This place is great if you already know what you want. But if you want any personal help and direction on what type of fireworks you want, I suggest to go to a smaller place with more personalized service. We asked several employees for help, but they pretty much just blew us off. We had to just grab something off the shelf, hoping it was what we want. That said, now that we have a better idea of what we want in fireworks, we might go back because we now know what we are looking for and they seem to have a large selection. When we went everyone was wearing masks and offered masks to those that needed. So the check in and check-out service was great, just hard to get help once inside

Very long lines...the parking was well organized & pretty convenient. Once we got into the store....stuff was organized pretty well..and restocking really good. I do feel like they were letting too many people in @ a time, that being said...staff was readily available, helpful &friendly. Checking out was quick & easy.

Worst experience EVER. Prices, selection and all employees were awesome as they are each year, however had there been another stand open I wouldve immediately walked out because of the older male want to be supervisor, boss or a****** is what Ill refer to him as.He needs managerial and people skills in a very bad way. #1 rule while managing employees of ANY type of business is NEVER reprimand another individual in front of others especially customers its just common sense. It only takes a minute to ask the employee to please step aside with you and have a word with them privately. May want to rethink things before you set yourself up for a harassment lawsuit in the future, not to mention losing business.

Even though the line was long and place was packed, this place had excellent customer service and got people in and out of there quickly! Even though they had all of those customers to help, they made us feel as though we were very important and helped us a lot! Definitely recommend going here!!

Excellent selection with the best customer service you can imagine! Frank and his family have been running this business since 1981, the quality is unparalleled, and the service is outstanding! Its rare, but if for some reason you buy a dud, take a picture of the dud, and keep the receipt, and next year theyll replace it. I wont buy fireworks anywhere else!

No employees wearing masks, HUGE line with ABSOLUTELY NO social distancing. At least 200 people in line. Tent across the street had no line, social distancing was in place, and they had free masks for those without. Skip the line, go across the street.

They are extremely overpriced.I found the same fireworks at Bomber Brothers for $5-20 cheaper.Store is too small they need too limit how many people are in at 1 time it was elbow too elbow and cart too cart when i went there and immediately left afterwards.The staff were not so helpful when i asked any question they sent me too other staff for questions and were always in the way restockin stuff.Dont waste your time nor money here go next door to TNT Fireworks youll be MUCH happier and also it will be less crowded and will be happier with your purchase.

Never got in, the line was wrapping around the building. Took more then 40 minutes just to find a place to park. Finally got tried of what seemed like hundreds of people in the line just waiting to get in and decided to go to one of the big tent places.

My family had been coming here for 10+ years. We have compared prices to all other tents and have come to the conclusion that blackjack not only has the biggest bang (literally) for your buck, but they also have the best firework brand that no other tent has:Alien. Alien produces so many top of the line products and my family enjoys most of all, the Iconic-Shells of Vegnence. Blackjack has it all with the fantastic family environment and excellent staff. Can’t wait every year to go inside the BIG YELLOW BUILDING.

This place has a huge selection, and better prices. They have small fireworks and poppers for kids, and large fireworks, if thats what youre into. The aisles are always crowded, but checkout is fast. The staff are helpful, and actually know where things are. Just beware- you might find yourself heading home with a lot more than you wanted, the selection is huge, and youll find something you didnt know you wanted.

After I spent my entire budget for the 4th here I looked at the other place just to see what they had and the exact same items I purchased were about a third of the price for the EXACT SAME ITEMS. All sales are final though so I went back to Oregon with a lesson on purchasing pyrotechnics

Went today 07/03/2020 to get fireworks. Told wait was one hour and a half. Left without buying anything.

This store is awesome!! If you want a great selection at the lowest price possible, you need to stop here!! They have the best large and small fireworks and everything in between!! The staff is friendly and will answer any questions you may have. Dont waste your time shopping elsewhere!! Get your fireworks here!!!!!

