Been here many times. Always find different unique items and fun stuff for every age. Displays are on key. Can always find a good deal. (Careful tho- $ can go fast here.) We have been priviledged recently to have April ring us up...Such a wonderful young lady. Her warm friendly professional personality is so nice to see and experience. Meandered through this store for a while waiting for a text, and I think I made 7 laps around. Found something new with every pass! The staff is incredibly friendly as well, which made the visit even better. From woodburning projects, to jars, to crystals. A very successful trip!

Craft Warehouse consistently has the best prices in town for DIYers and crafters. A little something for everyone in the family! Amazing for gifts as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good hours. Wish there were more coupons though...

Did a paint night with my girlfriend and they had everything we needed and more and most of it was on sale! The customer service was also excellent!

Kept my toddler busy in here for almost 2 hours! Lots of fun jiggly kids toys but also neat things for the crafty adults. Teaching letters opportunities and even just a neat place to gather ideas for things. Their bathroom is open during this pandemic. We left with neat light up swords for just $2 each from their clearance. Fun store! Things from decently cheap to very expensive. Stuff for every craft. A large section of the store is succulent craft based so if you like making fairy gardens or using fake succulents in any way this store had a BUNCH of options. Happy crafting for whatever your mind can come up with!

Craft Warehouse has very good prices on wood pieces to paint and decor. Also they have a huge variety of pre printed decals to adhere to most services. They have a huge selection of firefly lights in almost every color and everything is very well organized. My only upset was their paint selection was not very large and very poorly stocked.

Some really cool stuff. Pricey though. People very nice. They have some things that are different than michaels which i like having more choice than the standard or there.

This is an awesome craft store! They are doing the best they can with covid-19 restrictions. I spent less than usual because it wasnt easy to get directly to the aisles where I spend the most. I would suggest making a list or placing your order for pick-up. I am really looking forward to a return to normal shopping!

If you cannot wear a mask for health reasons the employees will hassle you and make you leave. Which is totally illegal.I will take my business to Hobby Lobby where they have better selection and much much better prices.

Good parking, good selection of crafts. One note, get rid of the rugs st entrance and exit. They are tripping hazards and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I love beads! I order online a lot but theres nothing like seeing the beautiful colors and textures in person. The staff there are wonderful and always helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Slim pickings for the stuff I was looking for. I had to go to Michaels which had everything I needed and they referred me to the wrong place (I was looking for transparent film for a project to print and Michaels staff immediately knew where to look and offered options of places to buy it.

Someone put together a bead bundle. Excellent and I saved $15. Yeah for me

I really like this store! It’s obviously a big corporation at the end of the day, and they’re not like they’re trying to hide that, but the staff is super friendly and the prices can be surprisingly low if you know where to look. I’ve started coming here a couple times a week to feed my painting obsession, and I really love that I can walk in with $5 and walk out with a couple new paint colors and some canvas! A good bit of the staff is on the older side, but I kinda love that. It makes the whole store feel very cozy :D

Because of Covid, I wasnt able to go inside the store to shop, but Dona was a wonderful help to me. She made several trips in and out bringing me things to choose from for my project and even called the Hazel Dell location for additional items. I was able to get just what I wanted for my project. That was wonderful customer service! Thank you!

Craft Warehouse is an amazing store! I own a vinyl machine (Silhouette) and make several different items. I make big paper flowers for backdrops and since I moved to Vancouver I thought of buying my paper here and I would, but I have stopped since I would purchase a specific color paper and if I ran out I would go back and they never had it stocked so I would have to go to their Hazel Dell locations which is extremely inconvenient for me since I don’t have a car. I expressed my disappointment to one of the employees but didn’t seem to give a care. This happened more than twice so I stopped purchasing paper, however I do visit this store for other items. When my husband drives me, he stays in the vehicle and my 9yr old daughter could easily spend hours there and of course quickly go over our budget. I love coming to this store, but the one thing they lack besides their paper stock is customer service. There are older ladies that seem very unhappy with life since I and my daughter smile at them, but never receive a smile back. There have been a couple younger girls who have been friendly. I am just so happy that we live relatively close to this store! Remember…stick to a budget! Giving a 4 star rating insted of a 5 due to the lack of customer service from a few.

Its a rupee like disguised as a craft store! I seem to have far less money when I leave, but way more craft supplies that I didnt know I needed.

