My younger brother was in Warner Robins talking about how great he was in sports and thinking he could put the beat down on his ancient brother. I recommended we visit Rigbys Entertainment since I had never been. We walked in the door and was promptly greeted by Miss Johnson who was amazing! She helped us load our card, showed us where everything was, and to get with her if we needed anything. After a couple rounds of bowling where I completely dominated little brother we decided to visit the race car track. Miss Johnson walked us out there too. All the employees are incredibly friendly but Miss Johnson went way above the call of duty. We will definitely visit again! Thank you.

There is something to do for all ages! Great for date nights or family fun. Prices are reasonable. Lines move quickly. Not a very large place but big enough to enjoy. Be careful under the big bucket. It knocks small kids to the ground!

Great place to take the family. The arcade is always fun, and so it bowling and skating. It can get a little pricey, but overall pretty fun! We Recently went to the Waterpark, it has atleast 4-5 big slides, and some little slides for smaller children. It also has a lazy river that moves fairly fast and also has a little strip that has waves. Overall very enjoyable, we all had a blast!If you are worried about Covid, It seemed about 50/50 for people wearing masks vs not wearing masks. All employees had masks on inside. I didnt see any hand sanitizing stations, but we just walked through to get to the Waterpark so I wasnt really paying attention. I would say just bring some of your own hand sanitizer or wipes just to be safe.

Rigbys is a cool spot, but here’s a couple of problems:Overpriced: Every Saturday is an adult night. If you bring your own skates, it’s $11. If you need to rent a pair, it’s $14. Then, you only get 2 hours to skate. So to skate from 10pm - 12am, I pay $14. Thats $7 an hour, which is honestly ridiculous. On top of that, they don’t allow us to skate the entire time. They stop the music at 11:45pm and make the announcement saying “thanks for coming. Clear the floor. Time to go”. If I am paying $14 to skate until midnight, I shouldn’t hear an announcement about leaving UNTIL MIDNIGHT. They should really consider LISTENING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS for once. They already cut the hours of operation by 2 hours. It used to close at 2 am for adults during summer, but nope. And then, the employees start complaining about working all day so they “really need you to go because we’re tired”. It’s annoying. The only thing that Rigbys seem to prioritize is making money, instead of ensuring their customers come and leave satisfied.

Personally, I thoroughly enjoy visiting Rigbys for the thrilling arcade games and laser tag games. They typically have any activity available for you and I find that it is very well kept as well. The prices I would say are moderately fair and there is something for all ages to have fun and enjoy themselves.

I had a wonderful time, and it was my first time there visiting from Miami. My only problem was I couldnt play billiards, because of the requirements they ask of you. Your ID, credit or debit card for billiards. Thats a bit too personal just for billiards. Why dont you all have a system that you swipe the card at the table for that hour or enter the cash amount in a cash slot built in the table

This has been the best summer since I moved here thanks to my season pass to the waterpark. Cant say enough about the people who work here. Kind and caring. I have eaten here every time I have gone and have had just about everything on the menu. Food is always done to perfection! The flavors from the fish to the hot dogs are spot on.

Took my son there today for some birthday fun.. but to my surprise, it was completely overcrowded! Elbow to elbow! They have signs up about social distancing but no one enforced anything! Way too many people in one building! I pray none of us get Covid! Very very scary!

I took my nephews when they visited and they had fun! Thee only thing is we went to play laser tag the following day and the young girl working that day she just walked us in there and didnt give any instructions or nothing she started the game didnt know the game was started! She was either retarded or just didnt know what she was doing! But otherwise great place!

Fun place for kids 8-21. My husband and I felt a little old being there, but enjoyed watching our teens and 10 year old having a good time. Skating, bowling, laser tag, arcade, mini golf, go carts, concessions, and more. Prices are a little steep. Better pricing for all of these activities elsewhere, but nowhere can so many things be found together. Great for groups that cant decide.

This is just a great place to enjoy the hot days...The Water Park closes on Sept. 27 so we are having a ball until then!!!

