The staff was super friendly! Helpful and always available. Interactive with virtual Chuckie. The new card system makes to where you dont have to carry tickets around. The staff was continuously checking on us, even through the arcade. My kids had fun and as a parent I enjoyed the overall hospitaly that was given. The place was clean. They let us use our coupons with no Hassel. It was great!
Poor food rampant cheating and a manager who took frequent breaks with what seemed to be his mistresses and their children. I know with places like this you pay for kids entertainment but this place was garbage. the pizza was greasy an somehow undercooked. The games were dirty. The staff seemed unintrested i their jobs and unmotivated to do better. If I could give 1 star I would. we came as a speculative visit to determine if a birthday here would be desirable... today ensured it was a no.
The workers were extremely nice and accommodating. I really commend them for doing such a great job. However I feel like this is a breathing ground for covid. Little kids running around touching everything, some not wearing mask. I wont be going back.
Taking things into consideration, with the virus, this was nice. All 6 foot perimeters were enforced, and it was full functional, except for games/tables that were originally closer then 6 feet. (Which are properly marked) my son had a blast, as did I.
My kids love Chuck E Cheese. Theyve improved their pizza a lot. Its not made of cardboard anymore. And they even serve beer. That makes it a lot more pleasant for the parental units. Now instead of paying per token, you pay for time. So kids get to keep playing for an hour or so. Thats a lot better than just losing all the quarters quickly.
Convient but not all that clean. Still had some drink cups around the games. Service was disappointing, they gave our order to another customer and her family, says she thought we were sitting at that table but we were the first and only customers there for at least 45 mins. But kids enjoyed their selves so I guess thats all that matters.
Overall nice place to take kids.
Phase 4, has a PROTOTYPE Studio C Cappa (or Gamma, as it was called during development) the stage looks cool, also this store originally opened without a animatronic show, then in about 2003 they put in the prototype cappa (Gamma)
I had my daughters 2nd Birthday Party here & it was so much fun! Pizza was so good. Thanks to the staff & manager that worked yesterday. I had no problem getting issues resolved quickly. We will definitely be back again to have fun.
I dont know if management has changed, but the machines/games are all working and the staff is great. Great experience. Staff were walking around and cleaning the games as an extra safety measure. Wonderful experience.
I took my kids for their birthday I ordered food, and bought cards for them to play. I asked the woman do the kids meals come with drinks she said NO I asked for two sodas, the kids didnt get them. I had to go back she said I told you they didnt come with drinks. I told her both kids wanted a soda when we ordered. Then I waited ten minutes for them to put more lettuce in at the salad bar with no luck when I asked the guy at the door finally he said they would put some out in one minute and since talking to the cashier is point less and good luck with that i was ready to give up and I called and asked them to put lettuce in the salad bar. It stills took over five more minutes. I was not the only one waiting on lettuce either. I was highly disappointed in the service we got here today. It was impossible to get anyone to talk to resolve a situation and forget asking for a clean plate for the salad bar cause you will stand there asking for one and they will ignore you. My kids love it here I cant see dropping that much money to be ignored and treated so rude. Then a staff member seen my daughter set her drink down while cashing in her tickets he grabbed it and tried to hide the fact he had it as he walked away with it. If I could give no stars I think this would be my first no star review.
Service was great. As far as games there where a few that didnt give tickets because where out and tokens not dropping after paying and when told workers they would go tell manager but they never would come out to help. Overall my son love it still.
This place is always a fun place to go. The kids love it. Will definitely be going back in the future.
I been to chucky cheese for my birthday it was fun i played game a drink soda ate pizza my family was there it was great my brother came
It was the worst the customers service was horrible I lost 62 tickets and they said KT would be out to fix the problem she/he never showed up. They were making cotton candy when I ask to turn in ticket receipts. The place need a lot of work no people skills
Despite all the children, the food was really really good. They treated my Niece like a princess and I think she felt really special. Also the staff rewarded good behavior and patience!
