Athey Nature Area

Whats not to do at this park, I spent all day here. Nature trails, paddle trail, golf course, kid areas, BBQ areas, Rose garden, and more. Will definetly go back

Great short walk, easily accessible at either end. The day I walked the trail wasnt passable at one point unless you didnt mind water up to your ankles. But side trails cut back to the road and paved walking path so that works. Great flora - I loved the cedar elms, very impressive.

This is such a beautiful place Im sitting here just enjoying all of Gods nature its so beautiful here I think everybody that comes over here would love it

Very nice relaxing place great for a family evening

Quiet and peaceful, plenty of deer and birds. Be sure to bring good walking shoes, some parts can get really muddy after a rain.

Wish they would mow the entire trail. Parts of it are inaccessible due to poor maintenance.. otherwise a decent walking/biking trail.
