When I came with my girlfriend to have lunch there was a lot of food to choose from such as: pizza, salad, desert, potato and beverage bars.The lunch prices are reasonable. The food is all you can eat quality. I highly recommend the chili.The food is the typical buffet quality and another reason why we are one of the fattest countries.

Good food. We had a lot of choices, not just pizza. Chicken, pasta and the desserts.... Wow, this was the first time I was there and we decided to take my friends Granddaughter there for her 3rd Birthday party and all 12 of us had a blast. Thank you very much...And a picture is worth a thousand words.....

Last night, we took my 8 year old to Johns Incredible in Victorville because shes been begging to go for months and we finally had the time. We used to have fun there with the games and the food has always been fine. Not great, but fine. But thats alright because its usually busy and I understand things take time and they only have so many spots for pizza vs the amount of people there. Last night, there were maybe 3-4 other families there and most were families of around 4. Staff were immediately hovering and asking if they could clear anything when we had just sat down to eat. Now, I get they need to stay busy but they were out of mugs the whole time and ran out of cups early on and never replaced them. Most of the pizzas were out for the majority of the time. The alfredo sauce was honestly gross (its usually better). I gave up on getting a mug so I put coffee in a plastic cup (they were out a few minutes later when my significant other wanted soda). Then we went to the game area and there were 5 games that were marked OUT OF ORDER and many others that didnt work but didnt have signs so we wasted tokens because there was no signs saying they didnt work - yet, the staff member knew. She didnt apologize for anything being down and seemed annoyed that we wanted help trying to replace any tickets that didnt come out (the game was out of them and displayed so after my daughter played it) and replacing tokens lost on multiple games that didnt work. My daughter had a ride (the bumper car things) on the card but was so over the whole experience that she wanted to go home over getting the ride (she would normally NEVER opt to skip a ride). The whole experience was just bad. This place used to be better and now it just sucks. Also, there was a busted wall outlet where little ones can easily get hurt exposed near the arcade seating next to a machine.

I was there a few years ago for the first time and the food wasnt that great. I did eat quite a bit because I hadnt eaten in awhile but the food tasted like something you buy in the frozen food section at the market.

I cant believe I never reviewed this place before. Im literally a kid at heart, and this place just fills every need I have for a place to go have fun at. Games, food, tokens? All of it. And at a good price. I love it all and have to frequent more often because the pizza is amazing!

5 thumbs up for the peanut butter pizza which is my favorite. But on 10-15-19, I found a staple in my crust and was told by management nothing in the kitchen has staples in it. Now it was very little concern about me, as Im chewing I have a metal to metal reaction (I have fillings in place) and I spit out the pizza to find a staple. Now there are cameras everywhere in this place. All I wanted is to have them care a bit more about the customers.. I recently got the bunches of lunches deal and I do love this place but Ill stick to soup, salad and maybe pizza from time to time (no crust). I dont know quite how to handle the situation. Great place for the kids to have fun! And for the parents to skip a night of cooking. The pizza was really good. No huge complaints. We racked up 1000 points for our daughter to get prizes. Just wished that the smaller toys were better.

I was there on 2/22/20. It was my grandsons birthday. The kids seemed to have a really good time. On a scale from 1-10, the food was about a 6. Not a lot of variety in food choices. I had a good time anyway.

This place offers a good variety of pizzas. You can order your pizza with your favorite toppings, they also have pastas, a salad bar, warm soups, fried chicken, bake potatoes, ice cream, desserts and much more. If you want to fill that belly and see the kids smile this is the place :p

Only reason I went was my brother paid for it and it was $8. Get a coupon online. The pizza has gotten better but, the majority of the food taste like production food. The chicken was hard and old. Lots of TVs, so that was nice. Games for the kids was nice. Try it out maybe youll like it more than me.

My daughter had a good time although about 6 of the games were unavailable because they were down and not working. Unacceptable if you are paying full price for only a third of the games. Additionally, I dont like that you HAVE to buy food in order to play the games. Im better off going to Chuck E Cheese. Gave it an extra star because my daughter was happy although she was disappointed that so many of the games were down.

I always like this place. Its geared more for children because of the different rooms they have for eating in and the game area. The adult eating areas would be the quiet dining room and the sports dining room. But they always have pizza and they are known for their peanut butter pizza. Itd be nice if they came up with a dessert pizza. They have more than just pizza. Salads, dessert bar, soup bar, pasta and a section with chicken, mojo potaoes, baked potatoes and more. They do serve beer.The only thing that I dont really like too much is that there are children running around unsupervised and getting food. They make a mess of the soft ice ice cream machine.

