This is a very nice community of very friendly and down to earth people. The park is well kept.
Harbourtown is a great place to live. Many changes taking place and they are bringing in new houses very couple of months.
Jeff and Beth along with their team are doing an incredible job with the day to day upkeep of the park along with the management of the new homes that are arriving.Very nice place to live. Quite and comfortable.Living her is like living in The City of Harbourtown.
Residential Manager is aggressively confrontational when enforcing policy. I have no issue with policy enforcement. It becomes an issue when the person doing it acts like theyre looking for a fist fight.
Nice property good amenities and nice neighborhood
I have family that lives here. Very nice. Well kept.
Getting ready to move here seems quite
Nice place have lived here since 2006 people are nice beautiful area across from the lake management is very nice also
No tornadoes so thats a plus but I would really like to see more white trash people here. No broke down cars in the yards or chained up pit bulls. Not even a single drunk guy in a tanktop arguing with his wife in the front yard. Not the typical thrilling trailer park experience I was looking for but its a nice place I guess.
Great park, nice people and really quite place for kids to grow up.
They are strick with their policies, considering they do nothing to encourage friendliness with staff.Expensive considering what they offer
Completely unprofessional, management is a joke. We had a problem and instead of helping us Adam belittled and unprofessionally used fowl language to verbally attack us. Then proceeded to my mothers home and verbally attacked her and fired my brother because i pissed him off by asking for help? Then tells her if she doesnt like it she can leave. Seriously?? Definitely NOT a place you want to call home. Major changes need made!!!!! Absolutely atrocious behavior from so called professionals, I would never want to live there with them managing the way they are. not to mention all the drug addicts that still live their and od on a weekly basis. So yeah if you want to live in a place where drugs are dealt and management dont do anything to help or even wanna do their jobs for that matter than sure home sweet home.
Its pretty cool place for families that want to live close to the lake but cant afford one of those awesome houses on t. 6 Used to be allot of drugs and dumbasses, but most of them are gone now. The new management is great even though some of the residence arent cool with the changes. Its all for the best and out of respect. Enjoy it!
Lived here for 5 years. Lots of changes. Some not too popular.
Dirty
Dont bother going there unless you wanna live next to meth heads and have medics there almost daily for overdoses. The owner and mgr are ruining the whole place. Kept saying theyd install a playground the whole 4 years we lived there and never did. Even have bad parents that let their kids roam around on a riding mower at all hours of the day like it was a toy car. It is the worse.
The new management is a complete joke. They are trying to push this park to be something that it is not. They are more worried about an extra person living in a trailer where all bills are paid on time than they the fact that you still have drugs being dealt and used all over the park. Theres an overdose at least once every other week if not more.
It is a druggie spot. Lots are trashy looking. Very bad management!
Beautiful well kept friendly service
Honestly not a bad place to live at all! Good sized yard, kept up community but not too overbearing, great new management, and perfect location.
To dark for little kids. Plenty of candy.
Wouldnt buy there
Clean quiet
It sucks
Beware if your black!
Looks like it is going down hill just looking run down
Wonderful place to live Management is wonderful to work with
Worst place ever
