I honestly thought it was going to be a lot better maybe its because I went in a Sunday I dunno. But when I called and asked if they had an area for toddlers they said yes, the area literally was just a section closed off with a trampoline. I like that it was just for toddlers I just thought they would have more stuff then just a trampoline. Either way my daughter made the best of it and enjoyed the arcade games. Im going to give it another shot on a Friday when its time for just toddlers and no one else.

They upgraded the location. They added a bar and bowling. Also added VR games, looked fun but a bit pricey. Still just pizza and salads. I would like to see more food offerings. We would have stayed to eat after the kids bounced if they had more food options.

Great place for the kids to release energy. The place is pretty spacious and has diverse attractions to enjoy. However I think the place was too expensive for just one hour. Be ready to spend more than a 100 bucks in one hour lol.

Well all I can say is that this place is AMAZING! ITS CLEAN AND FRIENDLY! my kids love it!!!! Only downside I can say is the food.. its OK at best... But other than that this place is awesome! Highly recommend it.

We just got home and we had a fantastic day! Surprised my daughter for her 8th birthday by coming here. I opted to get us all the epic pass (2 kids, 2 adults) and we all enjoyed ourselves. From the ninja course to the rock wall and even an intense few rounds of dodgeball. Laser tag was in the perfect dit lit setting and the VR Omni games were a thrill. The real star that shined through however was the exceptional customer service. The team upstairs was inviting and invested in our experiences. When my 8 year old got injured Joey was there to make her smile and even loaded additional tickets into her arcade pass. He was attentive to my 4 year olds chatter and tracked us down once again to hand him some Launch temporary tattoos. 15/10 stars and will be recommending Lauch Warwick to all of my friends. We are already planning our next visit.

Took my children in middle of week to celebrate my youngest birthday and was not crowded, such a cool place the staff very sweet I even played Lazer tag w my children and Ashley was super sweet and helpful made the experience very memorable Ty

Very entertaining. Had lots of fun with friends. Packed on weekends but not too bad if u go earlier on. Dodgeball is its best feature by far, and most popular.

This place has a few more activities then Skyzone (which we love) and they have an arcade area. And they are expanding to open another whole floor of activities. They serve ice cream and some fast food items (pizza, chicken nuggets and the like). I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Beautiful new space! Layout is Great! Awesome new features. We reserved a time and filled out the waiver online and it made it so much easier to check in.

I loved jumping here I will be back soon after this whole virus this is overI was reading the comments and one of them stumped me it said that the foam pit contained live caiman which is impossible I hope that will never happen

I absolutely love coming to launch for their public sessions! My children love seeing the mascot Joey and taking pictures with him. This is beyond my favorite place to go to bring my children and I recommend everyone to come to this establishment.

Not bad for the kiddos, a little warm in there and the game machines kept taking my credits but overall a good place to take kids for a day out.

Always fun for the kids. They have a blast jumping and then they get ice cream after. Lots of other food choices too. You have to buy their special socks to jump with. Save them for next time. They also offer military discounts, if you buy the tickets in person.

Fun for the children, loud for parents to have a conversation. We were here for a party, pizza was blah, but the children loved jumping around with their friends.

This place was so fun,foam pit,rock wall,gladiator obsticale coarse,laser tag,trampoline,dodgeball trampoline,food,arcade,fun for adults and kids,reasonably priced, lockers to put ur things in also.

Went there on a Saturday it was very busy and I have to say it was a great time for my kids. The staff was very polite and accommodating. We had a few problems with our food order and the staff was great at problem solving. Its a little expensive to jump but it was worth it too see my kids having a blast. I will definitely be back. Great place for groups.

I can tell that Launch has fixed many of the problems that I explained before. The dodgeball referees were great yesterday, encouraging the players and telling them they did great. We did have a problem though when an older individual and my cousin got in a little fight, but the staff handled it perfectly, and assured us that they wouldn’t be coming back. Thanks to Launch for your control during the situation. My cousin and I will definitely be coming back.

Ive come here for birthday parties and even had one here for our 9-year-old. They have great deals for parties where you can jump and play laser tag, which the kids love. Its also nice for just a day of fun. They even have an arcade full of fun games I even found myself playing some.

