Really great manager and community

I have lived in this park for almost 30 years. It is a beautiful park well maintained and treats its residents very fair. The park manager is a very nice person who has events sponsored by management frequently to reward its residents. Pool and spa are well maintained and even has a place for the kids to play. I would highly recommend this park to anyone considering moving here.

I lived at Diamond Bar Estates for the better part of 16 years. My kids grew up here. It is for the most part a very quiet place. Up until a couple years ago it was pretty boring. Now with new management there are always little and big events going on. Like bingo night, taco Tuesdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas pot luck dinner/ party at the club house. And a lot of events for veterans. The manager isnt just your property manager she is your friend. Great place to live.

My mom and dad live there. Have for better than 25 years. ThanksgivingsAnd birthdays at the clubhouse.Countless priceless memories.

Was a great 3 yeara living there, neighbors were respectable and so nice. The pool and clubhouse were great and the play area and basketball court.

They have you pay other residents waters by (grandfather) rules. They are a bunch of hipicrits they cited me for a air conditioner sticking out my window. When there are 3 others in violation of that rule they made up. There janitor thinks hes a cop and writes out warnings because he doesnt like the way you house looks. Hes towed my sons car when he was on lunch... DONT COME HERE DO LIVE HERE

Excellent beautiful park and top notch management. Weve lived here for over 20 years and couldnt be happier.

Very nice park. Seems to be mainly senior citizen. All the units are well maintained.
