Regal Cinemas has a great shared parking structure. Aside from a few cucumbers on the floor, and those obnoxious viewers, we had a great time.

Was able to drive up a get a Giant Bag of popcorn and a free $25 dollar gift card.

Very comfortable seating and atmosphere. Not a bad seat anywhere. Volume of movie was comfortable. Popcorn is made fresh, but sometimes kernels pop hard. They could change brands? Reasonable rates for movies and free club available to earn free stuff

Workers are usually nice. Seats are comfortable and they have good choices on movies to see. But as always, the food and drinks are ridiculously expensive. Dont go hungry or youll leave broke.

It seems that once Regal Unlimited came out, customer service has gone down significantly. Now tickets are sold at the concession stand even when there is a long line and only one register open. It would be great if being a loyal customer meant something here.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The theater, lobby, arcade and bathrooms are very always clean when we come. I suggest going during their matinee showtimes when tickets are cheaper and signing up for their rewards program as well as Fandangos reward program if youre on a budget.

Giving 1 star because I have to, we visited today and someone pulled the fire alarm and after leaving we were giving vouchers for our next visit. Im not blaming the theater as its no fault to them. However my big complaint is that we had just purchased $50+ of concession items and of course if in the event of a fire its best to leave everything behind. We went back in the evening since it was a false alarm and asked about refunds for our goods purchased and they told us that its against policy to refund those items, which is ridiculous. Then we asked if we could just have our items replenished and they refused. This has been the 3rd time this year alone that we have received poor service at Regal, do yourself a favor visit elsewhere.

Like the seats here really great place, I have nothing bad to say other than good. They had some technical difficulties and fixed the problem quickly.

The ticket price is not bad. However, it would be nice if they upgraded their seating. It is outdated and crowded. Other than that. It passes.

They offer matinee prices which could save you quite a bit of money if you take people with you.

Always bring my family to this theater. Usually a 5 star experience. Went to see toy story Tuesday night. Everything was perfect but young adults are still fans,which is great but, words from there mouth were severely inappropriate for the a family/disney movie. I am only complaining because the employee we informed ended up being their friend . So.... needless to say he said nothing to the rowdy group.

This place was a little disappointing. It is high on the price range, although pretty standard here in visalia it seems. I expected a little more though with it being priced up there with places like galaxy. It was pretty dirty and dingy. It was kind of like what I would expect at a 5 dollar small theater, where they have like 3 or 4 screens and show movies after they have been out for a few weeks.

Theater needs a bit of an upgrade and it is a good theater but definitely better for going after a movie has been out for a minute.

I guess since Ive last been here theyve updated their security and there rules. a little heavy on the rules guess its best for those that need them

They filled out cops with water that we had brought in. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The movie prices are very reasonable on Tuesday with your Cinemark card.

The selection of movies are always great, toilets clean. I like my popcorn layered with butter but I had to go back twice to get a few sprinkles of butter and I still couldnt taste it. Maybe you need better butter or a machine that can pump it better.

They have great movies there and the popcorn there is great.

Regal Cinemas off Main Street Visalia are a clean comfortable venue. My wife and I normally get gift cards for the theater from our children as Christmas Gifts. We have made Tuesday nights Date Night as the ticket price is reduced. Medium Popcorn and soft drinks and we are good to go. Some movies just have to be seen on the big screen. The staff is always pleasant and you feel wanted as a customer.

The building and theater itself are good. They did some remodeling and the seats are in solid condition. The only major draw back is the parking situation. The city in all their wisdom and restricted the whole lower floor in the parking structure to the smaller hotel on the other side of the block. We went just a few days ago and had to park on the top floor. When we passed the lower floor only 5 cars were there for the hotel (Overkill for sure). Theater is good the employees were friendly so certainly recommend.

Great with the regal app and unlimited movies but still the consessions are pricey... Wish they would drop tgose prices a dollar or two then itd get 5 stars from me

Movie was good, place was clean, as always food and drinks ridiculously overpriced. Would buy plenty if it was more reasonable. I mean 5 for a 1 dollar candy?!

So I got there aroumd 10:05pm waited at the window for 8 minutes no line but there was no one there at the window so I just decides to walked in. The popcorn was stal and the nacho cheese was cold and the service was bad.The only thing I did like is the movie I went to see. I would not recomend this movie theater for anyone go on a date at night .

Best priced theater in the area but the theaters are dated but clean. I watched avengers 3 hour movie and my legs fell asleep. Needless go say the seats csn use updating but not st the expense of raising the cost of admission. If u want a bargain go here for quality and comfort go elsewhere.

I enjoy going the watch movies. However the last few times Ive gone to this theater on a hot day. It would seem they are experiencing problems with climate control.