Kids love it...as an adult I dont really care for it.... Shakeys is better tasting then Johns incredible pizza..but to each their own

This is a High Desert original Pizzeria. The buffet was great had lots of choices on a Sunday night. Only place I ever found that has peanut butter pizza, which is really good!So glad to be able to eat here on my trip to California. It was in a easy location on Bear Valley Road right off the 15 Highway. Worth trying if you are going through.I remember eating at Johns back in the 1980s when my daughters were young, at the old location off of 7th Street!

This location has hard time keeping the pizza and food bars stocked. Regularly run out of items, dining room get checked frequently and tables bussed. Seem to need a few more crewmembers on the busy shifts.

We showed up at 7:40 and were told that they stop serving food at 8. The girl was nice enough to tell us before we paid. The guy was not polite. He seemed irritated that he had to put our cake away and was more annoyed when we needed it to song happy birthday. They were out of most of the food since it was near closing. Spent way too much $ for that experience.

Gosh I supposedly paid with a coupon and I ended up paying the same price of a regular buffet plus the food was awful I think the only thing good was their garlic bread and my sons ice cream was my plate for about an hour and never changed its shape lol so I touched it and I guess it was something else instead of being ice cream so that kinda scared me... So being honest Ill never go there again...

Went to celebrate my grandsons bday. The price is a rip off. The food was old. I hope my family doesnt get sick. We waited an hour for new pizza and the pasta was never replaced. The games kept breaking down and my grandsons didnt get the tickets due to them. We were very disappointed.

Went here for a birthday party they brought us the cupcakes that were ordered and they were smashed. Were letting other people in before our guests even though we had tables. Moved us from one section to another in the middle of our party and sat other peoples guests from other parties at our tables. All we kept getting was Im sorry and thats it. Will never pay 36 dollars again for my son and I to go very unorganized.

Absolutely amazing! The staff here was so helpful. They allowed us to bring our own cake in & even put it in the refrigerator for us & then brought it out when we were ready. I can not say enough great things about this place! Thank you for making my sons birthday an amazing one♡

I dont enjoy giving low reviews unfortunately I have to call like I see it. First time here and its been in my neighborhood for a very long time. Invited to my nieces bday party, as I looked at the food under the heating lamps it looked like its been there to long tine and messy very non appealing. The salad bar and the foutain drink section were the only two areas that were kept up. They came and cleaned up one of our reserved tables and threw out our guests food that they were still enjoying while they were keeping an eye out on there kids in the game area. Not very impressed. One employee told me it was better than Chucky Cheeses! I think not..

Great customer service we always have so much fun everytime we go so worth the $25 deal you get 2 rides and 100 credits towards video game the least is 2 credit and most is 8 credits we had enough for out 3 kids and still have credits left over so worth going

I was not overly impressed. I do understand the business is geared toward children. But it was close enough to my hotel and I was in the mood for pizza.It was around 12:30 in the middle of the week when most children would be in school. There werent very many customers inside so I expected the buffet would have a nice selection of pizza to choose from and not be out of anything. But I was wrong.They ran out of bread sticks and never put out anymore while I was there. The most common pizzas such as cheese or pepperoni only had a couple of slices which tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. Again, no more were put out while I was there. They did have a selection of uncommon pizzas.The only thing that keeps me from giving a lower rating is the staff was indeed friendly and the restaurant was clean. But Ill probably not go back. I was disappointed.

Fist time visiting. Staff explained specials even let me look at the play area. Clean food, friendly staff, hot pizza. So much fun. Is a game failed the staff fixed it right away. My daughter got a lava lamp as her prize, she is very happy.

Literally walked around for 15 minutes looking for a table. They completely oversold. Half the games didnt work. The one ride is only for big kids. Servers never pick up dirty plates. Ice cream machine kept shooting out everywhere. Buffet constantly empty. Cold food even when they just put it out and i got the first serving

Went there on 12/15/19 for a small get together for my sons birthday. When we got there there was no tables to sit at and there was not even one tray of pizza out to eat.They continued to let people pay and go in knowing there wasnt food or seating. Asked for a refund and its already been a whole business week. i wouldnt recommend this location to anyone whos looking to have fun with their kids. Take a trip to the Riverside location or Buena Park location they have plenty of seating and always have food. Would have left 0 stars but it doesnt let me.

It’s incredible for the very, very young. Kind of a bummer for kids over ten who realize how the games are rigged and everything is overpriced. Food was not the worst but definitely not the best. Eat here when it’s busy so you don’t get old food.
