Very happy with our rental from Birdies. Excellent communication back and forth. They arrived right on time and were very personable. Answered all my questions concisely. The equipment ran swimmingly for the 8 hours it was at my house. Pick up was quick and painless. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Delivery guys were wonderful. Clearly stated expectations of the kids on the inflatables since we had to supervise them! Left a broom to brush off the loose dirt...really appreciated it. Dropped off and picked up the inflatables in a timely manner. Will get them next year.

Birdies is a fantastic company and the best bounce house rental source I have found. This is the third time I have used them after trying another couple of companies. Their equipment is spotless and they have a great variety of options. The set-up crew is on time, respectful, and they aim to please. They let us try our bounce house in two different places to see where it fit the best, and those things are heavy, so we especially appreciated them accommodating us! The owner Matt is really nice to work with, and he has been flexible with our needs, weather issues, etc. I cant recommend this company highly enough.

Our Virginia Beach law firm had a picnic with all the arrangements made and the weather changed on us and Birdies was very accommodating in that they didnt charge us when we had to cancel. We re schedule with no issues at all and the event went great. The bounce house we used was great for all ages of children and it stayed up for over 4 hours and was the perfect big play pen for the kiddos! The workers were respectful and pleasant. Id highly recommend working with them on any type of event. The easiness of reserving, paying and delivery couldnt of been better! The response by emails were amazingly fast! The inflatable obstacle course was fantastic! Kids loved it. It was in great shape and they had a blast. When the kids were finally ready to stop playing on it they were completely tired. Birdies set up and clean up guys were friendly and efficient. They provide a great product with top notch customer service. Well worth the money.

Scheduled a dunk tank rental for a private home gathering. Received an email with a set up and take down schedule, and everything happened the day of the event exactly as it was explained in the email. Communication was great, the employees were very polite and helpful, and our event was a success. No complaints, and we really appreciate dealing with a company that delivers great service.

Ordered services from Birdies for a military family day event. They were on time, professional, courteous, lenient and kept everyone smiling. Everyone enjoyed the interactive inflatables and bounce houses and the rock was a big attraction. Snow Cones, popcorn and cotton candy made all the kids happy. Rented a combination bounce house/slide from them for my daughters 6th birthday party. The kids loved it! The guys came out to set exactly when we were told they would and were back right on time as well. No waiting around hoping it would be ready in time, or being held up waiting for it to be picked up. The experience was great! The kids loved the bounce house, the tables and chairs were perfect and what made the whole thing even better was the customer service. Rented the Moon Bounce last weekend for my sons fourth birthday and everything was perfect. The attendant who came and set up the bounce house was friendly, informative, and had the inflatable setup and taken down fairly quick. The bounce house itself was also in excellent condition. Will be renting from them again for sure!

I contacted Birdies about an inflatable for my daughters birthday party, after hearing about them through a friend. They were really fast at getting back to me and answering all my questions. The prices were fair and competitive, I shopped around several places. The bounce house was delivered as promised and set up very well by the crew. Everyone was professional and friendly, and they took the time to secure the bounce house correctly. I had a large party and when it was time for the pick-up they were in and out quickly, I didnt even need to do anything, I could continue with our party guests. Several of my guests asked me who I rented from, word of mouth and referrals mean a lot nowadays. I will definitely be recommending Birdies, as well as using them again in the future.

This is the second year we have rented inflatables from Birdies Rentals and we could not have been more pleased! The staff is friendly, proffesional, and knowledgable. The inflatables were a huge hit last year at our schools Spring Carnival and recently at our Fall Fest. For a small fee, you can hire an attendant to be present during your event to help with the inflatables as well as their generator to inflate the inflatables. Be sure to make those arrangements in advance. We were contacted prior to the event to confirm our reservation and immediately following the event to see how everything went. We were delighted with the customer service. We will absolutely hire Birdies Rentals for our future parties! You wont be disappointed!