Love love love. Everytime I go here Im stuck shopping till its closing time because I love everything this store offers and the employees are always so helpful and knowledgeable of nearly every crafts project Im doing or wanting to do,and if one employee I ask doesnt know about what I need, they always find another employee who does. Love this store. And the ladys in here are always super sweet and caring, no matter how difficult I can be when trying to figure a new crafting project, and no matter how many hours my 4yr old son and I spend just browsing theyre still sweet to us, lol. They are awesome.

They had some good deals but other items were really overpriced, about what youd expect from a chain store. the employees were very friendly though - the lady who checked me out and another I chatted with and they made it a pkeasant experience

If you need a creative boost just walk in. There are so many fun projects to give anyone some ideas. I love that they post various projects with the instruction sheets. I find these mostly by the yarn and fabric areas. Wide variety of various art supplies.

My favorite place to have framing done. I am not crafty, but love to show value to family items by framing. They Also help my knitting needs. Helpful staff.

I have recently started checking out some of the make and take project workshops at the local Craft Warehouse locations in Vancouver on Mill Plain and Hazel Dell. This is such a great way to try out new techniques and let yourself get creative without committing to purchasing every project supply, and also you dont have to make a mess at home. Bonus! Its a fantastic way to try before you buy. Check out their frequent Facebook event posts to find out whats planned for coming weeks. And in the meantime, they have a great selection of all sorts of items to inspire creativity in just about anyone. Pricing can feel a little high on some items sometimes, but you can easily keep an eye out for sales and coupons. I feel more creative just walking in the door, and thats something a lot of us could probably use. And since employees are consistently friendly and knowledgeable, you can use them as a resource to get started

Craft Warehouse has so many beautiful items! You can always find so many amazing, on trend design items here. I could decorate every room in my house to look like the inside of a magazine! Also, if you are in need of any obscure or hard to find craft item, you are almost sure to find it here!

This place has tons of supplies. Great place to go if you like whimsical and magical decorations. There was also quite a bit farmhouse decor as well. They have plenty of supplies for DIY projects, such as woodburning art and scrap booking. I like the atmosphere of the store far more than the other craft stores in Vancouver.

Love this store. I always get stuck in here for hours! Strait talk. There is soooooo many things to look at and put in your basket. I always come here for my neices and nephews gifts. Perfect places for all ages. Love it!

Im a paper crafter, so I thought it was great! Lots of metal cutting dies, embossing folders and of course paper and cardstock. Looks like classes are available, but Im just visiting, so cant take advantage of that. Lots of crafty ideas displayed thru out the store. And displays of how to use products give you inspiration.They have a coupon that can be used on full price item. And regular sales, also.Great store over all!

Tons of items to look at. Crafts,items to decorate your home. Things you never thought of! I spend hours in there. I bought Christmas gifts and wall decorations yesterday. Fun!!

Went today excited to see all the Christmas stuff. Had a 40% off coupon, which made the trip even better. Well, come to find out, nearly all the Christmas decor was on sale and the coupon is only good on the original price, so if you take the 40% off it comes out to right around the sale price. What a racket! Sale prices are through the roof expensive. Stood in line to check out and the checker looked at us and then continued to chat with her co-worker for several minutes before she called us up. Too many other places to shop. Wont be coming back here.

Visit almost weekly. The staff is always helpful and courteous. Theres a good selection of craft supplies/decor to get you going. Prices are good compared to other craft stores in the area. Its always clean and organized, which is big plus. They often clear space for in store crafts and are always handy with a recommendation or a more knowledgeable person. Definitely worth all the money Ive spent over there.

Hard for a CW newbie to find what shes looking for without assistance! This was my second time visiting but normally I frequent Joanns for my crafty things. I loved all of the decor Craft Warehouse has displayed and the prices were reasonable. Everything was seasonally appropriate, getting me all in the mood for fall and Christmas!What I didnt like was how it wasnt sectioned with signage so I could easily find Beads, or Scrapbooking, or Sewing sections etc. I understand that some merchandise moves quite a bit so signs arent always possible but for the things that dont move, I would love to find it quickly with a nice sign.The checkout line was quick BTW! I noticed them constantly adding more cashiers when they got backed up, without letting people wait for too long.

Took my sister here while she was visiting and she just loved it. I followed her around to view it from her eyes, she was like a kid in a candy store remarking how they dont have all this stuff back East!

They had everything I needed to create my Bobs Burger theme The people with the linen were awesome they help me out to figure out exactly how much I needed and then when I was looking for the chalkboard paint I thought it was actually on a roll but it was actually something you can paint anything onto I was able to get all of that I was items that I needed so I can create my Halloween theme this year I will definitely go back again because of their hospitality and items that I actually needed.
