.Not worth it. Very inconvenient. Wont be back.

A very lovely and well designed arena. Except for seat section signage and labelling.I had a ticket for Section 116, Row 3 ... and it took me over 15 minutes to find my seat! Employees were unhelpful and unaware of where I had to go. 116 was actually where 117 was marked. And behind food vendors so there was no actual designated path to my seat!Vantage points are mostly good and clear here regardless of the seat assignment.Food is pretty good here. Had tacos that were exceptionally good.A bit of a trek to the nearest metro, closer to a mile.

My son and I came to see Didier Drogba(Montreal Impact) in what might be his final season in competitive soccer.We rode the Metro in from Vienna. The metro stop was super convenient to the stadium. Approaching the stadium I was surprised to see the state of disrepair to the exterior.Entrance was smooth, as there was not a long line. Once inside it was clear that this stadium is from another era. We had great seats, except for the drunken idiots two rows in front of us who kept blocking our view. The food was good and not too outrageous on the price.Overall we had a good experience for our first MLS game. Its clear that a soccer specific stadium is needed.RFK will always have a place in history because of the Redskins.

DCS newest football stadium, or soccer as it is sometimes referred to, is bright and modern stadium. Easy access from 2 Metro stations and bus routes, the stands are spacious and great views of the game all round. Great vibe when DC United scores!

Parked these two goons in front of me for having the temerity to try to take photos at a soccer match. When I tried to complain, the only way the responsible official would reluctantly meet with me was while accompanied by a 400 lb bodyguard who stared at me the whole time. Creeped me the hell out, will not be coming back.

I like the new stadium, though it seems like a lot of the charm and activities they used to have at RFK are now gone. So, its not as fun as it used to be.

Learned too late that you cannot take an umbrella into the stadium even though it will remain in your pocket. This is after walking 1/2 mile to the game from the Metro in a drenching rain storm. Their solution, if you want to go to the game, is to throw your umbrella away even though you still have to walk back to the Metro after the game in a drenching rain. There is no mention of this on their website. Wretched experience- wont be back.

I attended many DC United games at RFK. Great experience, Fun tailgates Food and Beer was OK, but not great and normal stadium Prices.I attended a Match at the New Stadium Audi Field. Ticket Prices were about 200% more expensive, Food and Beer were not much better, But Much more expensive. I was shocked DC United did not follow what Atlanta did with Pricing of Food and Beer.Views were Great, Seats are extremely narrow, The stands are very steep, The Supporters section Is Very Small, Loud yes, But Its not like RFK when they filled half the stadium. Getting into Audi Field is nightmare, Extremely long lines and only Clear Bags are authorized. Then the security finger through everything in the Clear bag which is the cause for the long lines. NO Parking, so No Tailgate, Not much to do in the area.The actual match was good, lets see if the Team can keep up the quality play next season.I really like how the Ownership really do not care about the fans who supported the team while at RFK. They only care about the rich people who can afford matches at the new stadium and pay for their matches on the exclusive PPV channel.Sorry but I will only catch the National TV Matches and several away matches.

I have attended DC United matches since 1999. I was very excited for the New Stadium, until I attended my first match. It was just not a fun experience. No parking, no tailgating, really not much to do before entering the High priced fan area. Getting into the Stadium is worse than the worst experience with TSA. The Club has a clear bag policy, but the security at the gate still opened my sunglasses case, wallet and cell phone case. To look for what?Once inside the stadium, it looks good, not quite finished, but looks new. Long lines every where. Beer selection is very poor, and very over priced. I was expecting much better food, it was a slight step up in quality from RDK, but a significant price increases.The seats are much smaller than normal, very steep stands, good views. Only one screen above the supporters section. The supporters section, was nice and loud, but that place does not look safe with everyone standing. If they put a roof above the Supporters Section it would make it that much better.The Match was good, leaving the Stadium was a nightmare.All-in-All, I will watch at home, Audi Field is just not worth it. Overpriced, large lines, subpar staff, not understanding customer service, and security that enjoy a power trip.

DC United is possibly the best entertainment in DC. Along with the Wizards if you want sports excitement both are excellent.We always sit with the Barra Bravva. They are a fun group, just dont wear any clothes you dont mind getting a little dirty. Because its like going to a rock concert with crowd-surfing. Except for the crowd-surfing DC United scores a lot of goals and the crowd sings. Its contagious :D

It is great experience to hang out with families and friends at match days. A lot of love.The RFK Stadium reminds me of La Bombonera, old concrete building with so much history and legacy.I like both the team and the stadium.

Havent been here since the Nats moved yet this stadium is what symbolizes DC is, Nationals Park and FedEx Field just cant compare to the legacy of this stadium. The stadium was great but could have used a bit of work in some areas.

Today Sept 4, 2015 i went to see Peru vs USA Soccer Match. I was expecting a much BETTER service considering that it is not my first time going to a sports/concert event in the USA. But you never can judge. The expirence at the entrance was HORRIBLE!!! There was just one gate open to the public to go into the stadium. People started to get inpatient and started to push around to get in and the staff that was incharge didnt know how to control or manage the situation. This is the first time that this has happened to me. Being from Philadelphia this makes me to never want to go to a game that is at the stadium anymore. My first and last! Game was great but that was it! Hopefully someone from the administration at the RFK STADIUM will read this and make changes in their staff and security!

I dont know about white people or black people not trying to be racist but this stadium sucked when el Salvador VS Honduras.. 1st outside in the parking lot was the best of all because u can hang out before you go inside the stadium BBQ,drink,music AWSOME and people here and ther left to right just having a good time 2nd when it was time to go inside there was absolutely no SECURITY people where pushing to get in kids and pregnant woman wherent respected at all..3rdly the person that desing the stadium SUCKS because you could see the gools in one of the side.people where fighting inside like crazy and THE SECURITY AND POLICE WHERE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND.
