Great customer service! Nick will definitely take care of you! Dogs are adorable:) locally owned, locally sold products! 10/10 would recommend!

Nicks great!

Fantastic customer service. The owner is very knowledgeable and takes good time to explain any questions your could possibly have. Will definitely be coming back!

Very solid smoke shop with an awesome staff and dogs. Very friendly definitely shop here!

High quality glass for very affordable prices. I have pieces that I bought here from 2011 that I still use today. Went back today to get something new and the selection is even bigger. Lots of other cool stuff too. Would recommend to anyone.

I love Hyzer’s and go there often. The owner is great and knowledgeable about his products. As opposed to some other places in Grand Rapids, it is a local company with its profits staying in the community. If you need glass, kratom, discs, or anything of that sort check out Hyzer’s.

Fun store to visit. The owner Nick is very knowledgeable about his inventory which is all high quality. Very comfortable place to visit with better glass than any other store in the area!

Ive come here a couple times to buy gifts and Nick has been very helpful every time. Great products, adorable dogs to greet you, and a super cool guy running the place, makes for an awesome experience.

Why would you shop anywhere else? Quality products sourced from good people. Fair pricing and shop dogs! Love the music suggestions every time I am in too.

Love this place! Nothing beats getting to pet some dogs when you’re out! Beautiful options with a great owner! I’ve been coming here for 5+ years. It’s the place to go when you need some new legit glass.

Nick is an awesome person all the way around and owns a lovely shop with unique items that dont disappoint . Fair prices, good conversations, and great energy is what youll get every time you shop here. Excellent establishment!

Great shop, Fair pricing, Nice custom glass. Check this place out if in the GR area.

Great Service and awesome shop! This is a place you gotta check out if ur in the market for quality glass

One of the best shops in Michigan! Owner is very knowledgeable and a super friendly dude. Generally has a doggo in the shop too, which is always a plus!

Hyzers has been my go to shop for over 5 years. Always a beautiful selection and a very awesome staff. Not to mention Lacey the shop dog is always a pleasure to see.

Great shop! Super dope selection of anything you would expect in a headshop and more! Atmosphere and vibe are heady af as the staff seems as well. Great deadhead family.. NFA

Great selection and service, and Nick is a wonderful person. Check them out! Also, during this crazy time, ask them about shipping if you are doing the responsible social distancing thing.

Went to Hyzers a few times when I was living in GR and Allendale. Nick is a great guy, real chill, and the shop is easily one of the best around. Check it out.

Wonderful selection of both affordable and collection pieces, not to mention a really cool and knowledgeable owner!

Great selection, great prices, and (most importantly) two dogs. Hyzers doesnt disappoint.

Good for disc golf gear, also a place for all your smoking needs.

Wow! Stopped in for my first time today and it was amazing! I walked out with a very good deal on some local glass! So good of a deal that I almost felt like I was doing them wrong! Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, including awesome tunes and 2 very sweet pups. They have a really nice collection of heady glass from different artists. They also carry an assortment of disc golf equipment. Nick, you were very kind and it was nice to meet you today. I will definitely be back!

Great shop great owner. Cant wait to go back.

Hand blown glass pipe specialist. Lots of locally crafted items.Edit: Can I give this guy more stars? I’m now convinced that this is the best shop of it’s kind in the state. Great prices, and you have a chance to get help from someone who has knowledge about the entire contents of the store and can point you in the right direction. It seems like everybody does that, but when you see it done really well, it’s noticeable. Also: you don’t need to love dogs, but there are some very nice dogs there.

Best glass shop in town! Nick runs an amazing place with the best vibe and tunes! Dont bother with the strip mall chain stores selling wish glass for over inflated prices. Just come to Hyzers and get the good stuff.

Awesome place with a lot of cool, unique pipes you wont find anywhere else. Definitely worth checking out if you appreciate glass.

They came in real clutch with curbside delivery with this pandemic. Great place

Best Red Bali Kratom. Kicks in fast and super strong.

This is the best smoke shop you’ll find in the area, they have 2 friendly pups and well known artists with pieces you won’t find anywhere else. They have everything from glass to tapestries to accessories. Friendly helpful worker, will be coming back!

Greatest smoke shop ever.

Great place, unique pieces, knowledge on all of them. Great stuff.

Super nice and clean place with lots of selections. The guy behind the counter, Nick, was great help. Was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be a returning customer

My favorite shop this side of the Mississippi. Love the owner and his pair of sweet pooches that keep me company while I shop. What more could you want?

Nice little place off the beaten path.

Easy and quick experience here, Im not exactly a social person, so I appreciated the employee for getting right to the point and helping me out(: I would recommend to anyone, I had a good overall experience, although I wish I had looked around a bit more.

Has a wide selection of pipes but Im a small selection of disks due to the corona

This store rocks!!! Great glass selection. And some really cool glass art

Got a steal of a deal on a little perculater bubbler!! Other places rob you Ill be buying my glass from Hyzers from now on!!!

This is the only place Ill buy equipment from. Love this guy.

Best selection of high quality glass in West Michigan.

Great place, Hyzer is super knowledgeable and experienced. If your looking to buy anything quality this is the place to go.

