A very well done display of the history of the battle. Theres a short video in the theatre. Gift shop is done well also. The self-guided driving tour is worth the time.

Very informative morning spent at this emotional National Monument. I found the USS Cairo exhibition fascinating and the video in the information centre very interesting. I learnt a lot today. Highly recommended place to visit.

I love the military park its museum is just the beginning of the long and beautiful historical battlefield park our most treasured attraction here for all us that was born here . Its well worth anyone s time to visit.

What an awesome place to enjoy learning more on the civil war. The Cairo is an excellent museum! Actually getting to walk on the ship and hear the forest ranger give detailed history was definetly a highlight! She was very knowledgeable on the subject and made it fun to listen. My 16 year old enjoyed it also....Totally a place to see!
