My children had a choice growing up in Orange county to go to either Disneyland or Chuck E Cheese for their birthday.They would choose the pizza party more than a few times. I would say you would have to be pretty fun to compete with Disneyland and win. We always had a great time and the kids loved it because they were free to be kids. Very nice staff and very clean and well kept facility. Best place to go for a family fun day.

The place was great and had some good games for the kids. Also the food was good except they messed up my order of wings and took about an hour to fix it. Still Id go again most likely my kids love the place.

My daughter and I went with the Grands and service was very poor. Of course children do see, because they lack wisdom so children go for it because its CHUCK. Now they are wanting to return and there are places limited and not opened for business hoping this is one of them today. Thumbs downs as far as Im concerned . Staff unfriendly

I have not been here in awhile. And when I say awhile, I was here when they had tokens and the bouncy ball thing.. So I brought the kids so they can put some tokens into the machine to find out that they no longer use tokens. Its all with a swipe of a card. At first the kids were pretty sad about the tokens, but for me it worked out easier. They each got a card. You can add min or points. If you add min they start as soon as you get the card and is non stop. When you get points its 2 to three points per game.. The cards can be paused if running min.. So either way its cool. If your child is a slow player then the min running time would probably be better. Its less of a hassle for a parent to try to keep up with the tokens.. Pretty easy to use for a child. Its like speed pay at the gas station.. The environment was not to crowded. Got a table kind of in the middle on the side so I can see each child in every direction. We had pizza, chin Ken wings buffalo bone in, some drinks and the salad bar.The salad bar was nicely put together. Everything was fresh and properly organized. The food came to the table in a timely manor. The pizza was nice and fresh. The children had fun running around and having fun with their cards. Chuckie came out and did a little routine. Handed out some free tickets. Now my thing is everything is so expensive here. Even if you grab some coupons you will spend on just the food alone. It would be nice if the things that the children could by with their winnings were actually reasonable.. You need a thousand tickets for the smallest things.if your child really wants to take something home you have to have a million tickets... Well maybe not a million but a thousand... Other than that the place was clean. They have great parking and are wheelchair accessible. The staff was nice and friendly and were kind and helpful.. This was a last min decision and it worked out great. The children ate, played and had fun learning to budget their token cards... The bathrooms could use a little more love and attention. The toilet paper is so hard to come off the role. You get a little frustrated trying to pull it piece by piece as it continues to rip... There was something thrown on the floor in every stall. I had to pass 3 of them to get to one that was about as clean as it could get. It smelled good though.. Nice clean music great place to take your children and try to get a little relaxation in if you can while they run around. They do have free wifi if you are needing to get a little work down on your laptop while they play.... Enjoy

Not going there again! Parents dont keep an eye out for their children. Big teen taking over the games and parents in their own business and kids running wild.

A family place always crowded. Great as long as you keep an one on your loved ones. I didnt see any form of security at the door like it had in days pass.

We had a great time. We had salad & pizza. The children had so much fun playing games, they were so happy. It was a third birthday for my grandson and although we couldnt afford a big party he had a great time. I was especially happy that the games were easy for him to do. Thanks

David was a very nice employee and he was was composed and respectful to some of the rudest people Ive ever seen he did his job and Im proud to possibly be joining the cheese family.

Food was honestly a ton better than expected. Staff was kinda just whatever. They need to be cleaning off the dirty tables. I worry about how many children climb up in the tunnels at once there should be some kind of limit on that. Besides that overall experience was good! Would return! Tell staff to smile though. The Asian woman checking stamps at the door was very very rude.

This is the best Chuck E Cheese I have been too. The play area is huge and I love that they separate the games for big kids and little kids. They have great staff and work pretty quick to get pizzas out.

Had my daughters 5th birthday, service. Was great. Somewhat expensive even with coupons. Kids had a blast so its worth it.

All the games worked, might I add the all you can play game cards is a very nice touch. All the employees were very nice and patient. Bathrooms were also very clean. Definitely worth taking my daughters to get them out the house and doing something fun to end the school week. Promised them we will go next week.

When they say where a kid can be a kid they werent lying....I know the kids had fun but I think I enjoyed it more then them...gives us adults a reason to teach our kids how to get the bonuses on the games...the staff were nice...they were very lets say patient with us.....raise their pay....five stars.

