Very clean. Watched employees sanitize regularly. They always seem to stay way under capicity, so social distancing is easily maintained. Still pretty pricey, but, the all-you-can-play in a purchased block of time option helps to ensure that all of your clan are done at just about the same time.I felt safe bringing the kids there to blow off lots of pent up energy.Oh, the pizza is actually edible, too!
Great, had a good time with the family.
I remember at one time you could spend $50 get a one topping pizza, 4 drinks and four cards for a family of four. Now your spending $50 just for the pizza and 4 drinks alone. THEN you spend another $50 - $60 to load cards. OHHHHHH and dont lose the card or you have to pay $21 for a new one. Its all about money!! Yet they dont have enough working games or tables for families to sit at. Chuck E barely comes out.
Deceiving people on Postmates and DoorDash as “Pasqually’s pizza & wings.” If you see that restaurant name, it’s really Chuck E Cheese.
This Chuck-E-Cheese was a lot better comment and a lot more organized than the one in Largo. And Google needs to update theyre ours. I ask Google what time did this specific location open and it told me 11. They opened at 10. I love going into an establishment where I know its going to be a lot of kids, especially on the weekends, and especially in the summer so my child wont have to be fighting over games and such. Because the one in Largo they said that we could not use the cotton candy bags for our tickets it was an extra dollar just to do that. And it was extra for a refill for the Chuck-E-Cheese cup that we have previously purchased, and it was also fifty cents per carry out container. They were literally trying to nickel-and-dime every little thing. But this location everything was free. Free bags for the tickets, free refills for the Chuck-E-Cheese cup, and also free containers 4 hour food. The only thing is some of the games will either run out of tickets, but you just grab somebody and they will definitely help you with that. Other than that my son had a great time
Let me start by saying that I usually hate Chuck E Cheese because of past bad experiences from other locations. However, this Chuck E Cheese was nothing but amazingThe location is perfect, the space is big, there are so many things for the kids to play on. The staff was great, the food was great, the service was great, and everything was so clean even the soda machine area and the restroom. Watching the guy at the front door check the adults and children hands made me feel at ease that my babies were safe. I even saw him check a baby inside of a carrier to make sure the parents were exiting with the correct childLol I drove a hour to get there and I will be returning in the near future. Thank you so much Chuck E Cheese in Waldorf for such a great experience.
Great place for kid celebrations, but plan to pay more than anticipated. Log onto web site for coupons. Kids like the overpriced pizza. Salad bar is fresh. Staff is accommodating and patient. Only one animatronic remains: Chuck E Cheese. A costumed Chuck also walks through the place every so often.
My kids are older now, but my daycare still loves to visit here. I love that they have cards that operate on minutes now. Everyones card stops working at the same time which makes prize collection and departure time runs smoother. Not big on the food here. Went on a Saturday and was surprisingly pleased that it was not over crowded.
Took my daughter to chuckie cheese recently for her 9th birthday. We both had fun. I usually avoid this place cause it can get crazy with all the kids that are there no matter when you go. I can say that my daughter loved it. We will be going to this location again soon.
This place has changed. I is better for all ages. Excellent place to take childrens
Manager here is awesome!
Had lunch w the grand, she always enjoys Chuck E
I love going to Chuck E Cheese with my kids, but management is lazy most of the time ( most recent visit) I asked for help with one of the games (sketch book) was out of papering saw the manager (darker skins lady) doing nothing leaning against the wall so I asked her to fix the game she just pointed to a employee that was fixing another game at the time and got on her phone and didn’t once move out that spot until a while later,I feel she could of at least acted like she care or was even a bit interested in helping me!
My daughter had fun it was just some place to take her at the last minute before school started back so she can run around and get that last bit of Summer play in, I still gave 5 Stars even though somebody stole my whole bag of tickets that I left in my booth where I was sitting at, that I informed the manager she looked on the camera but it shows nothing but the last machine thats sitting in the back by the exit door which I think is dangerous because if its not showing my table and is not showing the exit door somebodys child can be stolen out of that door I think the security team need to come back in there and re-evaluate how the cameras are set up, she never found out who stole my bag of tickets but thats okay I won some more for my kids before we left.
