This is our second time staying here. We love the rooms—very clean and spacious. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Very close to Metro station and easy availability to restaurants and activities. Close to White House and the Mall.

The staff was very helpful easy check in and check out. The room was exactly what was shown in the hotel pics. Very comfortable and very safe every one wore their mask and the hotel have plenty of hand sanitizer

I am not sure why this place is called a timeshare at all. It is below hotel level. Not even a coffee or teapot in the room, and available out front only 8am to 12pm. I had to wait 2 hours to even get plates and wine glasses for snacks we brought. Tiny fridge without freezer. I was expecting a kitchenette at least. Walked without shoes on in room and my feet got black and itchy. I had to wash my feet and keep my shoes on. I would guess they need to shampoo or deep clean the carpet. The water in lobby was not kept filled. A lot of details lacking.

The hotel is well situated and very nice. The wait staff for both the hotel and the restaurant (Edgar) was slow. I asked about something in the menu for breakfast and (in an almost empty restaurant) it took quite awhile before the server returned...having inquired about the wrong item. Still, there are other restaurants nearby and I would return to this hotel.

It is an historic hotel but rooms need an update.Got scheduled for a presentation even though we asked not. Not as good as other Pulse hotels.Very good location.

Old grand dame that has lost her soul. Staff feels tired or not motivated. Two exceptions cleaning lady and receptionist for gold and platinum members.Suite was big and spacious. Lighting not so good. Bed ok.

Great location in a tower right in the middle of the market and the major tourist areas. Very convenient and with veer large rooms. Shame that one must be a member of the club or say you want to.

The location was amazing. Easy access to the metro.

Sean of Security was incredible. He was discreet, professional, willing and optimistic. I lost an item near and dear to me, and through his perseverance, it was returned to me. The only reason the hotel is getting a 5-star review.

They gave us a squatty little room with a king size bed. At certain times of day you could never get cold water it was always hot didn’t matter which faucet you turned on. The food was below average at the concierge service. I think Marriott needs to take a major look at this hotel and repair fix up the little things. The overall ambience of the hotels quite nice.

I had a lovely stay at the Mayflower for my most recent visit to DC. Comfortable, spacious rooms, gorgeous lobby, and unbeatable location if youre coming to town for business. I wish the wifi had a better signal -- but they made up for it in delicious cocktails and clam chowder!

Excellent location in DuPont Circle, in a storied, swank and very impressive property. Unfortunately, my room (731) faced an air shaft, with the opposing brick wall just a few feet from my window, and the cleanliness of the room was wanting (the bed looked like it had already been slept in, the desk needed dusting, the shower had mildew).

Couldn’t have asked for much better. Great area and great hotel.

Location is great for nightlife and walking,short ride distance to many dc attractions. Service was especially good. Tiffany from the MVC was very helpful fun and friendly.

Not my favorite Marriott. Points for location. The rooftop bar is neat but avoid the food. It way over priced and not very good. Rooms are nice but small.

While part of the Mayflower we had mold all over the shower, a hole in the ceiling above the shower and cold water dripping from the floor above us everytime we took a shower, as well as when we were in the bathroom a constant drop. Also the shower door was not tight with the wall making for water all over bathroom floor after every shower

Spacious and clean... perfect for the family

The hotel I well located close to metro station and walking distance from some of the most important landmarks in Washington. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The room service is good. The staff is the only downside, we dealt with extremely friendly and kind people but also with others not that friendly. The fitness center is a little bit basic but good enough to workout while there.

My trip was for a White House tour for my daughter and her friend for constantly being Honor Roll students. We had a tour bus pick up and drop off right outside the hotel front door. It made the sightseeing much more enjoyable. The staff was always at the ready to accommodate no matter what it was. I wi definitely stay there again.

Handy location...to everything...metro a couple blocks away

The hotel is excellent, but is run as a hotel within a hotel, so when I needed to extend my stay by two days I could not get any assistance from the front desk. They repeatedly gave me an 800 number to call as opposed to helping me out directly. Ultimately everything worked fine, but when paying $400/night (or more) I did not expect to have to jump through so many hoops to extend my stay.

Great location. Walking to many good bars and restaurants. Minutes to White House and Georgetown. We will be back!

Small room, for me, but nicely themed interior. The lobby was really elegant too. Areas a bit iffy however.

I really enjoyed my stay. excellent service...but the concierge needs to be more receptive tho..i turned back just by the way they looked at me walking to them...the front desk was nice ...leley was very refreshing to deal with...she was the only one with a smile...the bail guys need to be less judgmental and focus on their job..the evening doorman too...you cant hold the door for other guests and walk away while i am walking in ...i might not look like others but i am a guest as well....but i wont let those little things spoil my stay....the hotel is great great great

Lovely downtown location take advantage of the bike-share to move around and you can go on to one of the apps to get cheaper parking as long as youre okay to leave your car

The room was very clean and presentable. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous, which is everything Ive come to expect from a Marriott. It was my first time there and Ill be returning in the future.

Updated iconic hotel. Metro nearby but within walking distance of many sites. Only negatives were low light in bathroom and desk chair not usable for the desk. Room itself was clean and comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised with the newly renovated property. It is all fresh and new but has retained the wonderful charm of the era that the property was built. it was a wonderful stroll down memory lane.

The location was great, close to the Metro. The bedrooms were a little too small and the bathrooms a little too big.

Good clean and beautiful historic hotel. There was a bit of dissatisfaction regarding the size of the room we were promised, and also our room not being ready in time, but overall it was a good mariott experience.

I did not see any other floor of the Mayflower, so I dont know how the Marriott Vacation Club Pulse floor compares to the others, but I was very impressed.There was a separate coffee/tea station and concierge on the floor for the guests

Everyone is very nice, helpful for directions and hidden gems in the city. Food is good... Expen$ive. But what do you expect from a place like this.

Awesome place with amazing service and amenities!

We were pretty happy with our stay other than the lobby area being really cold and when we went to eat in the bar area this was pretty cold too. A lady got locked in the bathroom and we had to listen to loud banging for almost an hour during out meal which was not pleasant.

Very Good. Doorman very helpful in giving me directions and insuring that bellhop and parking attendents were immediately avaiolable..