Its everything you expect a chuck e cheese place to be. Loud, crowded, and you run into every child possible. Kids have fun. Super hot when everyone is rolling in around 6:30. Mostly on weekends.

My kids love it here. When u play the games its better to buy the time and not the points.

Horrible service!! Machines dont have tickets and no one cares to come and help. Waiting waiting waiting is their best game. You have to wait to get in and wait on any and all services there after. If I could give this place a 1/4 of a star out of 5 I would. Service sucks point blank

Had great pizza, and the most helpful cashier the other day when I went for my nephews birthday.

Terrible customer service!! We had a problem with our play card time and instead of helping us out they decided to blame us instead and said it was our fault. Ive never been some place where the manager can care less about taking care of its customers

Worst service ever, will ignore you if you are waiting patiently and this includes the woman with the red shirt which Im pretty sure she is the supervisor at the moment will not even help out a customer...waited more than 10 minutes to get helped by another rude woman..this was a very slow night and still decided to ignore a customer! Worst experience

There were older kids 5 feet, running around and kicked a little girl down onto the floor. My baby girl was right next to her and almost got hit.

This place is a great place to visit with your kids, always clean and service is great. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star rating is because some of the game machines sometimes won’t give you the tickets or out of order.

Worst place ever 45% of the games was broken and when I told the manager she told me just to move on to the next one. They had to know because they were handing out free tickets. Well never go there again. And on top of that the pizza tastes the worst it ever has. I would even have them one star but it made me to post it

What a cool place to take your kids. We were new to the whole card thing. But it turns out to be soooo much easier to use than dealing with the hassle of dividing coins and a machine eating them. Also, managment was awesome. All the staff were super courteous and provided excellent service. Whatever you all are doing on a Sunday morning as a team, keep doing it. Thanks for running a smooth and clean place for my kids!

Its was awasome. We were there for a party in everything was organized on time the servers are great and the kids had fun.

Four stars because of the pizza and not being clean around the drink station. The family still calls it cardboard Pizza even after over 20 years its the same. Birthday parties are amazing! The kids have a great time. They love all the games, pretty pricey now compared to when I was a kid and Im 40. If youre a fan of pizza I recommend eating ahead of time since its not great, the salad bar isnt bad though. The kids really enjoy everything there though.

Went in after 3pm. Not too crowded at this time. Not too clean and not too filthy. Customer service was fine. A few broken machines that didnt give out tickets. was fine because we let the attendant know and he gave us more than enough to cover the missing tickets.

This place has gone downhill. Several broken games and took a long time to get help when needed. Needs some updating and deep cleaning. The pizza has improved and was delicious.

If I could give a negative stars I would. A horrible experience the staff is on organized.We planned our little league baseball party here. We ordered one of their packages and we were not informed that the game cards could not be paused therefore when we called kids to come and eat pizza after it was sitting at the table for a good 20 minutes all of the kids lost their time on their cards.When we asked for this issue to be resolved the party host said she Took care of it by putting points on the cards when the kids went to go use their cards they were unable to play.When the manager was called out she then proceeded to take points away from the kids cards. And refused to help us any further. She sat in the back room for 45 mins while we we’re at the front waiting for our issue to be solved. When we asked for her to come out and deal with the issue she finally came out and demanded we pay our bill and leave and had the police on the phone instead of the district manager she said she was callingOut of the 60 minutes Play time that WE PAID FOR our kids were only allowed to play approximately 20 to 30 minutes each.Cold food. Unhelpful, uninformed, and disorganized staff. HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!

The place wasnt packed. That is until we were ready to leave and noticed it was getting really busy. Seems like they could use extra help at the counter they have one person doing both the line to enter, stamp you, your child, order your meal plus time on your card for games. Meanwhile on the other side of the counter you got customers waiting to turn in tickets for toys. Idk about your kids but mine has zero patience for waiting. So, I didnt even attempt to turn in the tickets. This is also where you walk thru to check yourself out with your children. The poor girl at the counter was bombarded with customers at the entrance. She was great tho. Handled it like a trooper!Pizza was delicious. Maybe too delicious.Wondering how often the carpet gets washed. I know its a kids place but it looks like its been a while.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I Would never go back there even if it was for free. It took over 3 hours to get food and we did not recieve but one item of are order . Employees there seem to think it was funny when I and other customers wanted to speak to the store manager for are issues they were laughing at us . I am not exaggerating when I say over half the lines there were customers wanting refunds. The employee there Told us that they ran out of dough and they just went to state bros to get more pizza dough ( DO THEY EVEN HAVE ANY STANDARDS) This place surely gives the chuckie cheese franchise a horrible name. I am pretty sure a lot of the customers there will never go back to that branch.

