My friend surprised me and booked a room on a whim for my birthday after I vented to them about my underwhelming stay at the St. Regis DC. I’m so thankful there was availability because this is turning out to be an absolutely perfect experience. I worked at a Four Seasons property in my younger years and have stayed at some of the best Four Seasons properties, so I know a little something about 5-star, luxury treatment. This property, along with the attentive staff make you feel like you’re dripped in gold. Warm birthday greetings, dessert, and champagne have all been sent up to our room without asking. So sweet!Even during Covid, no level of service has been sacrificed. They go out of their way to make you feel warm, welcomed, and taken care of. They are extremely safe and do temperature checks upon checking in and I have seen several people sanitizing the lobby area.So grateful to my friend for turning this weekend around for me - haven’t even checked out yet but had to make sure I got this review up. This stay is turning out to be a true 5-star experience - other hotels in the area should take notes. Cheers!

This Four Seasons was no exception to the four seasons standard. They took temperature checks everyday when entering the hotel and also asked to verify our travel prior to checking in. They also had a ppe bag in the room with wipes, gloves, sanitizer and a mask. Everyone in the hotel wore their masks at all time.I was lucky to be able to reserve the pool for 45 mins where it was just us and they sanitized the pool area afterwards before the next reservation. Very happy with their service and amenities. Thank you for remaining open and adhering to cdc rules to make us feel safe!

We had a wonderful long-weekend stay at this beautiful property in Georgetown. Its within walking distance of some of our favorite restaurants and cafes including Blue Duck Tavern and Baked & Wired. The world-class hospitality of everyone at the hotel - from desk attendants to engineers - was consistent throughout our experience. We had a cooler of beer and wine from home that we brought with us, and the staff offered to wheel up a refrigerator (not full-sized, but about three-times the size of the minibar!) for our items to stay cold. We had an issue with our showers water temperature and the engineer was sent up immediately to change the regulator as we were on our way out for the day.

I had a very relaxing spa day with a massage in the morning and facial in the afternoon, both of which were heavenly. I completely melted by the time I left. The staff tend to the spa very well. They offer snacks, but I was hoping that Id be able to get something more substantial without having to change out of my spa robe. I found out before I left that they have a small spa menu, which I will keep in mind for next time.

Beautiful Georgetown hotel. Amazing design and great service. Perfect for business or pleasure. Art work is spectacular. Didnt eat at the hotel but seems like the restaurants are good too. Great location just between the city and Georgetown. Great restaurants and shops in the area. Doesnt seem like its a chain hotel rather like a boutique.

Our family enjoyed the lovely hotel. Also the sightseeing in DC. Christmas is so lovely around we are very happy. :)

Hotel was pleasant and nice. Rooms are very classy and clean. Service was very good throughout most of the hotel. Brunch was excellent! Bourbon steak also great! Spa not so good. The esthetician did not speak English well. The facial was so so. There was construction drilling above my room the whole time, so this was by far not relaxing. When I said something, they wrote an apology for the construction/drilling and gave me a box of macaroons. In addition, sitting in the spa waiting area where you relax, a gentleman who finished his aerobic class thought that having a business call in there is appropriate. Not one employee came in or asked the man to do his business outside of the spa. So overall hotel is great... HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO SPA. Too high priced and unprofessional service.

The Four Seasons delivered on all my expectations. Everything from the professionalism of the staff, quality of the restaurants, and the exceptional service of the spa treatment. They had complimentary car service for short local trips which was very convenient.

Can never ever go wrong. Where to begin? Wonderful service, every food and drink item perfectly crafted, beautiful holiday decorations, and great ambiance. A favorite for any day!

Beautiful hotel in the most gorgeous area of DC. Great location to restaurants, shopping, or walking into the tourist sites and museums. This was our first visit to DC and we were so impressed. All the staff of Four Seasons were so friendly and helpful, we kept saying how we felt like this was our home for the week.We will definitely return one day.

We came here with our five children and were so impressed at their accommodations for our large family. My favorite part, as a traveling mother, was the diaper pail. No other hotel chain has provided this for us before. Thank you Four Seasons for being so thoughtful of parents with babies.

What you would expect for a Four Seasons hotel in Georgetown. Close to the college and all the history of D.C.. I had an issue with an unpleasant experience in a common bathroom in the lower conference areas. When I notified the staff, they seemed interested in taking care of the problem. Unsure how it was handled.

