It was a fun place for my 2 year old and prices for points werent too bad but the food is too expensive and doesnt taste that great.

Awesome place to visit with your family members and friends its for kids to get fun.

Employees were very rude and nonchalant. and they are overpriced!! 20$ for 10 wings. and the wings weren’t even great.

Very clean. All games were working properly, hardly anyone in the place, we have a 2 year old so we went at 11am, Chuck E still came out even though there was only a handful of us there. Love the new pay for unlimited play during tour time slot. 45mins just plenty of time for a lil one. This was his favorite game lol

Was there for a good friends granddaughters party. I must say their pizza and other food was surprisingly good! The party planners for the children really knew what they were doing, kept everything running smoothly, attentive, pleasant, and fun for the kids. Id like to have my birthday there too and Im in my late 50s! Whoever the manager of this place is really knows what they are doing and knows who to hire! Kudos to everyone at Chuck E Cheeses! Keep up the great work, you are doing everything right!

Great place for break as a kid

I remember Chuck E Cheese being gross from when I was a kid so I was dreading attending a birthday party here... I was so surprised with how nice this location is! The kids all had a blast, the place was really clean and the staff was great. There was always someone available on the floor to help if needed. My son even wants his birthday party here next year he loved it so much

Now you pay for the time rather than tickets, great idea. I didnt like that for the birthday parties Chuck E went from child to child and it wasnt very personal. They should have him spend more time with the children for the price you pay. Other than that was a good experience, also enjoyed their party platters for adults.

Kids love it! Pizza is cardboard,literally! Dont go there hungry unless the salad bar is up your alley! Cake is tasty but very small,better off bringing your own! New value packs are great..play longer!!Never a disappointment for the little ones birthday or any summer day,after school or weekends!

I Love the new unlimited game play card. You pay for how many hours you want. Food seems to be more expensive now but its worth it since were a family of 5 and we share the one card. So we all play a lot of games.

Disgusted with the environment I saw yesterday between the consumion of alcohol at a childrens place of fun and the pure lack of employees around to help and over a dozen games broken this place is worst then the old tilt at the Warwick mall oh and God forbid of you have a credit card without a chip it wont work here also most of the games are not meant for children under the age of 7 for a place meant for kids slot of the games there are more for ages13+ but what do I know I have only been going to Chuck e cheese since I was a kid. So not worth the money

The people who work here there keep the place nice and clean and theyre very nice to everyone. The staff also lets you know about any special events or coupons going on thatyour child would enjoy, and would save you money. The staff is very accommodating to all birthday party inquiries. Our family loves this Chuck E. Cheese location.

All you can play is a game changer. We paid $15 (a Wednesday deal) for one hour of play and had a blast. The best part was, when the hour was up...it was up. A great exit strategy

Great place to take the kids. As soon as you go in, they have a security area. You get stamped so NO ONE can leave with your child. Lots of fun games. And some small rides for the little ones. The food is a little expensive.

The pizza is much better than what it used to be. Too many games barely any rides. Not very toddler friendly. They took the tokens away which I preferred but whatever. I just go there once a year anyway.

Fun for kids until machines run out of tickets. Try not to go during a birthday party and best to go at their least busiest time if possible

Had my granddaughter birthday party there. I felt like they were rushing us, our party person was not that attentive n my granddaughter def wasnt made to feel special at all! For the money we spent, they should do better. Never again

The best thing about Chuck-E-Cheese is that you can go there for half an hour and only pay for a half an hour worth of tokens that was the most genius idea anyones ever thought of in a kids Amusement because little kids only go for about a half an hour 45 minutes in my son being three we are usually there for maximum time 45 minutes and we can go way more often being that the games are updated and lots of fun and its safe and just a welcoming environment

They have so many different games for the kids to play and the have a great menu variety to choose from and they have free Wi-Fi for the parents. I would recommend it especially when you have small children they have a good time and you see the smile on their face.

Kids do have fun, however this place is too crowded. Various games are too close together and its all over. Birthdays are not well coordinated. A bubbler at a prominent place and/ or with good signage would help!

The customer service was horrible...The guy at the register didnt even say hello or call the next customer over, just stood there the whole time...because it was my first time there.....he didnt even give me my chuck e cheese card that he was supposed to give me so while I waited for the pizza I had to wait for the card too... they took forever...most of the games were out of service and the other games were not too great... they need better staff and better games.....