Staff was friendly. The games were kept in good condition. Was clean and inviting. We did not try the food, but it looked pretty good. My only complaint would be the bathrooms smelled like urine.

Restrooms are disgusting, it took more then an hour to get our pizza, not sure how many employees there was but they were clearly all in the back not out helping customers. Only 1 of the female employees I had contact with was friendly and helped us.

Very bad night. Ordered at 6:30p didnt get food until after 8p. Manager was condescending.

Took my son here for the first time, he had lots of fun, loved seeing Chucky and eating pizza. It was a good experience but they could have better customer service. It was time to go and we had to wait 15 minutes to get prizes then 10 more to leave because there was no one to let us out. So my son was very fussy at the end due to this, but before that he had a pleasant first experience Id say.

1 star because ZERO wasnt an option! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE AND MORE HORRIBLE. Today was my niece 5th Birthday. We ordered pizza, game play cards and cake at 4:30pm. We were told it will be an hour wait for the pizza so we decided to pay for 60 minute play cards. After waiting for 1 hour and about 15 minutes I went to check on the pizza order. I was then told its an hour wait from that point because they ran out of pizza dough! Okay, we waited another hour. We started to see others get their pizza and decided to go back and see whats going on with out order. We were told our order was CANCELLED! Now its 6:30 pm and we have 5 hungry kids with no dinner! So we decided to ask for a refund but well take the birthday cake we ordered. We were then told they dont have the yellow cake we ordered either!!! Terrible experience! & a 5 year old going home hungry and with no Birthday cake on her Birthday! Chuckee Cheese dropped the ball.

I visit this place often with my Daycare kids I love coming I just hope that when I come back the Bathrooms are clean. I had to request that the bathroom be cleaned like 4x and after waiting for 2 hours it still was not cleaned so we had to take 13 kids to the Mall to use the restroom. Great friendly staff good place and amazing food just need someone to keep the bathrooms clean for the adults but especially the kiddies.In response: I added a few extra stars because I really do appreciate that the owner responded to my concerns and I just want to thank you for carring and reaching out it means alot.And I will push the link thank you.

I love the pizza and food here! 99% of the games work and its pretty clean. Today must have been an off day though as they seemed to be low on staff and Chucky was a wreck with one eyebrow jacked up on the side of its face and the person inside didnt give a hoot or put off a fun Chucky Cheese vibe at all and also came out late when introducing him. There was no one around to check our hands before walking out even after I respectfully waited a couple minutes. Daughter had fun as usual tho so we will go back.

They definitely need a couple more employees at all times but the ones that are there do best they can for how much needs to be done. Games are always operable. Pizza is pretty good.

This Chuck E. Cheese was very clean and had many friendly workers. Although the price is a bit high its worth all the fun the kds have! The only dissapointing thing is that they changed the white cake...it used to be so Delicious n the new one, well lets just say nobody in our party liked it! But theKids had so much fun...Pizza is great. I prefer the weekdays, less people.

Took 45 min to get order, when we finally got out hot wings they were cold, had to send them back. T he ranch dressing was very runny and not very good. We got there an hour and half before they closed and received our wings 10 minutes before closing. The kids enjoyed the games and the front cashier was very friendly.

But I think the employees here could be more attentive to their guests and their needs. Irregardless.. this place is great for kids to run around and my little ones love it here.

Had So Much Fun With My Family Here Until Some Lady Took My Nephews Ball Causing Him To Cry. Claiming It Belonged To Her. But Some Other Lady (She Was An Angel) Overheard & Seen What Had Happened & Not Only Did She Confront The Ball Thief Telling Her She Should Be Ashamed Of Her Actions But She Also Got A New Ball For My Nephew To Replace The One Hed Lost To That Old Ball Snatcher. Always fun for the kids but today there was always a long line for the cashier, took way too long waiting in line, they should open more registers on the weekends.

A great Chuck-E-Cheese location. Clean, with good food and friendly staff. I took my two daughters here not too long ago for a soccer party and they had the time of their lives. The pizza is excellent, and theres plenty of things for the kids to do no matter what age they are. Great place for a family gathering or large group Gathering.