Went in to watch the new avengers movie. Reason for it being 3 stars was because of how dim the movie was and the right side of the screen was terrible especially in low light scenes or night time scenes. Forget about having an HDR experience but prepare for a big screen bootleg or back when you were in grade school and your teacher would roll up with the VHS T.V. Maybe it was just bad, that section the movie was shown in. It was screen 10 on the right side, south side of the theater. Just my experience. For the price they charge and they experience they deliver, its an obvious what theater you should go to instead. I wont even say its name.

Great movie Lion King...it was full of humor, good music and it was very heartfelt ...Pretzels not so good...

Always a great place for movies

Movies was good. Bad part is that if u want 2 take your kids that r under 8 to a rated R movie u cant. The manager said that its a policy the company has started. That really sucks cause alot of the movies r rated R. And ppl have kids and shouldnt be told what our kids can watch. Hell were the ones raising them. But hey if they want to turn a family of 6 away because one of there kids is 5. Than we just wont support that theater.

This is a good theater. Its not the best that Ive been to, but the staff are usually friendly are good to work with. The stadium style of the seats are useful for watching movies so that peoples views arent messed up. It has good movie choices.

Regal is always such a homing place always great movies for great prices especially on tuesdays

This theater needs an update. The chairs were old and not comfortable. There was only two spots for a wheelchair and both chairs for the non wheelchair person was so uncomfortable I had to sit on the edge of the seat for two hours. The staff was nice though.

I purchased tickets last night and our plans changed, so I called the theater and asked if there was any way we could get a refund. The lady I spoke to let me know that there should be a way to do it online, but if there were any issues to come down to the theater and “we could get you taken care of”. It was past 8:30 pm so I asked if I’d be able to come in tomorrow (today) and she said that wouldn’t be a problem. I went down and was just asking if a refund would have been possible or even a credit towards a future use. The employee who was helping us got the manager and they went to see if there were notes and came back saying that I didn’t call last night and she was working so she would have known. I showed her my phone that I called (right before I called the 800 number for regal) and she looked at me and said sorry there are still no notes. So I asked her if she was calling me a liar that just because the employee I spoke to didn’t give me her name that I didn’t call? She smirked and shrugged her shoulders. I’ve been on the other side of a situation like this and if she just would have simply said, “I’m sorry it’s policy we don’t give refunds” I would have understood, purchased another ticket and went on with my day but the way the manager Jenny Flores took it... they just lost our business for good. All over $30

The best movie theater in Visalia. I like how I can reserve tickets from Fandango from there. The staff is friendly, and quick when I needed more popcorn. The manager came to me when there was a huge line and says that he will help me get some popcorn now instead of waiting in line before the movie started. The seating arrangements are nice in the far back of the theater, where you have about 5 feet of leg room. I always go here when big movies come.

Its an average theater. I guess on Tuesdays, they discount their ticket prices which makes it worth going to. However, if youre going to pay full price, you would be better taking the trip out to Tulare for the awesome seats at the Galaxy theater.But if you dont care about that, this place is okay. Overall a plain basic theater.

This was the first time Ive been too the a movie theater in over 3 years. I quit going because more people spent more time in there phones instead of watching the movie which distracted me because of all the little glowing screens in the dark. Mt experience here was nice.... and no glowing little screens to distract me.

Projection of film was horrible. Cant even see the images on screen. If its a night scene cant see them at all as they are just black burbs. Fix it.

In a good area to eat/drink before or after the movies. the place is alright can be dirty at times during peak hours and hardly any one at the door to check your tickets if you bought them online ahead of time.

Yusalli messed up my ticket time and because I used movie pass they were unable to fix my tickets to the correct time. This is super inconvenient for me. There has to be something else you can do.

Fantastic time for The Upside movie with Kevin Hart. Will try to get there again for more movie viewing with friends and family.

Customer service was extremely excellent! The popcorn is very delicious, Id say the best in Visalia and Tulare. Workers were very fast. Good sound and picture. Stadium seating was comfortable for a 2 hour movie. Bathrooms were clean. No popcorn mess that was visible. Curious why this place only has 4.1 stars.... 5 stars!

Good location. Bad customer service. Didnt get rewards point. Or my 47cent change from the popcorn place. Brought it up to manager guy with glasses acted like he didnt care.

Finding a parking is always is a struggle. Staff is friendly. Of course you are going to pay for snacks. Get there early for a good view. Seats are padded but not comfy after being at the theater for hours. Screens are good size. Rest rooms are clean.

Sure would be nice if people would turn their damn phones off during the movie its really getting annoying people grow up and stay off your phones during the movie you have all night when youre out of the movie theater to be on your phone so stay off your damn phones. And for the love of it people keep your kids or you from kicking the back of my chair I paid for my whole chair not for you to be kicking it or irritating me when Im trying to watch a movie

Great location in main street across from craw daddys. Its hardly ever packed, only was has there been a sold out showing. Service so far has been great and the theater is pretty well maintained and clean.