Kids had a blast, we had 1 hour unlimited play $15 each! This location didnt have a many games down and was cleaned better too. We didnt order anything, its overpriced pizza. The customer service was good when we bought the cards and if we had any questions about games or play time rules.
I cant get anyone to answer the phone. I wanted to know prices, they are not listed on the site for a pizza or drinks. The phone prompt doesnt let you choose an option.
It is always so hot in there. You really need to get your AC fixed. I just had to leave because it was to hot for my whole party. You have 5 parties going on as we speak. Do better!
The rat is still a little creepy, but the kids loved it
Clean, and not many games down like most others. Pizza came out quick. Most Staff were friendly and inviting while the others seemed more about what they did the night before.
Fun, but they sure make it hard to get tickets.
Its Chuck E. Cheese.... The games are okay, though there are likley a few not spitting out tickets. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the food is better than you might expect. The kid casino however is still laughable. 20 bucks will probably net a hundred tickets or so from the games. Those tickets can then be exchanged in the automated counter for a voucher. At the prize center you can no longer get tiny pencil toppers and cheap plastic throwaway items. Yes they still have some, but now you can get candy too. For 100 tickets you would be able to get 3 or 4 airheads/laffy taffys. So your 20 bucks will net 3 pieces of candy and about 19 bucks worth of entertainment.
Its a kids dream and a parents nightmare lol. Iam kidding, pizza not so good but kids go there to play more then eat.
My child had fun there. The pizza were s little to hard the fries were good.
This place is a joke. We used a coupon that was listed on the website for $1.50 off a combo meal. Also bought two (2) 90 min play time cards with the combo and was charged FULL PRICE for the cards instead of the discount of $10! When we asked the manager for a refund we were told that we couldnt get one since it was already completed. Also NO ONE kid checked us upon leaving the place. We unhooked the rope at the door and let ourselves out because NO ONE was checking anyone as we left.
Had a terrible experience. I received a coupon for my daughters birthday for 100 free tickets, so we went to Chuck E. Cheese instead of Peter piper. Big mistake. Spent $70 for the girl at the counter to tell me my coupon wouldn’t work. She didn’t even try and get a manager or solve the problem. I asked another employee for a manager...and he actually solved the issue himself and gave me the voucher for the tickets no problem. The manager said she would speak to the girl. Apparently the manager did and pointed us out, and as we were leaving the girl at the counter really wanted to exchange words with me, when clearly she was just being rude about not helping a paying customer with a coupon. It was very pathetic, we even recorded her on our phone. Although we did have our coupon honored, it was not worth having some cashier scream explicitly at me and my family, which was 3 11 year old girls and a 13 month old. Extremely classy!
This place always seems to be understaffed. Tables are always uncleaned. However, I give this place 4 stars due to the friendliness of the few staff there, and how they go all out to ensure the children are having fun
Attended a birthday party here with my grandson. He had a great time. They were very accommodating with the food order and correction. The place was very busy with several parties at the same time.We came once before and were able to use discount coupons for food and game tokens.
Best time Ive ever had at a Chuck e cheeses. Tommy was amazing for our party. Made us feel like family not customers.
Great place for the kids. They really enjoyed themselves
More staff needed. Many of the machines werent working, either not giving tickets earned, or taking coins and not allowing you to play. Kids love it though. Staff was very pleasant and willing to help.
Great place to take the kids to pass the time
My kids and family had a great time. It was my sons 7th birthday and he enjoyed it. Chuckie Cheese is kind of expensive but worth it.
It was good. The pizza was good and the children had a great time
We went so my youngest grandchild could experience the place for the 1st time. We got 3 Personal pizzas and a salad bar. With 2 very small sodas for $40.00. Wow! I realize its for the kids, but even the salad bar was terrible. My grandson loved the lights and noise, but even he wouldnt est the pizza.
Most of the games are broken, cant cook pizza. Just wasnt right for my family and I spent over $100. Will not be going back.
