Attended a Capitals game on 03/10/2019 and had some issues using the ticketing software on the Monumental Sports/NHL mobile app. The guest services and ticketing booth staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and correct the issue with the app.Friendly, efficient, and professional staff made the event much more enjoyable.

I have Never been inside this office Per Se, but I did attempt to reach this office today to speak with someone but I got a recording. I was at the Capital One Arena for the Phil Collins Concert On Sunday. Unless I read something wrong, this Company either owns and/or manages the Capital One Arena. Anyway, the Only Complaint I had was the fact that after happily waiting for almost 5 hours to gain entry into the venue, I had to then stand in a very long line again to buy Phil Collins Merchandise. I was shocked that there Was Only One Very Small Pop-Up Store for a Mega-Star/Living Legend like Mr. Phil Collins. To a limited extent, I did speak to the Private Vendors a little as they were setting up because I wanted to know if I could but any of the merchandise they had online. But at the time I was speaking to the Vendors, I had no idea that I was looking at the only tiny store that would be available to purchase items. I suffer from several Disabilities too, so I cannot stand for long periods of time. By the time I completed purchase, I was totally exhausted. These Private Vendors did not plan ahead which is almost funny because it’s such a huge mistake. But their mistake could be a Win because I called this company today to not only tell them about The Problem, But to also suggest Possible Solutions. I will update this Review and Rating as soon as I speak with someone in their office.

I signed up for a free week trial, and immediately cancelled to avoid them charging me monthly. 4 months after I cancelled, they charged my account 6.99 and I emailed them and expressed my frustration with them. They refunded me the money and told me they saw that I had cancelled my subscription and apologized for the inconvenience. One month later, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN!!! I’ve emailed them and no response. Do not use this company, they will charge you after you’ve cancelled.

The arena is very nice and pleasing to the eye. However the new seats arent all that comfortable and of course the food is super expensive after youve paid an arm for a decent seat. All in all I appreciate the upgrades but I wish they did a poll of what the customers would like as opposed to choosing for us.

A great company with even great people. I greatly appreciate the free tee shirt I received a Wizards game I attended a few weeks ago.

This has been the most frustrating process of obtaining tix Ive ever been apart of. Monumental had locked my account and directed me. To ticket master. Ticket Master made me reset my password then sent me back to Monumental who says the password is incorrect. Gametime used to be, quick and convenient, what happened to you guys? After this game is over youre getting the quickest uninstall in history.