I was pleasantly surprised how clean the place was. My visit was during the weekend and it was quite busy. However, with that said, there was plenty of staff on the floor to take care of the occasional issue with a game malfunction. The pizzas looked and smelled delicious, however it was a bit too expensive with better options nearby for a better lunch. You dont use coins to operate the games, you get issued a card (with small fee included) which is swiped at the machines to play. A few sawbucks bought 100 game plays. All the machine are basically one swipe, so regardless which machine a child prefers, theyre all equal in cost to play. After watching your child play 100 rounds of every game there, you can return your players card if you have an empty balance for a small prize before leaving. Nice place, my daughter certainly love it. Loves it so much that sometimes I have to pass on a delicious burger at Wendys which is right next door to the joint. I know if my daughter obtains a visual confirmation of the Chuckie Cheese sign from the back seat, she just might be able to convince me to change plans.

I have never seen games malfunction so many times in one visit. If I hadnt been walking with my kids they would have wasted their play points on broken rides and games over and over. Staff just kept handing out stacks of tickets to make it up.Chucky came out into the main area once in the 3.5 hours we were there, my little 3 yr old along with a handful of other kids followed him around the room. He never stopped to acknowledge the kids following him, just did one quick walk around holding the hand of a staff and quickly into the back. The look of disappointment on my child and the other childrens faces as Chucky turned and walked into the back without even waving was so sad. Weve been to Chucks at other locations and always had great service until today. Never again will we visit the Warwick location.

Had a birthday party here but my party hostess was very inexperienced with children and I felt I did most of the hosting, exactly what I was trying to avoid, but when u have 25 adults and 13 children attending u dont have much of a choice. Anyway manager did call me to apologize and offered me a LG pizza, 4 drinks and 30 play points for another visit. He also said he would send me some more play points in the mail however I havent received them as of today. Not a bad place just a bad experience this time.

It was busy but not so much that we didnt enjoy ourselves, also its been probably over 5 years since I been and the pizza is 100% improved, it tastes great, french fries with two dips were delicious, the food appeals to the paying parents, a grown-up menu, beer and wine also.

I had another birthday party with Chuck E Cheese and was lucky enough to get Melissa as a hostess again. She was amazing. Wish I had tipped her more. So full of energy and great with the kids. I didnt have to lift a finger, she served, cleaned, kept everything on scheudle. Please promote this women to corporate, shes a diamond in the rough.

The pizza was good its not amazing but it taste like the crust has spices reminds me of doinos. It was almosg 10 dollars for a personal pizza for 1 small person. Kid loved that chuke mascot came out and danced every hour ...we saw him come out 3 times before i called it a day haha. There are cheaper kid places for sure but def need to mix it up from time to time so it works.

Great place! Evertime I went they was packed! Still had a great time. I will say they need more Employees to better assist with the customers and cut the wait time in half. Such as turning in tickets for prizes,food orders, problems with the games, etc. Overall the will still have a good time

After holding Parties there for several years I have to say In was totally disappointed. The service was almost non-existant. The children were waiting and the pizza was overcooked. The adult food hardly came out without me standing there asking time and time again when will.it be coming out. In had to ask for everything. Do not like the new setup with the cards. I know have to look for another venue for Children at Christmas.

Its a nice place to take children. I love the process to protect children from leaving with strangers. The food took way to long. The pizza was good the chicken was ok.

Chuck-E-Cheese is always a great place to bring your child. It is fun and they have Chucky come out every hour to interact with the children. My daughter is 10 years old and she still loves going there. I remember bring her there for her 5th birthday and to this day it was still her favorite birthday. The only negative there is, is most of the time a game will be down or broken which can be disappointing if its one of your favorites.

Took my daughter and her little friend for her 6 yr old b-day! They had a blast. Games werebfun with a fair range of game types. Establishment was clean and well maintained. Most importantly, staff was very friendly, accomodating.

Still a great place for little ones and great prices. They no longer have coins and now have a card to swipe which is much more convenient. Lot of items on the menu and a bar as well.

Brought my granddaughter twice and both times they call the kids over to meet Chucky Cheese and do a ticket blast. Both times no Chucky and No ticket blast... Try explaining that to a 3yr old.

I feel sick after eating some pizza and the service was kinda pushy when u wanted to get toy but hey.. at least my little brother had fun spending time on the machines

THE PIZZA SUCKS! The pizza is also uneven so they have smaller pieces than others. My theory is they take pizza from tables that left and didnt finish it and recycle it and put it on new pizza. Also, the robot things on the stage are hella creepy. I gave me nightmares as a child. My friend used to be a janitor, too and she saw some scary stuff at night.

My son really enjoyed himself. The food and drink was a little expensive though.