Brought my 3 1/2 year old today for the first time. It was such a great experience for all of us. We walked in and we were welcomed and were offered help instantly. The arcade was priced cheap and most of them are expensive. We had a blast cause my child was able to go and do whatever. They even had a ninja warrior obstacle course. Dodge ball area with trampolines. Many foam pits and a huge rock wall. Numeroubs basketball hoops for all sizes. All in all it was a Great Time highly recommend bringing your kids during toddler Time. Were going back next Friday cause I feel like there is more to do. Laser tag is on my list to do there.

Brought my son and his 2 friends today to the new location for the first time and was quite blown away by how much better it was than the old location. There is much more interactive stuff to do and I felt like a much better bang for your buck than the old location that just offered trampoline experience. I purchased the family plan so the kids were able to jump and obstacle course, laser tag, arcades, and a pizza and soda all included. Very happy and highly recommend

We went recently, my son was really nervous about doing laser tag even though I knew he’d enjoy it if he gave it a chance, upon walking in one of the guys working there over heard my convo w my son trying to talk him into trying it. He told my son there was nothing at all to be scared about and even gave both my kids a tour of the laser tag part to prove it. The employees really went out of his way to make sure he was comfortable, gave it a shot and now he loves it. We did the 29 dollar deal per person which I believe included 1.5 hrs of jumping, $10 game card and a game of laser tag. We were there for almost 3 and a half hours all covered in sweat and all 3 of us agreed it was an awesome day. I’ve brought my kids to other jump parks, arcades, and my daughter to other laser tag places and no one has ever had such great customer service skills as they did with my kids. Highly recommend

A very innovative concept for entertaining children. Play areas include several trampoline squares - one to each jumper - and soft squishy play areas for younger kids. You also have the mandatory video games.

This is a great place to bring kids of all ages. There are numerous areas to jump in. You can make your own pizza there, there is a food court and also a game room. Upstairs is laser tag and also tables and chairs that overlook the jumpers. My son has a blast when he comes here and its great exercise. There are areas for birthday parties. This place has it all.

This place is great, if you have a child that needs to burn off some energy.

If you are looking for a place where you can get your work done while your kids get exercise (i.e. worn out), this is the place to go. If Anthony is there have him make you a pizza - he is the best pizza maker around!

We went to a job function here on Christmas Day 2018 and had an amazing time. 1st time there good pizza, great arcade games and the trampoline was so much fun. We definitely love this place and would recommend to families for some great fun.

Had a blast with the kids and wife!! A great time!! Laser tag, arcade and trampoline park are all an upgrade from the old park. Worth visiting. FYI, for all the parents that sit around on there phone I suggest getting up and having fun with your kids, unless you have a physical disability. Your kids will not be young forever.

Amazing! So many things to choose from for kids to adults! Clean and friendly and safe!! Prices are very reasonable. Loved being able to have a pizza and ice cream after jumping! The ninja warrior course is so fun! And still lots of room for opening jumping. Can’t wait to go back!!

Pros: A simple ordering system, staff bring food directly to you. Dodge ball is very fun, though I found a rather large excess crusted over mass of cheese on a majority of the balls. Trampolines are very fun for kids and a great excersize. Cons: I find myself afraid for these innocent children as I see them mingling with 40 year old fat creeps. No child is safe in this establishment but still a great fun for the whole family. Recommended to bring along a pair of binoculars as parents are not aloud in trampoline area if they dont pay. (What could they be doing back there?)

An absolutely first-rate experience. My daughter’s party had 23 kids and the staff managed the afternoon exceptionally from the moment we arrived. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and focused on making the party a success — which it was. Beyond the customer service, the food was very, very tasty (I strongly recommend the barbecue chicken pizza!)I would do a party there again in a heartbeat — and probably will!

Awesome place for kids of all ages. There are plenty of things to do many themed around trampoline jumping! Those not into jumping can explore the gaming zone/ arcade.

Went for my grand daughters birthday party. What a great experience! Organized chaos is the best way to describe it. All of the kids had a blast and the staff was great! From jumping to climbing to games and Lazer Tag... Something to entertain all ages.

Place is fun. Clean and nice staff. I just can’t justify spending $60 for my two and four year old to jump around while I watch. I work friday mornings, so I can’t attend toddler time, wish they had a better program for toddlers.

As fun and exciting as other indoor trampoline parks in this area. The jump space is very cramped and difficult to navigate during busy times. The staff was mixed, some attentive and professional, others not so much. Training staff to speak loudly and clearly is needed.

Can be hectic in their but it is a good place to take the kids. There is also a toddler area for the small ones. Also the arcade was surprisingly decent.

