I love this place. From the moment we walked in, Victoria made us feel safe and comfortable in exploring an adult store. While not our first visit this was definitely one of the best. Victoria was friendly, knowledgeable and had many many great suggestions and information on the products. We didnt buy a lot this time but plan on returning to pick up some wish listed items. Thanks Victoria and the entire family at Jack and Jill for always being welcoming.

This store was better than any adult toy store, Victoria was our sales girl was very knowledgeable. The store was very fancy and my favorite colors pink and black. Didnt make us feel awkward being in the store. I give them 5 stars.

My wife and i went here based on the toys shown online witch the prices and toys dont match this place! walked around the store trying to find whats best for us the guy was nice came up to us 2 times asking if we needed help! the woman was very rude! came to us 4 TIMES!... we asked a ? about a toy AGAIN RUDE! and very loudlt! talked about it in front of other customs... we drove there from bradenton almost a hour away for what? not same products listed and rude workers! ...... the man moping the DVD part was very nice and explained what back room was! although the RULES say only one person at a time like i said ME and my WIFE

Very rude staff . I had to ask for help twice. Bigger brunette talked to me like I was a child when explaining product. Employees goofing off and cussing the whole time behind the counter. Would not have spent 200 dollars here if I was not last min shopping before a party.

Great store, staff very helpful--what stood out was the cleanliness of the store. Floors clean and clear, stock put away and neat--everything was where it should be and organized--i was impressed with just how clean the store is.

I love the store, love the owner, love the staff. They have an ex-military manager at the venice location. He is mean and judgemental! Not suitable for this type of business! Will not go back until hes gone! Too bad. Plenty of other places to go without his attitude.

My husband and I visited the private booths, on New Years Eve, we found it exciting and fun until we were leaving the store and one of the employees ( a blond) decided she was going to embarrass us by saying loudly that we had to be in separate booths (which we were) in front of 4 customers, at which time we replied we were. If i could give it a ZERO star i would, great store front however did not purchase anything cause the 2 people who were working at the time were some of the RUDEST people i have yet to witness. A store like that should run off customer service since everything in that store is an upcharge you would think they would be nicer to their customers. Besides cursing and yelling in front of other customers that bald guy who has a serious anger issue had to be settled down by the man with long hair ( they didnt have any name tags or else i would have fetched their name).