I love the 4S and have stayed at various properties in North America and Europe. Two items about the DC property that might improve the guest experience:1. Please dont allow smoking in the courtyard where people are eating and enjoying the outdoors. I had my daughter with me and the smoke really bothers her. Plus, smoking is passe, and some of the cushions have burn marks in them.2. At check-in, please dont offer to upgrade a guests room for an additional charge. We know what we want and would like to spend. Or offer an upgrade as a courtesy for longstanding patronage.Otherwise, terrific staff. Mel was very nice to my daughter, and the little takeaway food for the trip home was a perfect finishing touch. Thank you!

I was planning a stay and a dinner at their newly opened restaurant and was appalled to find out that they offer no accommodations for those with handicaps or disabilities during this pandemic which is in direct defiance of their mayors order. I will making my reservations elsewhere.

I arrived in DC to attend a memorial for my Mentor and could only stay 24 hours. The Four Seasons was incredibly accommodating. The House Car was available to take me to the National Cathedral for the memorial and Bourbon was very good. I received a room upgrade when I arrived and the accommodations were elegant. I will stay here again! The Four Seasons made a sad occasion as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

One of my favorite Sunday brunches. Bottomless mimosas and very good food stations. The service is second to none!

Never got to stay! Web site crashed. Twice! When I called the rate was higher. Oh yes, no manager available. Then no callback to honor the original rate. I am a seasoned world traveler. This was a terrible customer experience. Sorry if you can’t get this right how will the rest of the experience be. Oh right it’s a holiday you don’t care you’ll fill the rooms!

Excellent hotel, central in Georgetown. Superb service, top-notch fitness facility, very good restaurant. All the staff at the Four Seasons are super friendly and helpful. Rooms super quiet and very well appointed. I was happy to be upgraded and was able to use my Trip Coins to slightly lower the cost. Hope to be back again!

We loved the location, cleanliness, and fully trained staff who were professional and friendly. We also enjoyed our room that was big, clean and quite. This is one the best well managed Four Season Hotels we have visited in top tourist areas. We loved the spa that was extremely nice and clean. with great pool and Jacuzzi. We noticed wheel chair accessibility to pool, Jacuzzi and shower area. Very well thought engineering and set up. We were welcomed with amazing arrangement of gourmet chocolates. All around we were happy with everything and recommend it to both families with young kids and elderly or just a get away for couples.

Only been here for their event space, bars, and conference rooms. They do an impeccable job with service and food. They have mastered their layout such that the outdoor space flows with the inside. Firepits warm the cooler nights and the couches and tables aloud for lively but relaxed discussion.

I had the most amazing stay, I and my business partner were treated like royalty. Jason the manager was one step ahead of our needs, Nabil the Spa Director accommodated all of our needs, the Spa front desk could not be any more professional, thank you Jose for all of your help, the technicians were there to assist us whenever we needed anything, the Spa is stunning. Bourbon Steak house manager Christian and staff were wonderful, a shout out to Adam!

I feel like I should be sitting down to write this, in order to most properly note the wonderful experience that encompassed our entire stay here, because there wasnt a moment we received top notch service.Background. My wife was here for a conference, and wed entered in from a long-delayed rough day. We looked rough. It was also our first time at a place with this kind of quality. I looked like a bum. But they immediately made us forget the trip, and treated us like theyd been waiting excitedly to meet us. We werent VIPs. We didnt book the most expensive room (but due to issues out of everyones control, we were given the opportunity to stay in an upgraded room, which was jaw-dropping). We were just two tired people, and they energized us with their service.Comfortable beds.. Heck, we even ordered the duvet! Amazing room service. Thanks, Yolinda? and crew! Wed haphazardly placed things around in our room, exhausted. Didnt expect to come back to see everything placed nicely together (included pic of an example.. Before everything was sprawled about by us). Little things, like seeing screen cleaners next to our laptops, were precious. They were MVPs with laundry, and all the concierges were friendly, helpful, and so sincere.Best of all was Emily. She made my wife comfortable from beginning to end, from texts to updates, to helping us with random things. I heard a small bit of her I think training a new employee, and I wanted to write down everything to give to my own staff to enhance their customer service. She was sincere and spoke with emphasis about the value of the customer. It was a preview of what wed receive through the whole trip. Omar and others whose names Im sadly blanking on were also great. Our last impression was as we struggled with Worlds Worst Uber driver.. The four seasons rep helped us help him figure it out with humor and patience (and, with us, a bit of confusion at how such an accessible and easy pick up spot could have led to confusion).Youre also right next to some amazing food!We chose Four Seasons as a one time splurge. But the value is there, and we will definitely check into one again.. Maybe will head to Four Seasons DC again just because we feel like its a home.