I think this place is great for toddlers on Friday, was there today and have to say I was very disappointed with the bunny and Easter egg hunt. There was not even close to enhough for each kid to get and egg, I never even saw an egg found. Staff did hand out some candy and bracelets after realizing this. It was still hard to see all the disappointed kids, they were so little.

Great place to let out some good old fashion 3yr old energy. Place is clean, plenty of supervisor around keeping all ages safe.

Came here with my 9 year old and hwr friwnd to celebrate her birthday. They had a great time we did the family fun package and loved it. Well worth the money. The ice cream sundae bar was the highlight for them at the end. We will come back again!!

The weather wasn’t great so we took the kids to enjoy the day. After waiting in line for a solid 15 minutes or so the person helping us took about 25 minutes to get us checked in. Needless to say, it was extremely frustrating and our kids were anxious to get in and jump. I spoke with Joey the manager and he was extremely sympathetic and helpful. He extended our jump time and when we weren’t able to stay and use the laser tag portion of the package we bought, he graciously gave us a receipt that allowed us to use it on our next visit. I appreciate his willingness to listen and make our experience worth it. This is a great facility with lots to do, and knowing they are run by quality management makes it even better. Thanks Joey.

I found it very reasonably priced. They have a lot of “combo/family options” to choose from. I came with four boys ages 9-13 and we all had a great time.

Also a birthday party room when you book a party.....they also have a snack stand here and a lunch room upstairs and a water bottle machine.Bring your kids here to burn off all that energy they have!!

While the bouncing area is fine, the sock policy is absurd. We showed up with socks from a different trampoline place and were told we needed Launch socks to jump. They would be free if we gave up the socks from the other trampoline place but $2.50 per if we chose to keep our current pair. Now, I already have bought Launch branded grip socks during a previous visit and I am responsible for making the error of bringing the wrong grip socks (of which there is no difference other than color).This policy is not in accordance with good customer service. I doubt highly that there is any actual safety concerns or motivation just a desire sell more socks.

Great service, our host attended to us in the best manner possible. Just a little pricey but well worth it if your trying to throw an easy party for a kid.

Jack R at Warwick was awesome, always smiling, good with the kids. Jack was somehow able to keep the chaos under control without loosening his composure. I offered advice on picking up heavy, not in shape kids so not to injur them, he took it graciously and said thank you.

If youre into a more free flowing trampoline park, Launch is the right park for you. You can play all over the park with little restrictions. The downside is that if you want to practice flips, its not ideal. The turn off with Sky Zone for us is that we couldnt play with our toddler son on trampoline in the toddler zone. We were only aloud to stand to the side and supervise. Only during toddler could we share the trampoline and rough house, which was only on the weekend from 8- 10 a.m. @ Launch, we can play almost everywhere with him, even in the dodgeball area, which also aloud freeplay.

More fun than kids should be allowed to have!

We had an issue with one of the dodgeball workers and my Autistic son when we attended on June 30th for our other son’s birthday. The manager Joey immediately tried to rectify the situation. He walked up to my son and gave him an extra arcade card and told him it was for being great at dodgeball. He also gave each of the six children with us a ball from the machine along with a pass for six free jumps. He was very apologetic and genuine.

Great Staff! There was a situation involving me and an older individual who hit me as hard as he could with dodgeballs twice out of anger which could have done some serious damage and broken bones on my face and hands because I didn’t call my hit in a dodgeball game. Thankfully the staff handled the situation and issued a lifetime ban to that Delinquent who hit me it’s safe to say I will be coming back because of how the staff handled it. I would recommend this place to anyone and it’s often family friendly aside from dodgeball sometimes. All and all it’s a great place and a good time!

Fun place if parents watched their kids, the workers dont do anything to help either...

This place was great! There is quite an extensive liability form to sign but they make the process easy by having it computerized and right at the door. I have a five year old and a two year old and there was plenty of places for them to both jump safely. Also each pit is supervised by a worker and the one at the little kids area was all over any issues that occurred. You are also assigned a color and it is announced when your time is over so it was easy to explain to the kids when it was time to go.

The place is exciting and full of potential but is not good at all for toddlers i brought my 4 yr old only to find out most things available are geared towards bigger kids who can physically do this, it was very disappointing to waste $$$ and not being able to do much i think it should be advised or advertised that the equipment here works best for kids 8 or 9 plus . I will not come again.
