I totally enjoyed myself and so did the other people in my party. I will be returning to give it another try. We didnt may it out in but we had lots of working together.

Honestly, it was pretty good. I think that they couldve made it so that we started without them accidentally giving us some hints. The room we did was fun, but I think some of the other ones would be more fun. I think we will come back sometime.

There are better escape rooms in the world, but for WR its seems to be the only option. I would recommend trying somewhere else (maybe in Atlanta or even Macon). Ive done 2 rooms here and they were really unimpressive. Puzzles that didnt make sense. Poorly decorated rooms. Just overall unsatisfying experience. I like escape rooms that try to immerse you into the experience with a great story, realistic decor, fun puzzles/clues, and engaging staff members. This place didnt have any of that.

The room was set up incorrectly. We were missing a key, had a key that didnt go to anything, a key in the wrong place, and a lock that wasnt seated correctly. This lead to the sequence of actions being really broken which was key to the whole room. Even though we explained the issues the staff didnt seem too interested in trying to make it right. They did comment that the room has had several issues with other teams and that it was still in beta, but there was no offer to make it right. No refund, no discounted return, no free stickers, nothing. We had several members who had never been to an escape room, and I am sad to say this was their first experience. With better management, this could have been an encouraging experience. But, as it is, I doubt we will return.Edited for additional info: never heard from the management as promised by the owner. Just read her updated comments. Those comments are why the review has been downgraded to one star. The workers are the ones who made mention that the room was still in beta and that a key was missing and that the room has had other complaints. We were able to remove a lock without finding the associated key. This was verified by the workers. I cant imagine this venue will be open much longer with customer support and response like this.

Went here on July 23rd.Probably the worst escape room weve been in. We did the murder mystery room. The rules and mechanics were not explained very well, the space was small (even for four adults), and there was no air going through the room which made it uncomfortable.The story and evidence do not logically correlate to the answer in any way, shape, or form.The host who was working at the time was nice, but not overly professional.I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a great escape room experience.

One of the most fun experiences you can experience with your family. You definitely learn about team work and problem solving as a unit here. I cant wait to try more rooms. The staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommend if you love a good challenge.

The science lab was very challenging, staff was super helpful and accommodating, and it was fun. Plus, lower prices than any escape room Ive been to.

My sister and I had talked about trying this for a long time, and while our mom was in town, we decided to go for it. We chose the pirate room, and we had a wonderful experience. It was challenging and fun, and we escaped with less than 2 minutes to go. Regardless of whether wed escaped, we had a great time trying to figure it out. Highly recommended for friends, family, even team building!

I was in a group of bridesmaids a few months ago and we picked a couple of Escape Artists experiences as part of our bachelorette day. So glad we did! It was so much fun and a really great way to break the ice between those of us who didnt know each other very well. I was in the murder-mystery room and it was appropriately challenging and well-put-together. We were so close to figuring it out! Highly recommend! Will definitely be back :)

2.5 stars. Was a fun experience, however, the worker did not seem to enjoy his job very much...the puzzles were interesting but it ended with a one person finale which left the rest of us bored because there was nothing for us to do during those moments. It was the bank heist. We were finished with puzzles with 28 min left but the lock pick was a one man show and everyone else was bored while one person at a time tried to figure it out the rest were just twiddling our thumbs. With all that said it was a fun experience. Just ended on a low for me personally.

Fun and challenging. A bit pricey but the fun is well worth it.

The ratings seemed a little high for the level of complexity in the murder mystery room. Other than that it was a fun hour spent with friends.

Amazing experience and my 9 year old grandson figured it out after the adults thought we had the answer.

Took the kids here, had fun, but was a little cheesy.

This place is great. Every room is different and challenging.

We had a great time when we were here last. Were already talking about going and trying a different room again.

**Edited: Very poorly set up. We did the bomb squad room. The game master told us way too much information. The clues were very poorly constructed and required no deductive reasoning skills. We interacted with the “bomb” and it broke and then the game master came into the room with us and told us the answers instead of resetting the bomb for us 20 minutes in. Don’t recommend.Additionally, the owner responded to this review blaming us for how our experience was and using the fact that she was a small business owner to negate the fact that the product that we paid for wasn’t what we got (which is apparently an unprofessional attitude she employs in responding to multiple reviews, as anyone can see in the responses to any negative comments on Facebook or on the google reviews). She also said that someone was supposed to call us to fix it the next day and even though there were several hours in which this could have been amended the same day it happened, we didn’t get the call they promised the next day. Even if the room couldn’t be reset for us and they had to call an engineer in, some effort should have been made to make it right for the amount of money that we paid. We wanted to like this place and were disappointed.

More expensive than other escape rooms. The room we were in required lock picking skills and took up way too much time just to learn that it was broken and they gave is the clue. For the price, the elements of the room should be in working order.