The staff there was amazing considering all that they have to deal with. I do not understand how they deal with all of the drunk parents. I don’t understand why parents drink there. That didn’t make sense. But we’re in America where people are free to enjoy themselves. Nothing wrong with a cold one. I’d give it 5 stars but the sale of alcohol at a kid’s venue kind of asks for trouble and there were several visibly intoxicated parents who were annoying.

The supervisor, David, at least that is the name given, made a mistake on how to charge todays, Wednesdays, fun card. When another employee politely asked for him to fix his mistake, he first insisted he was right and that there was no error. The subordinate employee explained his error once more and then he went on to fix his own error and acted rudely to that employee. He made no apologies for his error and inconvenience, but clearly took it out on this subordinate employee.David has had many issues relating to his job performance and conduct. For instance, in addition to his above mentioned actions, he dresses as though he is coming from a concert, messy hair with bleached out tips and overall lacking in cleanliness. He has had a female friend come to spend time with him at work. Patrons did not need to see this interaction.This boy clearly does not respect his job. I have come to the conclusion nepotism or similar terrible business practices must be at play.The salad bar contained wilted and brown romaine and even browner iceberg lettuce. When asked for better lettuce, David simply left the conversation. He just left. He did not address the issue or, as one would hope, leave to obtain lettuce that was not wilted nor brown. He also refused to remove the old wilted and brown lettuce.David exhibits a patterned behavior of never taking responsibility for any issues, some of which he, himself, creates.As per an employee, employees only disinfect the tables and none of the rides.None of the employees wear name tags.I have already made these issues known to Chuck e cheese via their survey system, but I have yet to see any improvements. Therefore, I write this to make the public aware of the many transgressions from this establisment, predominantly from the supervisor David.

Had my kids birthday party here and got one of the birthday party packages. Was well worth it, especially since you get unlimited games for a set time. Pizza was fairly good. Hostess did a good job. Lots of games for the kids and adults. Everyone had a good time with plenty of food. There was a lot of people on a Sunday so may be difficult finding a table if youre not reserving a birthday party.

If it was possible to give a negative star I would. Today I had a party there and I had an awesome party attendant named Patsy she was the only saving grace. My party was great but when it came time to pay the attendant had me come over because she said she was having a problem. So I came over and the system kept saying declined comm down. We tried the the process five or six times in both credit and debit she suggested I call the bank so I did to make sure they weren’t flagging the transaction as fraud, but after I contacted them and had the attendant stand there so she could witness the bank said there was no issue with my balance the card, or the bank. So we went back up and proceeded to try another again. At this point they called in the manager Marcos he was very very rude, condescending, and continues to make comments to the affect that I did not have the money to complete the transaction. We tried four or five more times until I asked if we could use the register that all the other customers were using and he told me that it was my problem not them, he waved me off, and told me that it would not change anything, and sure I could use that register after the other customers were done. And as soon as I pressed the issue and completed the transaction it worked and my card processed perfectly fine like I had told them all along. He stood there to make all those rude comments but did not even apologize for the inconvenience, his prejudicial behavior, or his attitude. After being utterly upset from the embarrassment and the behavior of Marcos when I returned to my sons party one of family members went over and insisted that he apologize. When he came over to my sons party table and told me that is isn’t his job to run the register, that he was happy that it took so many transactions to process the payment, and made many more rude comments, mind you never apologizing and then at the end just saying we good, I couldn’t believe my ears I was even more disappointed. The people at the table commented that they could not evolve his behavior. I will not be having any more birthday parties here, nor will my family coming here anymore. I am appalled I have had numerous birthday parties here 3 in the last three months. I think that they should be ashamed to have people working here that would represent your establishment in this way. Thank you for ruining my son’s day for me.

Definitely could upgrade some of the games in there and maybe the place could use some new carpet but other than that Im a Chuck-E-Cheese kids so cool place to take the kids just to get him out the house doesnt have to be for a birthday party or special occasion

The best entertainment for kids and most if you go Monday thru Thursday is not that many people kids are more safe nobody runs over them love it.

It was amazing for my kids and me. The food was great and delicious. My whole family enjoy it. We had a great time and the prices were great. There were many good deals. My kids had a lot of fun with the ativites and games.
