Kalanianaole Beach Park

Nice beach, popular with families in groups having gatherings. Don’t expect any natural peacefulness though, as it’s quite bustling in music.Also, ladies, please learn to throw your soiled female products in a rubbish bin, not on the ground in the dressing room or restroom.

Ocean is just beautiful. Definitely would not suggest for children who arent use to the waters out west side. But sunsets are amazing....

The best place to go camping... This is one we frequently visit... The ocean at times can be rough and the current strong so I suggest visiting when the life guards are on duty if youre not a strong swimmer or new to the area... The parking maybe a challenge if there is campers but other then that... Limited shaded area but its all sand... Early mornings the dolphins visit the beach just to play... Nothing bad to say about Kalanianaole Beach Park...

Best beach Ive ever been to. If you stay to the middle left there are small waves. But the more tYou go down to the right the bigger they get. The biggest wave I seen there was probably more than 15 feet tall. Be warned though, if you arent really good at swimming with big waves, DO NOT go to the side with the big waves, it will suck you in to the water.

This is a regular spot for us to always gather at! Having family together on a beautiful summer day in Hawaii Nei is one of the best things in life!!

One of the most beautiful beach in Hawaii (West Oahu) Beautiful and the locals are cool.....when you get to know them! So always smile and say hello, its a respectful gesture to them. Do that and you might make a Hawaiian friend for life. Kalanianaole beach park was technically named NANAKULI beach park.

Easy access and beauty

Born and Raised in Nanakuli. Thats my front yard, my Happiness being their at Nanakuli Beach Park. My Stomping grounds!! % The saying isYou can take the person out of Nanakuli, but you cant take Nanakuli out of the, ME!!!!! NANAKULI MY HOMETOWN EA EA!!! HAWKS BEHBEH!!!

I liked it. There were a couple naked little kids there thought. Waves are about 2-7 feet high.

We went on a Thursday around 2ish and stayed for a hour or so. It was great, wasnt too busy, the water was chilly at first but clear and nice waves. The beach is clean and well kept, couldnt find the cave thingy but very nice.

Peace and Quiet. Nice place to just relax. Great place to take the children. My little girl Loves spending time here.

Love this beach their is big open area such as baseball/football field basketball/volleyball court for your young athletes of yours, also a jungle gym for those much littler rascals! And you can do much more with your family and friends here parties picnics and gatherings

My favorite place to camp at!

Waimanalo Beach Park area is where this place took me back to in time (7mo. ago) I actually came here to buy a bottle of Hawaiian Lemonade w/Li hing mui. And i LOVED it. When you buy a bottle, keep it for the next time you visit any one of their place of business. Youll get a refill for half price.

The beach is a gem on this side of the island. Good boogie boarding location, bit of a strong undertow but taught my 9 and 12 year old how to handle it and they loved it hear. Life guard on duty too.

I like this park cause theres a little for everybody.

Get spot for the family and sports teams. Great spot for a beach day after your team plays a game there. Parking can be hard to come by.

I love it here. Spend at least 15-20 min every morning here before starting my day.

Parking, lifeguard, trees providing some shade. Waves can be a bit rough. Not that busy.
