I like the place a lot. I love how friendly everyone is when your first walk into the store. But the past few times I’ve come in with my children, I haven’t seen this one girl. I don’t remember her name but, she wore glasses and her hair was blue. She was very sweet.

Attended a 5 year old birthday party and all the kids had a good time painting and the staff there were helpful, good with the kids and accommodating.

The name of this place can easily be Family Fun Time based on its appeal to all ages. Great staff and a selection of common to complex designs. Children love PFT, it truly brings out their inner artist.

Its a great place for a party and have been many times before. BUT...we went for a party today in Waltham and MEREDITH was a total bootcamp counselor. Way too much attitude and very snappy. People that were there and NOT with the party were shocked at her behaviour. These are 6 year old kids not military cadets.

An awesome place to spend some quality time with your kids. You get to choose your plaster, prime and paint. Let your (kids) imagination run wild with the color choices. Good choice for birthday party activity.

Facts: For $10 bucks or so your kids get to pick whatever they want, they get as much paint as they want and you can stay for as long as you want. Plus no add on fees or other stuff you will get at other kids places. Place is a huge value to Parents!!!Check out the d-bags leaving one star reviews. I brought my client and my piece was chipped? Great place to take the kids! The staff is always friendly and helpful. My husband and I enjoy painting there as well so its a great family activity, especially on rainy days!

Very unhappy brought some clients on a saturday afternoon purchased a plaster frog $11.99. $12.25 with tax it was broken in a few spots asked to change it for one not broken was told they dont exchange broken ones and sanded it this was the manager who handled this....not sure we will come back
