These associates SAVED MY LIFE after I went to their store a week prior and was given some less than adept information on what I needed to paint. Ive done to a of painting, but not in a few years so I needed some help. The associate who helped me was not well informed on painting, so I was given recommendations for the wrong items.The reason I am painting is because me and my boyfriends 1 year anniversary is tomorrow. I had to wait last minute to do everything because I had very bad whiplash last week and couldnt really do much.I started to paint today, and realized he had not recommended the products I asked for. I called the store and explained the situation. They were very apologetic, and I left immediately to go get the correct items. They refunded me for the items and gave me a $25 gift card, which was ready for me when I got there. I know they didnt have to do that, so it was much appreciated.A wonderful associate named Rachel helped me find the PERFECT items for my painting, and I am so excited for my boyfriend to see it. I was so upset that my painting didnt look good at all, but she gave me some paints in the correct colors that are PERFECT. Crisis avoided!Id you ever go to this store and need help with painting items, ask for Rachel. She is a proNow I am so much happier with my painting and Im so excited for him to see it.

Feels like the heyday of Michaels has passed in this store. It feels dirty, and supplies are pretty expensive for what they are. Id rather go to Jerrys or JoAnns for better quality, better staff, and more reasonable prices.

They have lots of stuff. Not much cross stitch. My daughters love to go there

We just booked our 3rd birthday party here. Sherrie is super helpful, making sure that everything is ready and all of the kids understand instructions. When I forgot the cake knife, she found one in back. I cant say enough good things about birthdays at Michaels!

I frequently visit this store and have always had great experiences with the friendly staff. A couple days ago I was shopping there with my 3 children when my 10 year old cut his finger. A gentleman named Brian was working in the bathroom area where this happened and asked if my son was ok. He was so wonderful, and went to the back to grab a bandaid and some ointment to patch my son up. The manager I spoke to and shared this with was very friendly, as well as the lady that helped us get checked out. I enjoy shopping at this store. Great work to you all!

I purchased a Cricuit Explore Air-2 on April 21, 2020. It was the wrong color as ordered. It cuts terrible and you have to pay for every item of software you need such as $3.99 per font. On June 11th 2020 I called to see what return policy was and they said I had to call the manufacturer. I would think in less than 50 days the store would be willing to help but NOPE. No More michaels for me. I know why Amazon is so successful. Maybe michaels could learn from them.

I love this store. The store located in Wake Forset is a smaller store than the Raleigh store. However, I am usually able to find what I need at my local store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I love shopping at Michaeld. The employees here were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this store might be smaller than the ones I have previously visit before. I wasnt able to find much of the Christmas items that I was looking for in this store.

Not really a Craft store person so going in I was looking for one thing...a semi decorative storage box. They had 0 so I got a plastic one. They also put things in weird places. Like artificial succulent arrangements...they were on the way out. Had to exchange one for another.

I now know where to come to get more holiday decorations! They had Valentines and St. Patricks Day decorations. I love the Nutcracker men and they had a St. Patricks Nutcracker man! I was excited to buy it. I cant wait to come back and spend more time here!

Love going here to buy materials for drawing, painting and to do little crafts. Its my little addiction I guess you can say. Michaels has so many things you can buy and one thing I absolutely love about this store is during halloween! I always walk out with something during that time!!

Always like this place for my drawing supplies mostly. I also get the 6 hour tea light candles.. there is always a store wide discount on at least one item if not the whole bill... You should always ask for the store discount because it saves a ton when you regularly but here.. some of the pencils and pens in a case cost $40 or more.. you can usually cut that in half... Cheers!

Michaels has a great selection of craft items . I especially like their specials on art supplies and storage options for my art classes and setting up my new studio. Wake Forest location is only surpassed by Raleigh location whoch is Five Stars because it has a greater selection available.

I never want to leave when I step inside Michaels. I love the selections and all the seasonal decor. I like that they use coupons and there is someone around to always offer assistance.

Lots of crafting supplies here. Id never visited one but had time to kill. I knew about the crafting items but was surprised to find a large selection of picture frames, picture framing services, hobby plastic car kits and parts, drawing supplies, and educational toys. You could buy Lego- like kits that lit up and build robots from the kits there. 4 stars because Im not a crafter and am not qualified to say just how well stocked with supplies the store actually is but they certainly have a lot of merchandise.

This is a great little Micharls store. I want to deduct one star because it does not have the selection that is present in the Michaels super store. The discounts on products I needed however were amazing as was the assistance from the employees there. This is why I kept it at 5 stars.

Smaller than the Capital Blvd store in Raleigh, but they have a big selection. Call ahead to be sure if you are looking for something in particular. Newer store so some staff is well acquainted with inventory, others not so much but they will do their best. Not sure if this location hold events or classes. Glad they are here in wake forest.
