Very nice, much more than expected. Lot of good artifacts, school and funeral history, very nice.

Really great place to go. A lot of history in our county. A funeral exhibit is really fun to tour, and the old class room interests me if you like pics of pres Lincoln then go to this museum they have one of the best ones Ive seen.Loved seeing the native artifacts and the Victorian style clothing.It was actually the best small scale museum I have seen when it comes to content and in my opinion is far superior to the neighboring Dubois museum.

Very neat place. The upstairs has a very interesting room about funerals. It sounds morbid but it was very cool to learn about it. Lots of interesting history about daviess county.

If you havent been to the museum in awhile, please go! Its completely different. Better. Amazing people who are knowledgeable and friendly. They have worked very hard to get it where it is today!!!

Great exhibits, informative staff, invokes great memories and history!

What a great gem, the history of Daviess County is so diverse, I had no idea. Learned so much, use to spend my summers in Plainville, was great to see the whole county represented.

Very nice small museum. Can easily spend an hour or more here. Nice docents.

This place is a hidden gem. In addition to Daviess County history they have a historically accurate one room schoolhouse, a military section, a fashion section, and the best funeral home exhibit Ive ever seen. Well worth the price and time to see it.

Great reorganizing has taken place.Wonderful, knowledgable volunteers.
