Absolutly love the managers they are professional, wonderful very friendly easy going people will help you with what ever you may need. they always went above and beyond for me and my family. they have done so much to clean the place up i am so glad we were givin the opprituneity to be apart of their community

Today is 06/25/2019. Ive been putting this off for a while, but here it is folks - the god, bad, and downright ugly...My husband and I are both older, and both disabled. We have regretfully lived here awhile. ( It used to be nice, but it has gone downhill a LOT. management here is just a rude, unfunny joke. ) I just got word today that they are going up yet AGAIN on the rent. *COME THE HOLIDAYS, THE RENT IS SUPPOSED TO GO UP TO $625* There are no utilities except water, sewer, and garbage. The water is horrible, and the dumpsters are ALWAYS full and smelly. Its loud; there are drugs, homeless people, ( at night ), and you may, or may not get a signal on your phone, ( depending on your carrier. ) This used to be a retirement community - now, they pretty much let anyone, and everyone in. There are a LOT of old, dirty, RVs everywhere, now, and honestly, it has gotten just downright scary. We have a dog, and he barks constantly because of all the homeless people and can pickers that come at night. If you are seniors please think twice about moving here. PS : I happen to know that a lot of the glowing reviews are not by actual tenants. Figure it out. If in doubt, do a driveby. Id post pics, but I dont have a camera, or a fancy phone. Sorry.

Lovely area for 55+ community. Love that they redid the roads since prior there were so many potholes. Love coming here to visit Grandparents, neighbors are friendly and helpful. May be nice to offer some type of small park or area for Grandparents to take their Grandchildren to in the Estates or right nearby off the main road.

Better now that they kicked out a major troublemaker. Beautiful scenery. Quiet, and respectable. Nice people.

Better than some parks in the area. Changing one house at a time to family park, was 55 plus. Rents are going up way faster than area income. Forcing limited low income people to look into moving into assisted living. People are afraid they will loose the homes the have paid for because they cant pay the space rent. Landlord must not give a damn about long term residents. Just concerned about his next Mercedes-Benz.

Great mobile home park! Very quiet and with the wall you cant hear the freeway at all! Very pet friendly as well.

Its a really nice place to live in

Terrible place. My close friend was evicted after living there for at least 12 years over mostly made up things. It is obvious that he was discriminated against because he is of minimal financial means, and lives in an old RV. They are clearly trying to squeeze out older RVs and mobile homes, so they can raise the rent even higher.