It doesnt cost that much to have a pretty good time and starting a lot better and its great you know if you and I by your kids or if you just want to be a big kid
The one manager who was the African American one she was on it. She needs a raise. She was running that place by herself. She was the most helpful person in there and was the one refixing my stuff. While the other Hispanic manger wouldnt even take me. Theres so many teens in there they are not too intrigued with the tiny human children in there or should I say they were not kid friendly. Chuck E WE HAD TO CHASE HIM THRU THE PLACE TO GET HIS ATTENTION FOR THE SMALLER CHILDREN AND I EVEN TAPPED HIM 10 times and called him and he act like he didnt hear me SMH. Not impressed
Had my daughters 5th Birthday party at Chuck E Cheeses on a Saturday at 10am and it was fantastic at the Waldorf location! They were excellent in checking to see if we had everything we needed and made sure that I received all the bonuses I forgot about. Including a 1000 ticket mega ticket for the bday girl, 150 tickets on a card for another visit, 2 kids in the ticket booth, and they even lowered the party count for me by two kids (the max allowed to be lowered on the day) bc they couldnt make it and took them off the bill. My daughter was so thrilled and all the kids loved having unlimited game play for two hours!! I especially loved the bracelet they gave the birthday girl, my daughter which had the play pass in it!
Great place for kids during the weekdays and Subdsy early. Clean. Food delicious.
Loved it, the staff were friendly and helpful. My son definitely enjoyed himself as well! No complaints from me.
If you go early and during the week it is not as crowded or crazy. We went right at opening on New Years Eve and it was great. Food is overpriced for what it is
Great Location... Staff Needs Better Organization of How Pictures Are Done with C.E. Cheese for Kids Who Are The BIRTHDAY Child or Kid. It Is Very Disrespectful to Allow Kids from Through Out the Play Room to Rush an Take Up Time From The Actual Birthday Child / Kid. When Parents Have Paid & Reserved Several Tables for a Large Party, an Those Children Are Blocked by Kids That Are Not there for a Party,.... I Understand They Are All Kids but Groups for Birthday Parties Should Have Set times for Pictures with C.E. Cheese.
My family had a great time and it was everything youd expect at Chuck E Cheese. However, we were really bothered by the fact that no one was watching the exit. We even waited for a few seconds to see if someone would come check our hands and nobody came to check. It just is a tad worrisome when you have small kids that sometimes take off running and get lost in the crowd of people before you can spot them. So please just keep someone posted at the exit at all times!!
I love that they open at 9am! We ate breakfast at home, took the little one bright and early and we only had to share the entire the space with a couple of families. My child is 3 so I didnt have to worry about older kids possibly running him over, like I would during busy hours.
Good place for kids just very busy and need more staff
Fod was just ok. Kid had fun
Not crazy about this one, employees are afraid to smile, an kinda rude
Great location in Waldorf. Clean. Salad bar fresh.
We go to this C.E.C. quite often and have always had a good experience.
Food is better. Its still crowded but the machines work even better now
This location is one of my favorites. It is clean, the staff is responsive, and the Chuck E. Cheese will pose for photos upon request. My daughter loves this place.
Will not be coming back second time visiting.I visit this place last Thursday. I cannot believe how the customer service was conducted. This is not the Chuck E Cheese I remember. This place is really going downhill. I paid for food that I did not receive. We did not have a big order however did spend $80.00 at your establishment. There is no way my nana should have had to ask for our order three times. To be then told the kitchen is closed. If an order was placed at 7:03pm how do you wait until 8:15 pm to say the kitchen is closed. There is no reason why a manager should not at the very least check in with customers and advised of issue going on. We were told that there was an shortage of employees to cover. This is a problem but not as much as receiving attitude from employees when the wrong doing was not done by us. This is a very quick way to escalate an Issue. This is unacceptable we had young children waiting to eat. Also when order is not complete employees should not be picking up numbers without fully fulfilling the order. We were told to speak to April she was not present this day. I rather not because the interaction with on duty manger did not give me an indication that situation was going to be resolved in a tactful manner.
Very affordable. Kids had a blast. Clean! Friendly staff!!!
Surprisingly good pizza and wings
My kids had a great time but never again on a Saturday
Manager was very accommodating and professional. But this will be my last time visiting this establishment. The worst service Ive ever experienced.
Great place for kids overall. I only wish there was more rides for infants and toddlers.
I havent been to chuck e cheese, but my grand kids love it.
My kids love this place and the Waldorf location is the only location that actually looks clean.
Really clean...thats important! I also went on a Monday in the mirror of the day. The son had a blast, we both passed out and napped for over 2 hours when we got home.
