Completely under-cared-for. Sugar ants and cockroaches are abundant, needs some renovation on every structure and installation of anti-bug plants. Needs a security guard of some sort to lessen problems.

Cockroach infested! Do not rent space 29!!! It’s majorly infested with cockroaches and ants!!! There’s no getting rid of them. My family lost 90% of our stuff because she lied to us about the bug problem. It turns out the family before us lost all their belongings as well due to the same issue! Disgusting!!! Then they turned around knowing about the infestation and put the stuff in a Public Storage unit. And then turned around and auctioned it off to unknowing people!!! Is that really what anyone wants to deal with??? Why do you have to give a star in order to be able to write a review? They don’t deserve my 1 Star!!!

If you have ever seen Trailer Park Boys. This is Sunnyvale!!!! Take a drive through there. Its a loop. It an experience you wont forget. It should be a theme park called section 8 land.

Almozt every trailer has roaches and ants and the owners a complete a**whole

I love this place! Everyone is very respectful of others places and things and its small and quant and feels very much like somewhere to call home!

I lived in this trailer park for 5 yrs. The people are nice they keep up their yards they keep their area clean unfortunately it gets mistaken for the trailer park that is separated from hiddenvillage mobile homes by a car lot.. They are two very different places calahans trailer park

Ghetto, dirty, grimmy & i would rather be homeless then to live there & THE RENT THEY CHARGE IS SUCH STUPID RIDICULOUS AMOUNTS AND A RIPOFF...I GIVE THIS DUMP 2 THUMBS DOWN! I only gave it 1 star because it made me lmao

My best friend mom died there rest in peace mrs. Greenwood and I miss the George Greenwood Family I wish you guys would stay in touch
