Love to come at night to take the kids fishing on the pier. No o e really bothered us plus had other families fishing too.

Great harbor, perfect for mooring your boat. Bit of a shame about the few homeless communities that surround the area but if you keep yourself to yourself so will they. Few dogs that wander around belong to them, theyre friendly and no cause for alarm. Toilet facilities here are pretty good here and clean. Theres spinners café on the exit road of the harbor which does great food.

Beautiful! Clean. And bathrooms have doors which is nice. I went to a couple in Honolulu that didnt and it was very awkward.

Its nice now the road, the docks, looks like they still working tho?... But Everybody gotta stay safe and use ur Masks!!!...

Waianae Harbor is one of Oahus hidden gems. Cozy and tucked away from all of the distractions of the outside world. Set sail on a journey of peace and self-reflection.

Went here snorkeling with Hawaii Nautical and they did a phenomenal job. Our group was about 20 people with Amos, Jesse, Mikey and I dont remember the other gentlemens name but these guys are great. Never snorkeled before or have been in the ocean to swim so it was a whole new experience. This group is awesome with you, makes sure you are okay. Just a relaxing time. The location was beautiful, went here instead of the other location my husband had after our lei greeter told us about different locations and groups.

Its a good place to drop your boat in the water, if it wasnt for all the junk cars, trash and homeless washing in the boat washing bays it would be a 5 star place. There is a ton of parking, just dont leave valuables in your vehicle, and the restaurant is pretty good.

Dolphin Star at Waianea boat harbor was excellent. We had a great experience snorkeling and we got excellent vegan and vegetarian food choices as requested

Good place to hangout and chill, no one will bother you. Theres the tennis courts there, a small park and a baseball field there that you can use during the day. I mainly go there to hangout with friends at night, just make sure youre not parked in the park side parking when the cops drive by, park anywhere in front of the water ramp and youll be fine.

This is nothing more than an outdoor methamphetamine campground! I have nothing against homeless people, but this is the reason people have a bad impression of Waianae and homeless people, be careful is all Im saying!

Was just the docking area for our wonderful dolphins and you tour seemed like a nice place though :)

The cafe there has pretty decent food or if ur into tennis or playing horse shoes they have courts there and a pit to enjoy playing.

At one time, employment, and leisure time spent their and education.

We did a snorkeling adventure out of here, swam with wild spinner dolphins, green sea turtles and saw lots of fish as well! Great harbor to take yours from!

Its always a really well run harbor/ boat ramp with lots of space and good washdowns for the boats.

Theres homeless there.

Its relaxing, and u meet a lot of new and friendly people.

Boat area is nice, and the ramps are well maintained. However the harbor is at a bad angle and you get a nasty surge at the ramp when launching a bakt

Smells like piss. The large homeless camp doesnt inspire confidence in the security of the place. I was worried for my car the whole time we were there.

So far so good, I dont use the restrooms, and I get along fine with poor folks... Its beautiful here! I havnt had any trouble wit my van, Im friendly wit the peoples and their friendly wit me... I think its all in how you carry yourself, wherever you go... Other than that, its a little rough,, in and out surge.... A little noisey at night,,, noisy kids... Other than that, its a beautiful place, and cheaper than town... The people are also very friendly...

Bathrooms are terrible. Do not park here! Park near the spinners cafe and walk down unless you want your windows broken. If you need a bathroom buy a burger and use the restaurant bathroom instead. No security anywhere. Unsavory characters wondering about and yelling at ghosts.