This hotel deserves a 10+. We were there for a conference and the hotel was excellent. The restaurants in hotel were really good. If you didnt want to go out, the restaurants were good. But overall a great place.Don’t forget to check out the restaurants on the property as well. The views alone are worth the price and I would definitely stay again.

I come here for 5 star service and this particular location at Georgetown always seems to deliver. Fries are top class. Appetizers are a near guarantee for flavor and consistency. Steak is one of the very best DC has to offer. Only setback comes down to pricing. Eating at the Four Seasons is pretty expensive so Id suggest going for special occasions.

Perfect as usual. And yes, the cleanliness of the mens room is something that needs more exposure.

A beautuful dinning and bar area in the Bourbon Steak Restaurant with upscale libations, gourmet food, and lively atmosphere. Request to remove the chicken skins from the Hummus for a vegetarian version that will delight your taste buds!! The Tuna TarTar and Creamed Spinach were also tasty vegetarian options.

Good service but very pricey restaurant

Traveled to the DC area for the weekend. The staff and hotel accommodations were perfect... I could not have been happier with my choice. The pool exercise room and whirlpool were perfect and the spa services were tempting but time did not allow. Dont bother looking for that special restaurant for a fabulous meal, it is right there in your hotel and the cuisine is superb. Hurry up... make your reservation and enjoy yourself...

First the service was truly excellent. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and beautiful! Very nice toiletries provided in the bathroom as well.

We went for the Sunday morning breakfast and it was fantastic. Quiet, service was top shelf. Great variety of food, service staff was attentive but not over bearing.

This Four Seasons property is a great location for the shopper because Georgetown offers ideal retail therapy. Hotel staff are excellent, in fact, our luggage was whisked to reception so quickly that I thought the taxi had left with them. Seasons Restaurant was convenient for breakfast. An international assortment of restaurants all nearby. Room felt smaller than other Four Seasons hotels but well equipped. A quiet, sophisticated, low rise hotel within walking distance of Washington Harbour and surroundings.

The doormen are amazing and deserve raises. While this hotel upholds the great things about the four seasons chain, it is the doormen that’s make it unique in its presence in dc.

I love the Four Seasons Washington DC. The service is impeccable usually. It pains me to write anything negative, but the service this trip was mostly great, but not always great. Our breakfast was 15 minutes late, we had to switch rooms because of an error made by the front desk. The Four Seasons was very accommodating to us about these errors - free champagne, free cigar, free dessert. There is a mouse problem on the patio. It kind of ruins being on the patio if you are being interrupted by jumpy guests trying to avoid the mouse problem. We saw 7 different mice in our 1 hour on the patio.

Spacious rooms and nice location in Georgetown Only complaint is that they texted prior to arrival to ask what time would be there. When I said around noon they responded would try to have our room ready early. When we got there wasn’t ready and actually was not ready until after normal check in. If that hadn’t of texted we would not have had that Expectation

I went to a wedding here. The staff were professional and very helpful. The food was well prepared and delicious. The venue was very pretty and well maintained. I would go back again

We were there to enjoy a couple of drinks at the bar. Very good bartender poor service unfortunately. Not typical as they tend to be really good. Server was slow, forgot to place an order, anyway we had a good time.

Food and service was great

We were at the Four Seasons on Pennsylvania Avenue recently for an event in one of their ballrooms. While the location is a little bit tricky in Georgetown, however the valet service was excellent and we therefore had no problems getting in or out. The hotel itself is lovely and seems very well appointed. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to see any of the guestrooms.

Ate at the steak place. Cocktails were great. $90 steak, not so much. Fries great. Mushrooms undercooked and sweet, for some reason. They cleared my plate when I went to the bathroom with a third of my steak left. The bill for the table was $1500, several hundred dollar tip. Just didnt feel like they delivered for the price tag.
