We had a wonderful experience with Party People for my kids (who are 4 and 5) birthday party. Great communication, and very friendly staff. Delivery of the unit was on-time and I was impressed by the cleaning process before and after use of the inflatable. All equipment was in great condition and the set up process was impeccable and impressive. I would 100% use Party People again. Worth every penny!

I rented a throne chair for a drive-thru shower. The chair was gorgeous and the Party People Rentals staff was very helpful. They were able to work around my schedule for pickup and helped load and unload the chair. They even provided shrink wrap to ensure the chair could be protected after the event. Being an event planner Im always looking for vendors that I can depend on, so I will definitely be adding Party People Rentals to my rolodex!

The rental experience I had with Party People Rentals can be described with one word....AWESOME!!!! I chose this company to provide a bounce house, Connect 4 XL, and corn-hole game for a youth event at my church. The staff delivered and set-up the equipment for use at the agreed upon time and location! They even provided an attendant for the bounce house, who was great with the children and very courteous and attentive to the kids while inside the bouncer! I will definitely be using this company for all my future events and I highly recommend them for any events you may have as well!

I have used party people on multiple occasions and I have had phenomenal service each and every time. After using them for several birthday parties I used them for my wedding and it was another amazing experience. I utilized party people for my daughters 1st birthday. They were very professional, prompt and efficient. I got Minnie Mouse and the kids LOVED the character interaction. The adults took just as many pics with Minnie as the kids. One thing that stood out was they sterilized the bounce house BEFORE they disassembled it. That just made me feel even more comfortable knowing that they clean their equipment properly. I would definitely recommend their services for any and all events.

Party People Rentals is sooo much more than just an event rental company...they are an event POWER TEAM! Although their site indicates that they provide party supply rentals and staffing for parties such as birthdays and casual events, I approached them with a vision for my wedding decor at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens. The grand and formal nature of a setting like the Botanical Gardens (with a long list of rules/regulations set by the venue) combined with my very elegant vision to be set up and decorated in their largest garden AND inside the largest reception hall on-site made this NO SMALL FEAT! The Party People team gladly accepted the challenge and executed like stealthy decorating ninjas!! I was thoroughly impressed with how this team worked so seamlessly to coordinate and execute getting all of the decor in place (draping walls, hanging twinkle lights, setting up up-lighting and spot lights, table dressing etc. etc. ...to the MAX! All of the tiny details that I requested were carefully attended to and they were never even noticed by a single guest as they maneuvered throughout the facilities. I will post pictures of their work as soon as I get the photographers pics. In the meantime, I HIGHLY recommend Party People for ALL of your event needs -casual to formal, bug or small...you will NOT be disappointed!