Other than the high level of music, which is to be expected at a venue like this, it was very pleasant. The party was well catered, with the associates being very helpful with any questions we had. A gentleman somehow connected with the venue stopped by the table and wanted to make sure everyone was taken care of, was very engaging and personable. While Im no fan of crowds, the family had a great time. If I should ever need a venue for a childs birthday party, or something similar, that would be the perfect place.

We are still here, very clean, associates are so helpful, I am 78 yrs. old and all here have been so nice and helpful.

A joke over priced and poor customer service. We went late and they wanted $10 for 15 minutes of bowling. We left and want be going back. We went around 11pm on Saturday with a group. Asked to speak with Steve and told hes never in but they do have specials during the week if we want to come back. NOT!!!

Very fun night for the kids. Friday night and lots of people. The customer service was awesome from the time we walked in to the time we left. It was our first visit and the young men at the front desk were super helpful with getting us were we needed to be. Halloween was great had a blast

This was the first time I every used this place for a party. It was amazing. I had a table near the skating area with a hostess. All my needs was meet perfectly. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because i was not told when I book party about the Christmas parade. If i would have know i would have booked on Sunday. We will be having my daughter birthday again next year.

They wouldn’t give me a refund on some nasty pizza because there was only 3 slices left but if 5 people all get one and it’s not good then of course it’s gonna be 3 slices left. Even the employees said it looked nasty.

Pictures are deceptive. The place is small, dirty, arcade games broken. The water park is a joke. Highly overpriced. Wasted $100 for 10 minutes in an arcade and terrible food.

We always have fun going here! We went yesterday morning and there was just a handful of people, much more enjoyable for my two year old so well go in the mornings from now on. (Last visit was roller derby night and it was packed!) The lady at the golf counter was so nice, helpful and sweet to my kids which is the biggest thing in the world to me and always gets return business. We had the whole golf course to ourselves which was great because the rules went out the window with a 2 and 5 year old golfing The kids were amazed at how the balls would go in the water and out the bridges so they tossed them in over and over, the balls got stuck under the bridges today but we were able to get them out for the most part. Their luck ran out on the second bridge when it ate one of the balls lol I meant to tell the really nice lady at the counter and forgot when we left. Maybe theyll see this and itll be an easy fix. We didnt eat this time but the food was great last time and theres tons of games to play for all ages. Next time well attempt to skate or bowl... that should be interesting lol overall its a lot of fun for the kids and adults too!

This is a great venue for a birthday party. I recommend it especially when your kids are 8 and up; younger if they can skate and bowl. They have a variety of food items and alcoholic beverages for the adults. The food prices are comparable to a restaurant, not your cheap bowling alley food I like the bowling area best. The DJ is good and has interactive games for the skaters. If your child isnt a pro skater, they have a device they can skate with to prevent falls.

Loved this place. Plan to go back before summers end!

There is SO many fun things to do here, I didnt even know where to begin! I didnt expect the food to be that good but it was actually pretty yummy. Its definitely a good place to bring the kids and family.

Took my soon to be fiancé on a fantastic date here, and we had a great time. I give it 5 stars for cleanliness and everything working there. However, do be prepared to open your pocket book, wallet, or however you identify yourself when you carry money. Take the family out for a great time, enjoy life, live and don’t fret the stupid stuff while your here. It’s a great environment not overrun...yet

All the arcade games are old and when I went everything including laser tag was closed except bowling and skating.

Very poor customer service, and for the price of the food... it was terrible. My kids and I had to literally remind them of our pizza re-orders. Then they wanted proof of a receipt. Majority of the game machines were out of order. Too many kids with little supervision. Not a favorite.....

Fun place, water area is clean, lovely attendants and lifeguards. Bathrooms could use some cleaning.

Great place! I love how they allow customers to really have great time. They are so lay back with the parks set up, the owners must be the coolest to hang out with! Annoys me when you cant even have a drink after paying so much money to watch kids play, not this place. So, gather your friends and parents, you can have fun too.

