Their food is pretty good, but we usually don’t go there for the food. The games are great! My favorite one is the clown game. There aren’t a wide variety of prizes and the best ones take years to save up for unless you get a jackpot, but it still takes a long time. The tickets are kind of expensive, but overall it’s worth it and Dave and busters is a great place to hang out with friends and family, while having loads of fun.

Played games and had lunch. It adds up quickly. Diner who is gluten free had three options to choose from due to the SHARED frier. Food is $$$ for what you get, but our server Suzi was very helpful. Most games were operating well and they have prizes available in a store-like area. Would come back on a rainy day to play games.

I held my sons birthday party here. We did opt for the private room. Thats definitely the way to go for big parties. We had great service all around. The food came out on time and it was very good. Our waitress was awesome!! Definitely on point with everything we needed. We had a great experience all-round.

We just visited this place for the first time. We were there to celebrate a Birthday. I was very pleased with the variety of games available. Almost all of them were in working order. They had plenty of games for adults and children. The atmosphere was great. We didn’t try any food or have drinks, so I don’t know how that part of the establishments is.

The food is delicious. I feel the restuarant was understaffed for the evening. I didnt get the service I would have expected for what we spent.

Really cool games, prizes, and a good birthday party/ party place to go to. Although it is really fun, I don’t thing it is very sanitized. Not the best place to go to at all during COVID-19. I also never see any workers sanitizing the games, prizes and furniture in the arcade regularly (although I have never been during Covid so I don’t know about recent sanitation). I don’t recommend this place for entertainment if you are worried about sanitation.

This site is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. when I feel like having a good lunch, this is the place that comes first to my mind. best and many types of food and a rich menu.trained team, and great atmosphere. Also, the pay is affordable. I suggest this spot with no doubt.

Good place to eat and play as for a date, but if you have children, Chuck E Cheese is much cheaper. D&B needs an unlimited play card. I would come here everytime if it was unlimited play. Their food is outstanding and decent prices!

Loud and very busy but we had fun. Way more expensive than I would have thought. We stayed for a couple hours and every one had a good time. Food was no good for us. They did a detailed allergy menu that helped to see what everything contained. But being allergic to both dairy and gluten, there was only a single option available for us- fries. Worked as a good snack and we went to dinner elsewhere. Drinks for adults were yummy. But also very pricey.

So not only was the food decent. But the customer service was out of this world. No real long waits, Some of the machines were broken which did put a little damper on our fun. But all in all it was a very nice time

My wife and our two kids and I came In to eat and play games. We sat down to eat.... No one came to greet us at the table. Half hour goes by and wife goes up and orders food from the bar. ANOTHER half hour goes by and these kids come and sit at the table next to us and were served right away. I understand its a Saturday. But as the two servers were even cleaning the table next to us my wife stood there looking straight at the trying to get a table. Still nothing. The bartender gow served us was great though.

Overall: Its what you expect, which isnt necessarily a bad thing. Games, booze, and family food.The good: GAMES GAMES GAMES. I mean, you know what youre getting into when going into a DnB, so from that perspective it doesnt disappoint. Every typical DnB game you can expect to be there (I still wish they had arcade and pinball at these places though). The atmosphere and food are what youd expect from a DnB. The pizza dip was surprisingly really tasty and hearty. Big ol beers at a reasonable price.The not-so-good: The service was pretty lacking. Our server was always missing and multiple times I was left wanting water refills. After we had finished eating, we waited and waited before eventually just flagging someone down for a check. There is a decent collection of arcade games. However, I believe an imbalanced amount of games that are there simply to get tickets versus those that are genuinely fun and interactive.Multiple games were broken and out of order.However, the staff was hard at work repairing several of those.I believe shortcomings in the diversity of fun arcade games is made up for by the great service of the staff and their responsiveness to your needs.This review reflects simply my opinion, as the guests that were with me seemed to have a great time; I would call my enjoyment fair to good.

Not as good as usual. Fathers Day, only a couple of people were sitting in the restaurant area. It took 15 minutes to get a drink from the bar. 5 minutes later the food showed. Onion rings and fries were cold. Chicken sandwiches werent bad.

Fun place and very conscientious with covid practices

Before covid-19 this location was always dirty they never cleaned the games and the customer service was horrid! I suspect this location can not survive covid much like most of the stores in hawthorn mall cant but especially this place because people dont want to touch dirty games when they can just play on their ps4 at home.

Awesome food. They were open on Thanksgiving, have their steak shirmp lobster pasta. It was amazing! We were the only people in the restaurant. More people should know about their food! Very yummy and a good price too.

Was in there yesterday with my boyfriend and the male bartender was extremely rude. The bartender put down the drink and i asked if i could have a straw please. He then said I was gonna do it. just wait.patience is key. Then gave me a dirty look. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I wasnt rude to him at all. I work in industry so sometimes we dont give straws to save waste so i just asked for one since i assumed maybe this was the case here. There was no reason at all to be condescending.