It was great. The kids loved it. Theres not a lot of options for them regarding the food (dairy and wheat sensitivities). But they dont come for that anyway. Its still one of their favourite places to go.
My baby is 8 and she still loves this place.
My son love it, this place its awesome.
It was lovely Destiny was amazing my kids had a blast
It was great and big space. I would go there anytime
My Two year old dont want to leave!!!! Salad Bar was so fresh. Enjoyed it
Its Chuck E. Cheese! The pizza is really good, the wings are good but thin, and the salad bar was decent. Its a larger space so its really busy but they have a lot of variety for the kids (and adults) to spend their time. Gotta love it!
The salad bar was well stocked and pretty clean for a busy sat evening.
I really enjoyed this location. Fast easy fun. Love the new timed play cards. Unlimited play for how much time you buy. Great! Staff is awesome too
So much fun for my kids...
The place is nice. The only thing is that you guys need to hire more people they are always short staff. And the girl at the front was running the cashier and the front by herself on a saturday. She looked very frustrated.
First time bringing my son, have not been here in years. But we had a good time.
Salad bar was good, pizza was good. Kids had a blast. I met patient zero there. A little child moving from game to game coughing like theyve never coughed before....woke up this morning, throat hurts.
Took my granddaughter to the Waldorf Md. location spent more than $70 only to recieve terrible service with an attitude after waiting close to an hour for simple pizzas to be made only for them to be made with missing toppings and requesting a refund for the missing toppings rather than waiting another hour for another pizza to be made because the overwhelmed manager on duty was the only one in the kitchen making pizza with only two other employees working because as she said everyone called out & Im short staffed she literally got extremely rude and argumentative but did compose herself and apologize for her behavior saying shes stressed out because her grandmother died and shes overwhelmed with being the only one who can make pizzas and customers are getting mad at her. It was all a bit much to deal with when all I wanted to do is take my grandchild out to celebrate her pre-k promotion. I wont take her back anytime soon and waste my money and have to deal with a rude emotional wreck and terrible customer service.
I had a wonderful time. The place was clean, staff was friendly....I loved the salad bar, very COLORFUL and Fresh. I wished they would had kept the pizza bar. Look forward in returning soon.
The first time Ive been there. And yes, it was fun. I can see why kids love this place. I felt the kid inside me coming out and enjoying herself. Liked the pizza. I would have liked to have the salad bar, but noticed kids stuck their fingers in the dressing. Lost my appetite for salad. But other then that, my boyfriends daughter really had lots of fun. Its great for birthday parties. Lots of game varieties for all ages.
What can I say about chucks place? Been around forever.
This Chuck E. Cheese is great, it’s not at all like the largo location. It does not feel overly crowded and the staff members are attentive and work to ensure that everyone is safe and having a good time.
My son loves Chuck-E-Cheese so Im there 24/7
Always said Id never have my kids visits party here. Well they made everything so easy and simple I would gladly do it again.
This place has gone downhill. The prices have gone up on the food and kids get a timed card for games now with only one pause allowed - seems incredibly controlling and not customer friendly. The soda machine was broken and it all tasted awful. We asked to sit at a table in a quiet corner and were told it would be too much work for the staff to clean up after us there and asked us to please not sit there. Employees look like zombies and the person in the Chuck e Cheese mascot costume walked around looking depressed for about 3 minutes and then disappeared in the back room. Overall very disappointing and unprofessional staff. Our hand stamps weren’t even checked on the way out so child security is alarming - no idea why they stamped us when we came in. I’ve seen this franchise run well and at this location it was an incredibly disappointing experience.
Nice for distractions childrens. Clean and easy access.
It was great me and my family love it ️ but I still give it 4 stars I got bored after
Welcoming and clean always order wings they are awesome
They were excellent in resolving an issue my son had with Door Dash. The manager April and the lady who was working the front area was very helpful and they made him a fresh pizza and gave great customer service!
So much fun.. the card system is much better than the token system. They updated lots of games and the pizza is still so yummy. Salad bar was EXCELLENT!
Chuck E cheese was Great for children. I wish they had better prizes for 2000 tickets! Gabby Was extremely nice and we offered her some birthday cake!!
Took the grandkids there, cause you know, its where a kid can be a kid, anyway after letting my two run around in this place for a couple hours my 5 & 7 year olds worked up quite an appetite anyway I ordered a half sausage and half pepperoni & cheese pizza and some wings, my kids, who love to eat took a bite of the pizza and a small piece of chicken, spit the chicken into a napkin and said the food was nasty and neither took a bite of anything else, now, knowing that children sometimes exaggerate sometimes I tried the pizza and wings and yes both were disgusting, ended up stopping to get them something to eat on the way home, 1st & last time going..