I was waiting in line to play laser tag for 10 minutes. I was told by an employee that they had a party playing and it will be another 15 minutes but we would be next. The party came out and another party went in ahead of us. I asked what was happening and employee BRIAN PEACOCK stated that the parties have reserved times. I said we have been waiting for 25 minutes why didn’t you tell us a party reservation was coming up? Employee BRIAN PEACOCK then becomes condescending and preceded to tell me there is a party going on right now and that is how it is. I went to speak to the attendant up front about how rude the employee was and she said let me guess his name was Brian and I stated yes. If you know employees are rude why do they still work here. My oldest niece had $150 in Christmas gift cards stolen from out of their lockers. My very patient and reasonable sister tried to work with the staff and also reached out to “corporate”. Neither the employees nor the owner lifted a finger to assist with helping her nor did they offer any type of accommodation to gain back their trust as a military family of 5. As an operations manager for a facility that brings in over $150 million a year, the least I would’ve done was compensated the family with a rigbys gift card in the amount that was stolen. This way we could try to gain back that trust and ultimately continue to profit in the future. The simplest gesture goes a long way and I hope you all reconsider going to this establishment. The warner robins police department was contacted and they arrested the subjects in a timely manner.

Excellent staff my son and his friends were dropped off at Rigbys and had a issue with a lost or stolen card and the staff were so great they took care of the situation immediately and my son went on to having a good time with his friends will definitely be spending more time here in the future

Took the family to check out the water park. Everyone had a great time. The slides were a lot of fun! We enjoyed relaxing in the lazy river. Only issue was the food was a little pricey but considering the park is still relatively new, I can somewhat understand the cost. We are looking into season passes for next year!

This place was so fun! We went Monday and got the unlimited actuvities wristbands and went skating, played lazer tag, mini golf...we enjoyed drinks and jist had a blast

Food was ok go karts are very slow but made it better for my little one. Great prizes but game costs are really high. Bowling was fun as well pins got tangled and had to wait a long time for them to fix them. Laser tag was awesome husband and son loved it. Putt putt was really nice and fun but was extremely hot with no shade kinda made it harder for my younger ones. Overall great place lot of fun just expect to spend quite a bit of money if you want to do it all. Water park still not open beginning of July kinda a bummer too.

They still have some kinks to work out since its a newer feature to the complex. Overall it was fun and the kids had a good time. The slides are lots of fun and the lines move quickly. The food inside the park was less than stellar for the price, especially since you cant bring in your own food. I ordered a hotdog. The bun was like eating a wet sponge. I wanted a salad, but they said that wasnt available, however I could go to the large cafe to order if I wanted. Im sure that wouldve only cost $80. Some of the lifeguards seem to enjoy their jobs, greeted us at each ride and told us to have fun, others not so much. Overall the kids had a good time and thats what matters.

Rigbys has a great facility, a great staff, great food, a great concept, and great execution! Everything was spot on. The prices were a little on the high side, but I actually appreciate that. It means a lot to know I can pay a little extra and get SO much value! The demographic served was pleasing. The food selection and quality was restaurant quality, as was the wait staff. Management has nailed it here. Zero complaints! We did everything except bowl or water park. Highly recommend!

Went to rigbys yesterday for a good time and it ended horrible. The card machine took my money and when I informed the manager Patrick (who also seen it take my money) he told me to swipe again it’ll just be a pending charge on my bank statement but it will be cleared then the internet server went down. The next day I was charged the amount that was pending and went back to Rigbys to inform Patrick it was taken out of my account he was very nonchalant about the situation and even went on to say well your card number isn’t in the system (which the system went down during the time of processing my card) so just come back tomorrow to talk to the office manager so that we can see “if” the money has been taken out of your account. Not to mention I also showed my bank statement stating that the money was taken out. Never experienced dealing with a manager so nonchalant about a situation that he even seen!

Went for the first time to the water park with my 12 year old son for the last two hours of the day and paid the cheaper admission, just to try it out. We absolutely loved it and had a great time! It was crowded but spread out well throughout the park. Everything seemed very clean, and the staff was friendly. We cant wait to go back and spend all day!