Voice is always as awesome as always. Never a bad experience when I go there and if you are worried about the price then you really just dont want to play games. It is a little high but when you think about it most of those games running all the same time in that place must really have a big Angie belt so the value is there. You have a lot of different varieties of games tickets oriented racing shooting they even have a virtual reality ride its a good place to play unwind and eat

Drinks were OK (TERRIBLE bloody ) very overpriced. A bug jumped out from under our wings, hair in fries, friendly server. Not worth! Run away!!!!!

I am posting pictures of all the out-of-order games on 1 single Sunday visit. At least 10 games including Rock Em Sock Em Robots, Mario Kart, Space Invaders, many arcade games. Staff is ignorant of policies. For example, I was told no Power Hour after 9pm. But when I swiped my card there was Power Hour. The wait staff rarely bus tables. You eat surrounded by dirty dishes all over. No wonder no one is here. Go to the Addison location. The staff is great and the place has more working machines.

Very Sad to see higher end restaurant does not cater to special dietary needs. Even Chilis offers a gluten free menu. Will not be able to have gatherings here anymore.

We had the absolute worst waitress with a poor attitude. She never came to give us drink refills and gave us the wrong change at the end of our meal. The manager was very polite and sympathetic; he took our game cards and comped us free racing games for our trouble. The food was delicious but extremely overpriced. The games are awesome, though! Eat somewhere else before you go!

Dave & Busters was the perfect date night for me and my guy. Great food! Awesome drinks. Jay at the bar was excellent!!! Two thumbs up.

My family and I went to this location this evening and had an absolute blast! The food and service were stellar and we had a great time playing all of the games. The VR experience was by far one of the top that we have experienced. I would recommend Dave & Busters to anyone looking to have a great meal and fun with friends or family!

Arcades are Arcades. That was fun but If you are looking for quality food go to the food court in the mall instead. Ordered Mac and Cheese, it was ok, slider burgers was very dry, and a Chopped salad (from a bag). We exchangedit for the side house salad it was better fresher then their $10 chop salad. I think this place needs to rethink their menu. Very disappointed with their food. My wife is vegetarian no options for her but salads. They use to have a portobello burger but they took off their menu.Only reason I was lenient to give 2 stars was because our waitress Sarah was really nice.Even after complaint no manager even came over to apologize. Sarah handled the apologize. That’s not her job it’s the Manager for the horrible service from the kitchen.

The arcade games were a blast and the food was also quite good. My date and I enjoyed blowing up the world and then saving it, to use her words.

Ordered a steak, medium rare, came out over cooked. Service was slow and mediocre considering how slow business was at the time. The arcade was fun but I was surprised how small it was.

I was going to ask the service guy what kinds of games are there, but gave up since he didn’t even bother to talk to me. Maybe it’s because I’m an asian?So I checked around myself to see if there’s any kind of rhythm games, but sadly there’s only dance dance revolution. Half a star for the service and half a star for the variety of games.

My boyfriend and I went to go play games last night at like 8 and the girl with the glasses was being so rude and just totally killed the vibe. She asked if we were over 18 and honestly I think it’s quite obvious that we are. She literally wouldn’t stop questioning us and trying to guilt us into saying that we weren’t. Talking about how there’s police around and that even if we aren’t 18 that we should “just behave” ???? After I told her that I was 20. She goes and says “well I’m supposed to ID normally” so to me it’s like ma’am you did all of that and didn’t even do your job properly. What was supposed to be a 1 minute card reload turned into a 4 minute interrogation for absolutely no reason. Annoying.

Fun place for kids and adults! Your game card can be spent really quickly with some games. Love how all tickets are loaded onto cards. We were able to combine several cards into one for safe keeping. Can get busy later at night, and kids are running around everywhere. This location has a small area for eating, but mostly games galore!

Everything is great besides the self service kiosks that dont work, now I have to wait for my own money to clear because it will be on hold for 5 days

Food was horrible. Fried cheese curds were soggy and should never have been served. Take pride in what you are serving. The only good thing was the wait staff. I will not be back.

Visited for the first time. Games were so much fun and a huge variety of them as well. It can be a little pricey but i went on a Thursday so games were half price. Kind of like a chuckie cheese for adults. There is a full service bar and food is pretty good.Great place for a birthday or celebration.

Had a really great time here yesterday. This location is my favorite. I’m from Chicago and I drive 45 minutes just to come here. My boyfriend and I dined in yesterday for the first time and we were really impressed with both the food and service. Our server Joe was very nice and friendly. Plus the food was amazing. We’ll definitely come back soon!

This place is a lot of fun! They have plenty of games to play for all ages. The only problem is its very easy to spend a lot of money as your kids bounce from game to game and burn through your tokens on your card fast and before you know it you are reloading your card- but if everyone is having fun its not the worst problem. The food is pretty good, a little pricey, but good. The service was a bit slow but we were there during in the middle of the week in the evening and they probably had light staffing. Overall a very place with a fun atmosphere.

