Got there doors are opened no employees around. Searched the building up and down thinking a medical issue. Found no one other than the 15 of us there to see the movie. Called 911 send officer guy showes up 2 minutes before officer arrives. Which was 15 min. after movie start said he was running late. Dont know who opened the building. Top it off the movie I was there to see advertised wasnt showing.

I often take the kids.staff goes out of their way to be friendly.always clean.never had a bad experience.

Truly appreciate having them in the community...its easy to complain about prices but even easier to see this place is not making much money... If youre thinking of catching a movie give this place a shot theres always a good seat and the staff is very friendly... And its local. I enjoy having the convenience of them so close if I want to catch a movie with my family.

Wish i could give zero stars. went to see star wars today and the projector wasn’t working. they wouldn’t give us a refund. all they did was tell us we could see another movie that was playing or give us a ticket to come back and see a different movie. we could’ve gone to a different theatre but since they didn’t refund we couldn’t go because we couldn’t afford it. not to mention the terrible parking lot and the signs out front that are completely falling apart. the sign for “Jumanji” says Juman I. the s on the end of star wars was falling off as well. the popcorn machine sounded like it was going to blow up. not a good experience.

We were allowed a last minute reservation for a school trip which had to be relocated due to weather and various conditions. Staff was wonderful and accomodating, making fresh popcorn for a theater full of people and small children. Great experience!

Good. There was a weird sound coming from the heating system, but other than that, totally fine.

It isnt too special and only three screens, but they play the popular first runs, and you can usually choose whatever seat you like. Senior, student, and military discount except for matinees. I havent used concessions, so cant comment on quality, but they do seem to have most of what you want.

Dipson tickets in Orchard Park NY are $ 2.00 and they have awesome leather reclining seats. 2 adults and 1 child and a small popcorn at this theatre 50 bucks. Not very affordable.

Movies were great prices eh popcorn stale but overall great date.

Their caption devices were charged and functional and the staff were super nice about getting one for me and the seats were comfortable.

The screen is small, compared to Lakewood, but not as small as the Chautauqua mall, the projector framerate is poor (blurry during action sequences) they use gross tap water, so the soda pop is gross, most noticeable in diet. They have a nacho machine, but Ive never been there and able to actually get nachos. The employees are great though. The close early during weekdays. The seats are comfortable. Thier movie selection is extremely questionable at times.

Just took my girlfriend and my children to watch Avengers Infinity War. Very clean place and very nice employees. Great surround sound. They honor military discounts. Only cost me a fraction of the cost to any other movie theater in the area.

Comfortable . With seating for alot of people, large groups of friends or family.

Movies and the theater part are great. The last time we took our kids there was to see the new Jurassic world movie. I went out to get a refill of popcorn and had top wait for the staff to quit talking to their friends to get my order filled. I asked for extra butter and the staff started telling me about how nasty the butter the was. (Because she doesnt care for it) I found this a little unprofessional.

Typical small town theater ran by youths but in a okay nostalgic way. Way too expensive on popcorn and drinks!

Theater has three screens. The center screen is bigger than the outside two, which are small as far as movie theater screens go.The auditoriums do not feature stadium seating, but are rather designed as a scoop floor. This can lead to heads being in the way of your viewing experience.You have to stand outside to buy your ticket, which is not usually a problem because so few people go to movies here.Concessions are limited to popcorn, soda, and a few candy choices. Tuesday appears to be half-price concessions night.I dont prefer to go to see a movie here, but the theater has gotten better with the upgraded projectors.

The staff is rude. The bathrooms and concessions are filthy. I’ve never been to a worse theater in my life. 9/10 would not recommend.

Great for such a small town

Horrible experience. Their food stand is never open. And their overall service is worse than a high school confession stand. Everyone was on their phines and didnt care. Just go to bradford, St. Marys, Olean, Erie. Anywhere but Warren .

They actually let me bring an outside drink in to the late show, I was looking for a garbage can, and they said I could take it in. Very nice

Watched Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them. There was a problem with the video where there was a red dot in the middle of the screen for more than half of the movie.

Yes we have a little theater, however, going to a big city one and small town one, i will take quaint small town rinky dink warren every time, friendly kind service and great for my autistic child because it isnt crowded all the time..pricey but what theater isnt.
