Very clean and they always have wipes and sanitizer at the entrance to clean your hands and your cart/ basket. I always end up have the nicest and sweetest cashiers!!! Love everything They have in stores!!! Id buy the whole store if I could!!! They always have the materials I need on stock as well!!

My wife found a widget she wanted, called the store and the associate on the phone honed in on a widget she felt would do exactly what my wife wanted. The associate was helpful and held the widget for 24 hours under my name so I won the prize of picking up the item. When I arrived the widget was set aside right up front, but it did not have a tag on it so the cashier radioed a friend, and they read the sku right over the radio to her for a quick and easy widget purchase. My wife loved the widget and was happy that she received it faster than 2 day shipping on Amazon Prime. Great job Michael

I shop this store often. I have found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The Aaron Brothers Framing department is fantastic to work with, the department manager, Chad is so patient and able to think outside the box to come up with creative alternatives to fit a any budget. It was a wonderful shopping experience and I would highly recommend them for all your framing needs.

Took the product card to the cashier to purchase a $350 item they have to retrieve. Without knowing it, I received an open-box item. Upon discovering their error I returned to the store and they exchanged it. No apology. No explanation. (Another location claims this item cannot be returned to the store and couldnt exchange it for me.) No reassurance it wouldnt happen again. Nothing for my time, gas, or inconvenience. Horrible service.

Michaels always has whatever I need for crafting. I visit here regularly on Alpine. There selection of Fall, Halloween, and Christmas decorations are extensive and diverse. Aways,a great selection. There team members,are friendly and helpful.

We really like the Michaels stores. That have a large variety of seasonal items and other home decor. The prices are reasonable and whats nice for us is they give a senior discount. They also give a lot of coupons. The reason for not giving it five stars is because sometimes it is hard to find the item you are looking for. But I would definately recommend shopping here.

I always am able to use some form of coupon with Michaels . As a person who does a lot of boutique crafting this is definitely the place to shop. Most craft supplies can be found here and I get everything for my cricut here.

Wow what a score!! Michaels has great sales on items I use a lot. I had a Michaels rewards coupon for 60% off one item and a 25% off my entire order Including sale items .. whew, I SAVED $191.00+ I stocked up. Micheals almost always has what Im looking for. This store is well laid out, well lit, and very clean! Kudos. Beads, All strands of beads were $3 even the $10 ones...what a savings. I make wind chimes out of fused glass and beads with crystals. My profit margin went up on this batch. Thats good because the cost of glass went up and now I dont have to raise my price as much. Its good business to shop at Michaels

Its a wonderful world of crafts! Floral, baking, sewing, jewelry, painting drawing really anything you can think of! The have great coupons a Google search away and its one of our best local craft supplies shop.

This Michaels is a very big store and has a lot more to offer than other Michaels I have been too! It is spacious and not all crammed together and the staff are very helpful. When we were there last night the lady working in the fabric section was very rude and we ended up not getting out fabric there, but other than her all of the staff were fantastic!

Better than Hobby Lobby but still slow check out process as associates struggle to understand systems. Prices are a little high too.

They allow pet dogs! Always a great place for craft needs, and I can take my best friend with me.There is a manager there, Simone, who looked out for my dog and kept her from walking through some spilled pins around a corner that I hadnt noticed right away. She made sure my pup was safe and I appreciate it immensely.

Had an amazing visit to Michaels! I was able to purchase all of my supplies at the lowest prices of the season PLUS received an extra $20 off my $50 purchase! Gilden shirts, even the sizes up to 3XL were on sale for $2, then with the extra $20 off $50 ( extra 40% off) these 5.99 shirts were $1.20! Check out was a breeze making for a very nice visit!

Normally I love shopping here. Its my go to store for craft items. But now their coupon structure has changed and its all due to inaccurate wording. The store itself is fine, but they need to word the coupon verbiage better because it is causing a lot of issues with ease of usage.

A lot of the items I wanted werent in stock. Hardly any workers were on the floor it and it was hard to find assistance. Cashier refused to find a coupon for me despite my phone being practically dead. So I had to waste her time and the 3 people behind me by going through my emails. The location on 28th is always helpful.

We grab the 3 boxes for $5 dollars promotions we end up with a bit over $300 dollars worth of items for $5 dollars

Always have a nice experience here, whether it is shopping or crafting with my kids. Make sure that theres enough staff to help during the kids craft events. I was helping other parents while there because the 1 staff member assigned to help there was busy with other parents. I dont mind helping but would be nice to have it be properly staffed.

Its a typical Michaels so a destination store. The challenge is its becoming overcrowded by seasonal displays and trends and the staff theres just not helpful. Theyre pleasant but I feel like they purpose to avoid versus help. I was looking for a specific stensel today. Im glad I didnt find it since when I tried to leave the checkout line was backed up. Just one poor lady up there ringing. Perhaps the less helpful than I remember is related to understaffing.

A bit high in prices but a nice place

So, Ill be honest. I got a tattoo yesterday and one of the artists and I got into a topic on writing. He told me about Michaels and Id never gone to one before so, whenever I passed by today, I stopped in. Im so glad that I did! I went in for writing utensils BUT I actually ended up getting a planner for next year thats customizable so I could write whatever year I want AND fill it in myself! Which is awesome! I was sad that they didnt have any stickers for the months and days to fit my planner so that I could use to make it neater. However, whenever I was talking to my AMAZING cashier Marilyn, a sales woman overheard my predicament and she came right over to offer her assistance in finding something that worked for me. Her name was Maureen and she was extremely helpful, but she also had trouble helping me find what I was looking for. She tried so hard, going through many isles with me and asking my opinion if I thought it would work without being forceful and accepting my feedback. She went through at least four isles with a fine toothed comb and her efforts really reassured me that my best interest was in mind in their store. I strongly reccomend Michaels! And if for some reason you have an issue finding what youre looking for, DEFINITELY ASK FOR MAUREEN! You wont regret her friendly personality and phenomenal customer service. Give this woman a raise for sure!