The lettuce wrap $8.79 saves the day over the salty battered chicken wings $9.99! Not a good experienced for a first time customer.

We went during the week and it was a blast. My kids, 8 and 5, loved it. Lots of games for kids and adults. Get the recharge cards. Definitely worth it, but your kids may blow through them the first day. Good food too...and adult beverages.

Obviously the kids love it, I mean how would any kids not love this place. Lots of variety and a lot of fun things to do. It just feels expensive for what it is. Maybe not more expensive than other similar places but arcades always feel like a ripoff because the games are so quick so the money goes fast. They do have deals at certain times so keep an eye out

My family and I attended their New Year’s Eve event today. I am very unhappy and disappointed in the lack of communication and service. To start my family and I have never been to a Dave and Busters before so we didn’t know how things worked for events or game wise. We got the more expensive package for all three of us. Their was a young lady working their that seemed like she hated her job.We were not told where the event check in was the front staff manger was rude and told us to find a table til the event started and that was 30 minutes before. Then we were sat at and over flow table which was in an isle. The staff was unorganized and we weren’t the only in happy family. The food that was provided was almost gone when we got to it. We had to ask where the food was located. The food was Un satisfactory and tasted like it was left over. The restrooms were not cleaned from the night before the floor was sticky. For a crowded night there they claimed they were under staffed for an event that is on a holiday u would think they would have enough people. The games were supposed to be unlimited for 3 hrs. When my card stopped working we weren’t told that the games for a certain color panel would be all that we could play I had to seek out a worker to figure this out. In the points check out center the worker kept saying we r under staffed and I can only help one person at a time. When it was my sons turn he asked about the Pokémon hat on the top shelf and I was told they no longer have them so why do they keep it up there for kids too see if they don’t have it. So we ended up giving our left over points to another person after my son got a few things. My wife and I are very unhappy about this experience and hope others don’t have to experience what we did at this place tonight.

Gotta hand it to our waiters and the manager tonight. We had an issue with our order however they really made it right. They are awesome and my wifes Birthday was not ruined. Thanks guys great job!

Our agency decided to have our holiday party here. I did not think much of it because Im not a video gamer. However, I had a great time with my coworkers. Having competition in the driving gane, playing basketball, bowling, skeet ball and air hockey. The food was good too and the service was great. we went on a night that was not so busy so we were able to stay together during competition.

Great place to take the family and just have some quick fun. Ive ate here too and have had good food with no complaints.

We arrived later in the evening and grabbed the eat and play combo. With it being Wednesday, all games were half price. We ended up having about 20 minutes to play. Several games wouldnt accept my Power Card, and I wonder now if it was because it was late in the evening. Overall it was a good experience. The food was good, the service was good (Joe took good care of us in the bar area), and there were plenty of games that still worked so plenty of fun was had.

Its a little pricey and I would recommend going on Wednesdays when its half price. The dining experience is good. Since it takes a little while for the waitress to get to you i would recommend you order the food first then while youre waiting for the food you let the kids play games. This is a family fun place and my family and I love it here.

Food was really good. Place was big and spacious. Service was timely for our karge group. I coulda skipped the money i paid for games and just did the VR all might. VR was z blast.

The entertainment in this place was far off the best. The problem I had was with the food. It was AWFUL!!. I ordered the sirloin steak medium. It was over cooked,chewy and grey. It looked like it had been sitting out for a while before it got to my table because the broccoli looked dry and so did the onions. Once eating it it was so hard to cut dur to the fact that the steak was overcooked. I was so disappointed. My baby food was cold too . He had mac and cheese. The service was not to the standard of such a fun happy environment. They only thing I got fast was my check. I been here before and was very satisfied with everything but today I felt so distraught. It just didnt live up to its hype.

Definitely a fun place! We enjoyed ourselves! The reason for 3 stars is the lack of signage for prizes! The guy working at the counter said he doesn’t normally work in this area as we had to go up numerous times to find out prize values.

Great place. Safe place. Big arcade games with great franchises. The food prices vs the portions dont line up when compared to other restaurants despite the calories. Basically eat before you get here and just play games. Another issue was some of the shooting games didnt seem calibrated correctly like the Ghostbusters. Mario kart and Jurassic Park felt like the two standout games. Surprised theres a modern movie rampage game.

Little misbehaved kids running arround and the bar is way overpriced. I would not recommend this place to any adult who is looking to have some fun.

The games are fun, but the service sucks. We stood there for 15 minutes waiting to buy drinks for 4 people. The manager on duty saw us and just ignored us.

Not only was the waiter super on top of our drinks, the manager was willing to work on a deal for our group since it was our friends birthday! The staff is super accommodating and the drinks were great! We had a blast!
