Great place, quiet, private + awesome sunsets!

This review is by someone who actually RESIDES in Shore Acres Mobile Home Park.This is a small, quiet park, situated north of Rte.6, on the lake, with private beach access. Lot rent is definetly higher...location,location,location.( Duh)Ive had zero issues contacting management.The dumpster is dumped a couple times a week but both residents AND non-residents pile their garbage all over, even if the dumpster is full.Being located next to a public park does exacerbate the garbage condition too but the pileup issues are not from lack of operational consistency by management.Ill happily pay a higher lot rent to live in this location rather than any of the other parks in Lorain or Erie County. Its safe,pretty,quiet, pet-friendly and situated on the lake with a nice public park next door.Update.... changing the provider name of previous review to a friends business name does not legitimize it. You are NOT a resident of the mobile home park.

The owners here are a joke. Highest lot rent around. Garbage dumpster is always overflowing, totally absentee management, but they always stop in to collect the checks.

Nice quiet neighborhood