The kids always have an amazing time!
Myvson loves the games & I love the .
Very pricey and dirty bathroom and not enough staff.
Loved it, but we got the reload card with points on it and the games kept taking points and not letting us play. Other than that is was really fun
Three generations celebrated an 8 yr olds birthday. Early Sunday is a great time to go. Had sworn off Chuckee after a couple hair raising experiences. Child escape security at the exit is a huge improvement and stress reliever! We all had a great time and a party helper dedicated to us.
Awesome arcade games and great pizza. I would definitely recommend this place to come and eat at. Theres cool arcade games to play, plus its Chuck E. Cheese and who doesnt love Chuck E.!
Been to a few Chuck E Cheeses and this one was least favorite. Several machines were either down or did not give the tickets they should of. Could use more games for little ones. Seemed overcrowded as well. My kids despite this still had fun minus a gew bumps in the road. Might go back.
Had a party there. The host was wonderful!
My son had fun there so I will give them 4 stars. Took 1 star off because a lot of games were out of order with no signs, no ice for drinks, pizza was way too greasy even after soaking up with napkins, Chuck E. hardly makes apperances. It took too long to tell an employee. It wasnt even worth it. I think they should get better prizes. Its always the same old stuff. A bit too dirty for me. I hate to complain, but I would want to know so there you go. My son is older now and has moved on to other places now. Good memories though...
Went for my oldest sons 11th birthday. Kids had a blast. The pizza was VERY good but took quite a while to come out. Server was so so but I think they were understaffed. Games were ok, typical cash grab games. Restrooms were tiny, understocked but clean for the most part. Definitely going to go back. Way better than peter pipers pizza.
Passing through Waco and stopped here for our two children. They enjoyed themselves! Pizza was ok. Cleanness, was ok. We liked the layout of the restaurant/game room. Easy view to our car, easy view to keep an eye on our children running after Chuckie! Downside, there were a lot of broken games.Gloria who helped get our prizes was extremely nice to us and our children. Our two children both wanted the same pair of glasses. Gloria couldnt find a second pair so she asked Greg to help her. They searched all over for the glasses, even after we said dont worry about it. Both Gloria and Greg went above and beyond to keep our kiddos happy! Greg was also the greeter and took our food order. All of the other staff were nice as well. But Gloria and Greg went above and beyond!!! Thank you so much Greg and Gloria!
We had my sons birthday at this location this weekend. He and his friends had a great time. I will say that it was a little hard to get everything we paid for and it was expensive. My wife had to continually bug our party staff person for many of the things that was supposed to be ready. The experience was more stressful than it needed to be and when I am paying over $200 for a birthday party I want to be able to relax and not worry if my guests have what I paid for.
Good place for the kids to have some fun and burn some energy. The biggest shock was that the pizza and other foods were really good! They even have beer on draft. An oddly ideal place to celebrate a young kids birthday and Mothers Day together.
Love chuckecheese.kids do too...
My kids love it Im not a big fan
Staff is always friendly and helpful. The lunch buffet is a simple salad/pizza combo thats totally worth $6.99. Theyll usually cook you whatever you want if theyre not busy. Great place to bring my 2 year old granddaughter!
Very good place for family and phone
A lot games didnt work
Lunch buffet ends at two...not one minute after. No matter what time you get there. Other than that no complaints. Not as big as other locations but also not as crazy loud so good trade off.
First time there it ran smooth. I would recommend it to everybody young or old.
Food not great, prices even less. But the fun is always there.
My granddaughter loves it. Courteous staff.