This particular Chuck E. Cheeses is decent in regards to services and variety when it comes to their games. It can keep your children entertained for most of the day if not all day though if you do stay all day it can become pricey. The cleanliness isnt the best though that can be expected to some extent at places like this, however the bathrooms are generally in a state that will make you wary of using them at all. My nephews at least enjoyed our time there for a birthday party so, as said, kids find the place quite excellent. The only other criticism there really is left to make is that people who go there will often go around asking if they can use your card/tokens to use a game which can become rather annoying, so just make sure youre prepared to tell some children no.
TERRIBLE! They do NOT check each child/parent that comes in, so that is a safety concern for your kids. They are 100% UNDERSTAFF, only the same slow, non friendly and unknowledgeable staff members! And EXTREMELY SLOW!!! The fact that you can come into this place and walk past the check in point where they stamp your hands is a great concern! And when I point this out, none of the staff seemed concerned at all. So ill gladly be waiting for the day when someone’s child get’s snatched up and kidnapped at this place. A COMPLETE Joke! The GENERAL MANAGER MS. Dixon PLEASE HIRE BETTER STAFF AND DO BETTER!
Great for kids! Right?
Food here is not good to me but my daughter loves it. Its a great place for kids to run around.
Grandsons birthday was a blast. Pizza was good. Kid oriented staff was excellent.
The manager Keith is awesome! I usually go during the week to avoid crowds. I will say that the sanitation can be taken up a notch because I can just feel my lymph nodea being irritated walking into the building
Family atmosphere!!!Trully a Kids place!!
NOT SO HAPPY 6TH BDAY..... 3/2/19Ok I was EXTREMELY irritated when I arrived because my tables were not clean and there was trash and debris all over the floor! No one greeted me to go over the party details! I literally had to ask for help and assistance. The food took FOREVER TO arrive TO the table. I should have been compensated for the inconvenience! ESPECIALLY for $425.00I WILL NOT BE HOSTING ANYMORE PARTIES IN WALDORF, MD! I should have gone to the CEC in Alexandria Va! The customer service there is AMAZING !
Great place for kids staff was great big upgrade
Went to Chuck E. Cheese yesterday. Pizza was over cooked, salad bar was dry. Its been better in the past. Cost has gone way up.
Staff needs training on customer service the food is OK. The cake is ok. The staff could be friendlier considering this is a childrens venue. We asked if they could have Chuckee make an appearance since there were some many pre schoolers who graduated and the manager made it seem like a big deal she basically said I had to buy a cake and sing happy birthday for the character to make an appearance... I bought the cake with no problem even with her being rude.
We visited to attend a birthday party. While it was mostly clean and the food was tasty and hot, the staff was not helpful at all! Any time we had a question or needed a game fixed, the staff ALWAYS pushed the responsibility to a co-worker and did not even talk to the other themself. They told us to go find so-and-so. Also, the staff that was supposed tolead the party did NOT! They stood around and talked to co-workers when not bringing out food. The parents lead the whole party- even the interaction with Chuck E.
Its a great place to take your kids
Child friendly atmosphere. Salad bar and soda dispenser stations were in disarray. Not much room at tables for adults.
Its crazy its a place for kids put yet they will not let the kids use there tickets for the prizes that cost money what a shame I was told that the chucke toys and other toys on the wall were cash only
This location has recently undergone significant upgrade, therefore older reviews may no longer apply. They brought in a lot of new games and they also now have an animatronic Chuck E. Cheese for parties. My kids love it here, especially when Chuck E. Cheese comes out and leads a dance then throws tickets in the air for the kids to get. It can get pretty crowded on Saturday afternoons.
Pretty good. Went on a Friday afternoon and wasnt too crowded. Plenty of games and running space if its not too crowded.
It wasnt too bad but lacking servers
Kids love it...salad bar is good!!
Such a fun place to take kids. I will definitely be planning a birthday party here.
The kid had a lot of fun (ages 8, 7, 3, 1) The games seemed to be updated. Some were not working. The staff were not friendly, but did their jobs. Some staff members stood around in groups a lot and talked which held up the lines. A couple of the games stopped working, but they would fix them right away. Overall, a good experience.
I like it and so does my kids best time to go is early during the week