Went to 5 shops before finding this one the owner was great he helped me find something new its amazing and pricing was there too go here guys

I did not buy anything as I was looking for cigars and this establishment doesnt sell them. The owner was super nice and I will be going back now that I know what they sell.

The owner is so chill, and every time Im there I leave with a great deal!! Quality glass at a good price, and a huge selection!

They have the best kratom and CBS in Grand Rapids hands down. I recommend everyone check this place out!

Awesome place! Always have the best glass and nicest people.

Best shop in the city!

No one acknowledged me when I went in. I walked around the store, looked at a lot of different displays of really awesome stuff. I would have liked to buy something but no one seemed available to help. The signs seemed almost offensive, around the shop. I remember one in particular started with can you read? Really awesome stuff there. But they seem snooty.

Outstanding... Quality products, great service, helpful, and friendly people.

Been coming here for years, bought more glass than I have fingers. Best deals by far of any other shops in town!

First time there...Asome friendly place

The people here are as cool as ice. They just revamped the inside of the store and made it significantly more spacious and aesthetic. They have a pretty good selection and although the Kratom is a little pricier than online. Its the cheapest I can find in a walk in store on short notice. Would recommend highly.

The prices at this place are amazing. Damn I really didnt expect to get higher end stuff for cheaper prices.

Oh my god . girl that works in the evening has an incredible body . Im just sayin

Is there a reason you dont answer the phone ever???

Only smoke shop Ill ever go to in West Michigan. Large selection, low prices, and probably the most honest and genuine small business owner in the area

First time here and I wont be going anywhere else from now on. By far the most amazing glass Ive seen out of any other head shop in Grand Rapids. The kratom is by far cheaper here than anywhere else as well. Crazy bongs that you didnt even know exist. Customer for life!

Best disc golf selection around. Super friendly staff!

Best head shop in Grand Rapids by far! Has an awesome disc golf selection but more importantly the glass is by far nicer than any other shops I have been to and a lot more affordable as well. After buying from here I realized how much I had been getting ripped off at other head shops in Grand Rapids.

Awesome smoke shop. Cool good vibes. I couldnt of asked for better experience. The best glass and deals out of any smoke shop Ive ever visited and Ive been to almost every one in Grand Rapids

Cool little shop for smoking needs and disc golf stuff.

Super unique shop!! The owner is super friendly and helpful. Beautiful collection, if you need some new glass make sure to stop by!

Just bought my first piece from here and was very satisfied. The prices were extremely reasonable and not only that, there was a wide variety of unique pieces to choose from. 10 outta 10 will be coming back to buy anything in the future :)

I always enjoy the diverse collection of artists glass and scientific. Whether it be a quality piece, accessory, adapter, or just a fun present piece hyzers has your stock. Nick is very knowledgeable and is helpful with all his product. Top local shop

Awesome experience coming in here. Returning customer and every time I come I get the same awesome service. Would recommend to a friend, and anyone looking to buy anything smoke related. A+!

The shop has a vast assortment of smoking accessories all at the best prices Ive seen in the state. Very relaxed friendly vibe to the shop. Will definitely be a regular customer!

#1 place to get glass in GR. Great prices and diverse selection, and always amazing customer service. Quality pieces that are incredibly sturdy. Will shop here again!!

Awesome Shop! Best selection in town with the best prices in town! If your looking for some great glass come check out! Nick is great and will hook it up for you.

Best shop of its kind in town. Quality local products for decent prices.

This place is great. The owner is fully involved with finding interesting and quality pieces to fill his inventory. Very friendly and helpful!!! I had to buy an extra piece because the pickins were too good!!

Just bought a nector collector from this place. I called to ask if i could return it and get another piece with the credit. The owners wife was the most rerespectful person ive ever dealt with. Told me she wouldnt sell me anything because i accidentally mentioned looking at a bong while i was there. I will never go there again and tell every caretaker and patient i know about their buiness moral.

Went in on a budget looking for a quality glass pipe. The owner met me enthusiastically and briefly guided me around his store and instructed me then left me to my thoughts so I could quietly narrow my selection down. The selection of pipes is in an open glass counter so you can engage with each piece, furthermore; the owner has placed an inspection table on the counter to get an even finer look at your potential piece. My pipe an many others there offered not only great glass quality but small details to the pipes that make them ergonomic, efficient and down right sexy. I have put off visiting Hyzers for over a year while visiting my same local smoke shops. I will forever be a customer of Hyzers. The best experience shopping for a piece I have ever had.

Cool people, cool place, lots of local stuff!

Friendly, open, knowledgeable, liked hanging out with the dogs

Great custom glass/disc shop with good prices.... Not a local ripoff like 90% of all the other chinese glass stores in GR.. Plain and simple put, this is the head shop to visit with the best prices in town.. Plus the owner is an awesome guy that puts alot of effort into a store he runs by himself... Guaranteed hes one of the few shops that last in this town because his business is built on quality and customer satisfaction... Stop down for yourself and check Hyzers out!

Very homey place, good feel lots of great options!

Wonderful selection to fit all tastes and needs. Helpful employees made the shopping experience easier.

Great selection and Nick is always super helpful whenever I go in there. Would definitely recommend going here for anyone that needs to pick up glass in the GR area

Great people, awesome stuff and great prices. Usually a friendly dog hanging around. Just good vibes all around.
