No internet. Plain and simple

Great park to live, but the issue, like many other people have stated, is that you only have DSL or satellite options for internet. The DSL option is less than 1 Mbps, which is about the same speeds of 3G internet. I have had to go through the process of using my phone as a hot spot in order to actually get some sort of usable internet. The pool / spa area is also only open about 3 months of the year. In Southern California, this is crazy as it is hot enough to where it should be open for at least half of the year.They also added some pretty gnarly speed bumps which you either need to drive over slower than a snail, or faster than 20-25 MPH for it to not feel absolutely brutal. The area is quiet and nice, but the internet needs to be updated, the pool needs to be open more, and those speed bumps need to go.If these changes get made, I would not mind updating my review, but the internet is the biggest issue. This needs to be fixed.

NO INTERNET!!NO CANLE!!!This is the Only place I’ve ever known to have NO INTERNET... Even the residents of the mobile home park have took the time out of their day and went around signing a form to allow for the parks much needed upgrade for the mobile home parks cable lines which need to be updated to allow for internet connectivity but the owner (Herman) of the mobile home park refuses to agree on the update of the cable wiring required for actual up-to-date internet and cable, reason being it’s “too expensive”... on top of that there are many other ran down areas of the park like the sorry excuse for a tennis court which is more of a hazard and it is a tennis court and the SPA/pool that’s only open 3 months out of the year in Southern California... this place is surely loosing its touch and FAST... but hey why should the owner care for simple updates that keep this community up to date and aligned with the rest of society as long as we keep paying his way in life with our rent he’s okay on the other side of the tracks ;)get it together walnut hills mobile home park...

COLLEGE STUDENTS AND PEOPLE THAT NEED WIFI/INTERNET DONT LIVE HERE THEY HAVE NO INTERNET PROVIDERS...TOO CHEAP TO GET FIBER OPTIC CABLES INSTALLED ONLY OPTION IS SATELLITE INTERNET!!!!!!!!
