I highly recommend making this place your first stop in Virginia Beach. Great bar food even better drinks and the bartenders are fantastic. Super friendly and great music make for a fantastic night. Make sure to ask for Raven when you come in!

It was the off season so it was kinda dead at just before 8pm on a Friday. Ive heard from the locals that this ghost town picks up around 10pm. Good service, bartender was attentative and asked me what Id like as soon as I walked in. Asked a little about the different types of brews and then we settled on a choice. They serve food here too.

Ashley was an amazing bartender, the security is on their jobs and dont allow any nonsense. You will love the hookah longue and the atmosphere there. Its so chill and the music is amazing.

Music was decent. But prices were extremely high compared to the bars right next door. I feel as if the bartenders make the price up as they see fit.

Mike was a GREAT bartender. Made us feel at home. Great place to chill with a friendly crowd and great hookahs. Wish we had more time to visit more. Ended up getting a room across the street to stay the night.

Im just going to give them one star. My experience was a disappointment. Lets begin with the drinks, theyre was barely any alcohol in them. After two drinks I decided not to order anymore. Mostly juice and club soda in a plastic cup. I ended up drinking water the rest of my time there. The hookah which cost $25 was so weak would barely hit. Was not worth the $25 didnt even bother to finish my blueberry flavor tobacco. Finally the food. The bartender showed me a menu. First I order hot wings after waiting about 15 minutes the bartender came back and told me they didnt have any hot wings left. Than she recommended the chicken tenders. After waiting another 10 minutes she comes back and informs me they dont have any chicken tenders. I ended up ordering some fries thats about all they had to offer. Im not going to go into details with the fries. But what a disappointing experience.

Here now. Great service with bartender mike, they were quick. Food is fantastic. Only thing Id change, drinks are little weak. I want what ImPaying for. Manager (cook) was very awesome, brought us out fries because our onion rings werent done when the rest of our food was. Highway recommend the wings tho.Hookah wasnt too bad either, and DJ IS GREAT CHOICE WITH MUSIC.

Its like they dont know how to operate an equalizer. Music and atmosphere arent bad but with music at this volume you need to know how set it up. Ill be the first one to tell you my hearing is bad but the treble is way to high.

Woke up with this toilet paper roll in my purse as a reminder to write this review for Chemistry.I was all done up last night in my lucky romper when I went out for a drink. Get to Chemistry and have a few drinks. Go to use the restroom and only once I have my romper completely removed so I can pee do I notice there’s no toilet paper in the stall, not even a piece I could pick off the floor and use a dry part. I wiped the best I could with my fingers and got redressed and oh, guess what else?? No soap at the sink either.So there I go, back to my hookah with a wet romper and pee on my hands. Thankfully the smell of the hookah hid the urine smell, but it didn’t seem to matter. I brought the empty paper tube to the manager to let him know they were out but he didn’t seem to care. Oh well, not my barstool and hookah that now has urine all over it. Let’s see if the manager cares about THAT.So the whole reason I picked Chemistry was because I was trying to find my Twin Flame and last night had the best opportunity due to the lunar cycle. I figured a bar named ‘Chemistry’ was good luck but nope. My core chakra needed some deep renewal beforehand, but after last night I think I need a completely new astral phase before I reunite with my karmic twin.I went out looking for my soul mirror. I came home hungover with an empty toilet paper tube and a romper soaked with piss.

Chemistry is unfortunately very small and is usually fairly packed. Because its so packed everyone is kinda sardined together and therefore an easy target for theft. Unfortunately, thats exactly what happened to a friend when she had her phone stolen from there. I realize that this isnt something that management can do much about but the bigger problem is that bar hygiene.The bar was very sticky and the bathrooms a complete mess. I wasnt the biggest fan of the music either however it was tolerable over all I think there are better places to go to by the beach that are just much nicer.