So this is a kid crazy area children love this place my son in particular they love the experience the love the Chuck-E-Cheese comes out they love to happy dance and tickets flash have a great parade ground tons of places to take little pictures it is an amazing fun experience for family friends or just a place to drop off the kids with the babysitter grandma or anyone can watch The Children Here seems that the staff will not let you leave with anyone but the person that you came in with all other doors are fire exits and will go off bathrooms are clean friendly staff games are always working always clean food taste delicious they do have buffets they do have the salad bar. They do have good deals everything is on card you dont have to worry about your kids losing their tickets its an amazing fun experience and that everyone should have a part of or there be a birthday party or just a good day at school take your kids to Chuck-E-Cheese where there is only one Chucky but your kids say cheese
Was a lot of fun my daughter had fun for her birthday and she really enjoyed herself they can step up their pizza game and make a better cross because my daughter kept saying the pizza is nasty.
Pizza smelled like a dead rat. I even got an employee to smell it they gaged an walked off nothing was ever done about it. Very displeased with this place. Wont be going to this location anymore.
This is the second or third time weve been there that all the games were messed up. We bought a 45-minute card but you had to wait for other people to quit using the machines because all of them were broke. I asked to see a manager and the girl there said they are not here right now you can come back later.
They have the best tasting pizzas, better games, friendly employees and clean establishment. I ordered 2 hamburger pizzas with 2 game cards.
Best experience I’ve every had. I always take my little cousin to pay after school on Friday and it’s just amazing . I’ve been a few times so I know Sarah and Devin are great managers and always have chucke out when I ask. (Normal they’re low staffed because it’s a week day before the rush comes in so I normal have to ask for chucke to come out but like I understand when he doesn’t cause it’s just me and my cousin) Had a great cashier Keykey and Tommie and Mechelle the times I went.
Tickets that get great prizes an Chuckieawesome!
Loved it. Went in 15 min before close they let us eat our pizza and play our 30 tokens worth. Even though they were closing around us overall great experience.
My family & I were very disappointed first of all because the pizzas were over baked parts were even burnt and second of all and most importantly because majority of their games did not work which was VERY DISAPPOINTING to my 5 year old son whoms birthday we were celebrating. That was our first time ever going to Chuck E. Cheese and sadly it will also be our last. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
Good place to eat with the family
Always have a nice time. Some games may not work at times but they return your points immediately. Food is good. Overall its a nice place to spend time with your children.
This was the worst service I have ever received at this place of business. I went to the register to complain about the time of service (that my wings hadn’t came out after 20mins). As I was standing at the register talking to the manager two of the girls (one with braids and one with a sew-in with big hoop earrings) was standing at the back eating my wings. Like that was the most nastiest, disrespectful thing I have witnessed at a restaurant. That was just right out bold. And for that to happened it shows that it has been going on..
I usually give these places the benefit of a doubt because of all the kids and parents they have to deal with but this one was bad. 2+ hours wait time for all food. Half the ticket counters were broken.Quite a bit of games broken or turned off. Beer was flat. Coke machine sprayed my clothes. Restrooms were pretty nasty and unstocked. This was my first time here, and left a horrible impression.
Lots of games to play and plenty of room
Love this place
This place is getto half of the games dont work and the other half that do the tickets will not come out a dirty sock hung out on the floor from the time we got there till we left we had to knock cupcake off the game to play will not ever be back
Second time going for a party. The pizza is good. Pricey place but my kids and family enjoyed themselves.
Great prices. Kids had a lot of fun.
Food is overpriced and games are ok...... service was not the best.....and the front door (to keep children from being taken) was rarely manned.....
My 5 year old grandson had a great time!!The pizza was good, our hostess made sure we had everything we needed for a successful Birthday Party. The best out of all of it for me, was I didnt have to do any work for the party, and it didnt cost anymore than it would if I would of had it at home. The guest totally enjoyed it.
Good for the kids.
Me and my family had an awesome time for my 3 year old daughters Birthday. The hosts were extremely helpful and I highly recommend for a party or just a day out with the family.
Fresh Food! Prices are more on the Expensive side. Friendly staff! We had fun!
Great service and a very clean place!
Bad service... B-day girl wanted to see Chucky and Chucky never came out
Our visit was pleasant! Food was hot and tasty and the kids had a blast!
