When it comes to warranty repair or replacement, this place will not take care of you. This place is not like a roger dunn, where they really take good care of you. This place is a typical Asian mom and pop store where they just wanna sell you a new stuff but dont come back for any warranty. Will not buy from them again. Yes 15% off is attractive but needed also provide a good customer service after sells. Make me wonder if I purchased a fake products.

Ive have only ordered online, but these guys are the real deal... I am a golfer that likes specifics in his club selection. I usually only order custom clubs. I dont need to be fitted every time i buy new clubs. So this is where i go for the best custom club selection. They have never let me down. Hope they stick around. Will continue to order from them as long as they are around.

This place is the best. Even if you dont play golf, you can give some Golf gift cards to people who you know. I love the changes that they made even during this pandemic. All equipment and literally the whole store is so organized and neat. The customer service here is wonderful. This place always is a bright and happy environment. There is a car wash next door, so you can also visit Golfio while you wait. All of the staff seems like they have an amazing relationship and they are always so happy. You should 100% come here whether you play golf or not. 10/10!!!

I am just amazed how they are well prepared and still manage to run the business during this pandemic. Online custom order seems taking longer than usual but its manufacturers fault. Love this place! Most reliable and lowest price guaranteed place you could find in SC.

Very nice facility with helpful staff. They keep customers safe during this Covid pandemic by scanning temperatures and providing gloves for each patron. No hard sales either. Came out with a Bettinardi putter that I am excited to use.

What an awesome store!!!! I love that they have an area you can test your clubs even though its closed for public safety due to Covid19. Oh they are well prepared for the hygenic prevention from the entrance. Checking your temperature with providing free masks and gloves. Loved professionally trained staffs. Pricing is no comparable to any other store.

I ordered an expensive TaylorMade TP Ardmore 3 putter from Golfio thru Amazon. When I received the package it was of a older model TaylorMade (Regular Ardmore putter). Clearly not the same one pictured in the Amazon site Ad. This is a clear case of bait and switch for a older cheaper model. When I researched there reviews online, they had done this exact same scam on at least 5 other un-witting customers. Whats worse on Amazon they call themselves The Taylormade Store not Golfio. SHAMEFUL

I ordered a set a Taylormade M2 irons back in the beginning of the month and they were about three weeks out to ship. Obviously, I was excited to get them only to wait the full three weeks and then they tell me they are out of stock and will refund my money. What a joke of customer service and an operation. I waited about three weeks only then to finally be told sorry we won’t be shipping your item because we do not have it. Then I found the same set brand new also for less money and they shipped it to me only a day or two after ordering! If you want to get your items fast and get better customer service and communication buy your golf gear from somewhere else!

I used order a lot from their website but I am now so close to them and buy from the store with lower rates! Custom club take a bit of time but no one can beat that price. Love this place!

Excellent selection and great customer service

They are not fully equipped with all brands custom components. They order directly to the manufacturers. The point is, Golfio has a network that could provide customers a faster and cheaper, and most of all reliable product and service. Ive tried to contact manufacturer myself and put me into a miserable stage, so I highly recommend going through with a professional like Golfio.

Wish I could give minus stars to be honest... Absolutely appalling... Ordered back in May and still have had no item... This was meant to be a full golf set for fathers day from my children... I have emailed 3x with not one reply... Have tried signing back in but unrecognised email address even thought I had confirmation sent to that address regarding order... All shipping numbers theyy have give insnt a real one... Cant contact or trace... Disgusting company and dam right rude.......UPDATE... I cant call that number as in UK but I have emailed mine over can you please reply... I would like a refund customer service is awful and dam right rude not replying to emails but checking reviews

I ordered a set of Callaway Strata’s in May. Golfio informed me that it would take 10 to 15 business days for me to receive my clubs because of COVID 19 and lack of staff. I completely understand. I then received an email with my tracking number and a message saying that my clubs had shipped and are on the way!!! I was very excited....until I typed in the tracking number. The shipping company informed me that this tracking number wasn’t associated with any order. I since have sent Golfio 4 emails asking them to explain and where my order was. NO RESPONSE! Well.....today is the 15th business day since I ordered the clubs and as of 1:00 PM, I have received nothing. Needless to say, I’m not holding my breath.

Ordered a set of Cobra Golf clubs on Amazon. One day before they were supposed to arrive they canceled my order. They said Cobra was backordered. I understand that. However, what I dont believe is they just all of a sudden realized one day before my clubs where suppose to arrive that they couldnt fulfill my order. They were dragging their heels I believe and were stringing me along when they should have been truthful from the start.

These people are horrible and rude and have the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. I ordered a hydro flask bottle on Ebay for my daughters 13th birthday and it was very expensive but she really wanted it. Being a single mother it was expensive for me. I did not remember if I had ordered it from Amazon or Ebay because I never got an email confirmation. After a month of waiting for it I called and they told me that they mailed it. I never received it and they said too bad, its not our fault because the postman delivered it. Living in an apartment I have no idea what happened to it, but I did not get it. You think they would have insurance for this and send me what I paid for. They then threatened me with emails saying that if I made a claim with my credit card company they would get me for fraud. They then sent me email after email saying it was my fault and I didnt even know who I ordered it from. Very insulting emails. The only thing I wanted was the item I paid for and did not receive. They refused to make it right in anyway and are continuing to send me rude and insulting, bullying emails. I think anyone would be upset in this situation. I feel very mistreated and ripped off. This is the rudest and non caring company I have ever dealt with. I tried to explain to them what happened and they didnt care a bit. SO I have now paid $51.00 for a water bottle that I didnt even get.

I recently purchased a few Puma golf belts from Golfio on eBay, unfortunately when I checked out, the eBay checkout process did not apply the discount so I contacted Golfio via email to let them know about the situation and within a few hours I received a reply letting me know that they refunded my PayPal account 2.5x the discount that I qualified for... Excellent customer service and very fast shipping..... and these Puma belts are wonderful and exactly as described in the eBay listing... I will definitely purchase from Golfio again...

Ordered a Cleveland Driver on a Thursday and received it the following Thursday.Club was as described and came with all accessories.Will order from here again in the future.

Worst purchasing experience of my life. The site wouldnt work- kept saying try again. So I did- they ended up charging me multiple times.When I called they said we have no record of completed purchases so therefore, they wouldnt refund my purchase. They argued with me for an hour saying it was my banks fault. They said they have 30 people working and thousands of transactions every day and this never happensEventually I received an email saying they could of had an error and are looking into and contacting paypal. To this day- Ive still be charged, received no clubs, and no reimbursement.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Its a ma and pa shop that have no clue what they are doing.
