The staff is always awesome. Very friendly staff and prices are great. Plus you get rewards and free stuff with them. The staff go above and beyond and is a great place to check out.

Used to be great and very knowledgeable. The guys are great. However the older gentleman and older woman at night have horrible customer service and lack knowledge. Have yet to ever be helpful. The rest of the crew is awesome. However due to the two older couple I will no longer shop there and have boycotted your store. Once a loyal customer, bit not with the two older people that lack customer service and lack personality. Also store hours closed early . Dragon Headz smoke shop has great service, the best glass for great prices. Then den is overpriced with thin cheap glass. Probably from china...and overpriced. I wouldnt shop there anymore until the older couple, especially old dude that always sits behind beaded walkway creepin, never smiles or say hi can I help you. He behaves in a perverse manner. I apologize of they are family memebers. But they are killing your store

They go over and above to work with u, they sent me pictures, took hours of their time just to explain all the different accessories, best customer service ever, great selection, and ask for a woman named sunshine she is all heart and will make sure ur takin care of, thanks again guys.