Great for little kids. Every first Sunday of each month, theyll have the brightness down for special needs kids.
Grandkids love this place.
Honestly Kind Of Heart Broken, Iv Always Since I Was A Kid Wanted Ago Go To Chuck E Cheese & Was Finally Able To Take My Son Yesturday & Had The WORST Expierience ! When We First Got There The ALL The Tables Were Filthy ! I Literally Had To Clean Off My Own Table So We Could Have A Clean Table . I Thought Maybe They Just Had A Birthday Party & Were About To Get To Cleaning So I Didn’t Think Anything Of It . We Sat There Almost An Hour Just Waiting On Our X-Large Pizza & When We Got It, it was Literally Smaller Then A Little Ceasers Pizza & We Spent 40 On The Pizza & 4 Drinks ! While Eating Our Pizza Chuck E Cheese Came Out & High Fived 3 Kids & Went Back In So I Didn’t Get To A Picture With Him & My Son . After We Ate Our Pizza We Took Our Son To Play Games & We Were There 2 Hours & After 2 Hours The Whole Place Was Still Filthy . The Only Reason I’m Giving It A 1 Star Is Because The Games . Other Then That ! Never Again ! Dream Crushers
The cinnamon rolls are the best
Great place to take the kids or grandkids for indoor fun.
Awsome pizza! Clean. Workers seem lost most of the time. But still very helpful!
If there was a way to give this location a -5 stars I would.1st we waited in line for over 30 minutes before we could place our order2nd on a $127 order they couldnt run a card as a credit card! ( New card dont have pin) so it took us another 30 mins of holding up the line for them to finally tell us they just couldnt accept credit cards instead of them telling us that from the beginning! (I wanted to leave and go to Peter Piper pizza but trying to tell my 3 year old we were going somewhere else wasnt a possibility at that time, so I paid cash)3rd they didnt give us our sald bar plates, we had to wait 10mins for these and forks4th every single empty table as dirty and had ZERO napkins in the holders. After reporting this nothing was done so we had to bus our own tables to set at and find our own napkins.5th at 3 different times, 3 different people were sold dipping dots for 3 different prices and was told cash only ( pretty sure he was pocketing the money)6th we waited 30 mins at the prize booth to be told the one gift my nephew wanted wasnt in stock!7th the manager was rude as hell, and so were all the workers but one! They had 10 workers standing in the kitchen talking and cutting up instead or workingWe will NEVER go back to this location again! Peter Piper pizza will be our go too for our kids to go and play at!Get employees who actually care and will work and maybe we will come back!
I went to have some quality time with my son while my husband was sick. I walk in and the person supposed to stamp you was not there. So me and about 6 other people were just standing in the small little area and it was so hot in the building. Upon looking at the menu I ordered a personal cheese pizza for my son and a large drink to share. The size of the “large” drink was laughable. I asked if there was anything bigger as my son and I were sharing, the woman at the counter was very rude and rolled her eyes as she told me no. We go to get our drink and 2 kids pushed my son down to get to the fountain. I looked around and there was not any parental supervision around. I politely told the kids that it was rude and they needed to wait their turn. The ice machine was out in both fountains and the floor was sticky. There were employees walking around not doing much of anything. I asked someone to tell me how to work the token so my son could play games and was told that she didn’t know. So I go up to the counter and again they said to talk to a manager. I just wanted the card or whatever so my kid could play. While waiting I saw a child walk up to the salad bar and grab from it in front of a staff member who said nothing. At this point I’m done. I asked for my pizza to be to go. They lady took my number and never came back. TWENTY minutes later I asked where my food was and was told they didn’t know. Finally they found it on a table... idk why it was even brought out to the eating area as I was standing right there. This facility is poorly run. It stinks, it was hot and filthy. I don’t mind paying extra at places like this so my kid can have a good time but that was just ridiculous. When asked if I could talk to a manager I was told she was out. Never never never again!
Chuck never comes out in the hour like he suppose too when there are kids there.