Covid response wasn’t great, it was impossible to social distance. Everyone was wearing masks and the employees were sanitizing the carts but the employees were stocking the shelves and we had to come close to them to navigate the narrow aisles. I wish they would limit the number of people in the store. I also wish the cash registers were further apart (the current distance is around 2ft apart).

Great selection of fireworks. The music and stuff is a little excessive in my opinion but I guess it draws attention. There was also a bouncy castle for kids. Inside the actual store it was extremely crowded and cramped. The only place it was possible to stop and look at things was at the very front of the store. I would suggest only going if youre looking for a huge pallet of mortars, because on the way in theres a smaller tent that has pretty much everything they do here, just less crowded.

I come to Blackjack every year and always get the best deal. The staf is so helpful and friendly! My little one loves to play in the bouncy houses.

As someone who has never bought fireworks and never been in a store like this... I was blown away! I went in with 200 dollars cash and walked out with baskets of stuff to blow up.We hosted a huge bbq and everyone was thrilled with the diverse selection we were able to buy there.The staffing and communication from worker to worker was stellar and we easily found parking and made our way inside. 10/10 and will buy fireworks there again

I’ve gone here for a few years now to get small stuff. the little fireworks are usually pretty cheap and you can get some good deals on them. the only negative thing is that it is really crowded. it’s pretty hard to walk through and it can get to the point where you’re standing in the middle of the isle waiting for someone to move for a solid minute or two. i would personally suggest adding an outdoor area so there is more room. but if you want to go there to get some cheap small fireworks and don’t mind the traffic in the isles, this place is way to go

Low grade fireworks.. I bought from random tents for many years and this time decided to try the Big Yellow Building.. half their alien mortars exploded in the tube before even shooting up which I thought was extremely unsafe but also disappointing cause you don’t get the “show” up above. The smoke bombs my kid bought last 3 seconds. Literally.. The only ones that worked ok were the cheap fountains.. Maybe somehow I got a bad batch of stuff but it was enough for me to not buy here anymore....Side note. Staff was friendly and bouncy houses were cool.

Lots of fireworks. prices are about the same as the other main firework companies. building is way way to small for the amount of people that are going there. hard to move around. lots of cashiers though so they get you checked out quickly.

Worth the drive for their prices! Its a little crowded but youll get around no problem. This was my first year here and Ill go nowhere else moving forward.

They had very friendly people working however the fireworks were the same price and a few of the popular ones were more expensive then some of the tents. Excalibur was $59.99 there but it was $49.99 and a bunch of the other tents. Yes it was the exact same Excalibur.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got something in mind but dont know what its called? Describe it to them and they can help. They know all about the product they sell and they will not steer you wrong.Coming from Oregon? They will make sure you dont pay that pesky Washington sales tax.

This is the place to go for fireworks. The other places may look bigger, but theyre often just crammed full of the same stuff. Huge selection & lots of the little, inexpensive fireworks that kids love. Plus, the staff here is fantastic!

Very helpful staff, great selection and fair prices. Only thing to watch out for is the parking lot. They must have inexperienced drivers directing traffic hollaring for you to go when someone is backing out a space.

This place not only has a great variety of fireworks but provides a couple, 2-3, jumping houses for the kids. Really friendly staff and although it is crowded inside it’s manageable. Bathroom onsite too. I would also say that it is ADA compliant but getting a wheelchair through the mayhem would be a challenge.

I am an 11 year old kid and I went here with my dad. We stopped at a couple of different tents to look at prices and then we stopped at black jack and the prices where 10 times better then anywhere else!! They had everything that I needed and wanted the staff was very helpful and kind.

This place is a fluke. They tell you they beat all tent prices because they have ONE competitor up there in Washington. Bomber brothers! Who blows them out of the water every year. Save yourself the crowd, the pushy employees who direct you toward the most expensive items and shop at bomber brothers.
